My wife and I were completely bamboozled by a salesman in a Marriot resort located in Orlando Florida. He used religion and family to completely convince us this purchase was not a timeshare. Oh how wrong we were. We purchased his sales package only to find out 1 month later that it was a con job. We contacted the this law firm out of desperation, and let me tell you this decision was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. If I can leave more stars I would. The past two years of my life have been absolute hell. I had three unfortunate events that took me from financially ok to being thousands upon thousands in debit. Most having to do with medical bills which threw me over the edge. Already suffering with major depression and anxiety for most of my life I seeked Mr Zazzera for advice. I did not want to file bankruptcy but honestly it was the only option to get me out of the mess I was in. Mr Zazzera is very very calm and easy to talk to. He is very reassuring. The secretary is very helpful in answering questions also. They made the process very easy from start to finish. I have attention deficit and do not like tests or filling out forms but the bankruptcy courses were simple and I was able to go at my own pace. I would highly recommend Mr Zazzera and if I’d ever have to go thru this again I would call him of course. My credit score is better now than when I was struggling to pay my bills. I feel free to start my life over again. Please take my advice from a regular person - I know what it feels like to worry and have to decide if I’m going to eat or pay credit card minimums, it just got to out of control and put me in a bad state mentally, just bite the bullet and file for bankruptcy and start over again. I knew it was impossible for me to ever catch up. Good luck to all who is reading this. I would not hesitate to call Mr Zazzera!!! After meeting with severl bankruptcy-13 attorneys in 2013 I met Mr. Gelberg and decided it was a done deal. Mr. Gelberg had decades of experience, understood where I was coming from and where I wanted to be. I never thought in a million years I would have to declare bankruptcy but divorce, having a special needs son, losing my job left me no choice. I had to do everything in my power to save my home for my son's sake. Mr. Gelberg worked out a viable 5 year plan that was a stretch but I knew I could somehow achieve. My first meeting at the courthouse in Islip I was terrified but Mr. Gelberg had answers for the trustee to all questions that were asked . When questions were asked by the trustee directly to me, I would look at Mr. Gelberg and the tenseness would leave me. The balance of meetings that I had to appear with Mr. Gelberg in court, Mr. Gelberg was outstanding. You see other people with their lawyers and none could hold a candle to Mr. Gelberg. He also went to court without me several times which was a relief to me. Once the court accepted Mr. Gelberg's 5 year plan for me I have followed it to the letter. I am pleased to say that I am about to come out of bankruptcy and I will forever be grateful to Mr. Gelberg.

I cannot more highly recommend Josh Bogaty and his firm for Long Island real estate transactions. I am myself a lawyer, but do not handle real estate transactions. I was looking for experienced real estate counsel to handle the simultaneous sale of and purchase of residential real estate, a stressful situation that's like trying to thread a needle, with a lot of potential pitfalls. Josh came recommended from a colleague and I'm very glad we found him to advise us in the process.
From our very first phone call through closing on our second transaction, Josh was simply outstanding. He is extremely knowledgable, thorough and highly responsive. Mr. Lenoir has been my attorney for a couple of years. The foreclosure work he has been litigating against a large bank has been every bit of amazing. From the very first day I met with Lee and Joe I had a very good feeling that I was in the right hands. For five years, I was denied a modification twice and was told by other attorneys to not waste my time, start looking for rentals...I would never get approved.
