Jacob Silver is an outstanding attorney! My partner was dealing with bad debt and went through a hard time with not being able to make ends meet. I found Mr. Silver on google and saw the amazing reviews and had my partner make an appointment ASAP. Within 2 months Mr. Silver did everything with paperwork, meetings, etc. for the bankruptcy as he felt necessary and let me add that he is always responsive and available for questions when his clients need him because my partner would email at some random times and always received a response! I recently worked with Brain for my estate planning needs, and overall, it was a positive experience. The office was professional, and Brian S. Lyda was knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions clearly.
The only downside was the elevator situation in the building—it was slow and made getting to appointments a bit frustrating. However, the quality of service made up for it. This is a review on Kurta Law and specifically Jonathan Kurta. Jonathan reached out to me a few months back and was representing a group to recover funds on a stock loss. When I first discussed the issue he was very easy to talk to and I didn't feel pressured to join. After talking with him I agreed to move forward and he kept me informed as progress was made and ultimately got an excellent outcome. This is especially eventful due to the fact that the case was older than aloud but we still won the case. I highly recommend this company and Jonathan.

I want to start by saying my situation was a MESS. Hired prior lawyers who didn’t properly represent me or even submit paperwork that needed to be submitted. I have a child with autism and i wanted to make sure that her father who was absent for a long period of time was going to be in our child’s life for the right reasons. It’s been one heck of a journey - order of protection, accusations, a TON of stress and frustration, i can go on and on and I felt i was getting in a hole i couldn’t get out of for this ongoing case for the past 2 years. Once i hired with the Alber firm - Christina, Christian, Jean and Carla have been communicative, on top of everything, gave me clarity and understanding with the process and were GENUINE. I was able to settle the case with joint legal custody with final decision making, child support and have residential custody along with coming up with a stipulation that allowed both I and the father to come to terms with, making peace on both sides. I thank God first and then i thank this firm ! Would highly recommend to anyone and if i ever need them again, I’ll call them for sure !
