Unacceptable experience. See my feedback below to the firm after having an awful experience on what was a very simple request.
"The manner in which your firm has been communicating with me is bizarre and almost robotic...On top of that, there was no material explanation as to why such fees would be necessary. For your reference, I reached out to two of your competitors, all of which promptly responded to me via email with a normal conversation and discussion that involved a human back and forth with questions, and elaboration on my request. It was refreshing. Secondly, the potential fees of up to 4 hours for $550/hour for a reaffirmation were referred to as "ridiculous" not only by your competitors, but from other out-of-state counsel that I have worked with in the past. On top of that, some of which offered alternatives that require no fees whatsoever. In conclusion, the manner in which you conduct business and communicate is not only seemingly fee-driven instead of sincerely helping the needs of a potential client, but also not a fit for me."

So, I have a very challenging case. It spans two states and two different courts in Riverside County. Did I mention a very challenging Ex? Long story short, Valarie (probate area of practice) and Carolyn (family law) are amazing. They have fought tooth and nail for me. Let me be clear….this is not a “discount” law firm. The old adage, you get what you pay for. I needed competent hard working lawyers. Lawyers who knew the ins and out of each issue. That is what I got. Their guidance was/is worth every penny. These two women are amazing and I am so thankful for finding them. I can’t speak for anything outside of family law or probate, but I can tell you if you have an issue in these two areas, use them.

Tal is by far the most thorough attorney I have ever dealt with. I have started other small businesses in the past, so I expected the standard procedure when Tal and his experienced team filed, created and reviewed our documents. Nothing standard about it at all! Tal brings so much experience from vastly varying markets. When he reviewed our documents, he did so with every possible future scenario in mind, and re-created them to make sure we were covered 100%. When we did encounter a challenging client situation, Tal was available and took over communication with the grace and tact and "legalese" that my partner and I would not have been able to handle on our own.
I highly recommend Tal as an attorney- and overall human being. He is honest and detailed, and brings integrity back to the lawyer game.

We first met Bill in 1987 or 1988 when he and Erin and Barbara and I hosted two young Japanese women exchange students interested in polishing their English skills during a summer session. Over the years, we have been repeatedly impressed by Bill's integrity and knowledge, and when it became time, we asked him to be executor of our estate, will and trust. He has been an excellent choice, low-key and confidence-inspiring for our adult children and attentive to detail. In fact, we have an amendment to our will on our current to-do list: Bill recently reminded us that it needed to be updated to include the birth of a great-grandchild or three; we have established 529 education trust funds for each of the "grands" and "great-grands," to make manifest our lineage's ongoing emphasis on the importance of education to a family's "health. When I say customer service at its finest I truly mean that. Called for a appointment was taken in right away. When I arrived I got a warm and welcome felt very at home. Brian my lawyer listen to my case , carefully explained options that I could understand. I made decisions that was based on his professional opinion. I felt under no sales pressure to get into a contract that I couldn't afford and not understand the details. Dante his legal aid courteous and kind walk me back through all this paperwork one more time so that I got to review. I would recommend this law office to anyone who needs service of a lawyer that's will diligently do his job from beginning to end because it's the right thing to do.

If you want to see yourself or love one spend all there life in jail go ahead and contract them worst lawyers gave them 20,000 and just went to trash gave my family member 60 years wow what a deal they got him they would get mad all the time we would tell them to get evidence to get a investigator and always getting mad daughter said when she lost to the jury that she didn’t like getting cases like that but yes at first they would say they would win and when we would pay the rest of the money so if you want to spend the rest of your life in prison go ahead and hire them

I was interested in gaining info to retain an attorney to help me re-acquire a license. Upon calling Jon-Paul at his office i was fortunate to have an initial conversation with his partner, who was very gracious and friendly on the phone, then informing me that Jon-Paul was well versed in cases of my nature and would return my call. My call was returned within hours and Jon-Paul was very, very, helpful, informative and patient as I explained my situation. He clearly understands the system and directed me in what steps I needed to take to move forward and be successful in winning my case. There was zero pressure to retain him and the information was invaluable for me to in order move forward and eventually reach my goal. He clearly answered my questions and addressed my thoughts, confusion, and concerns as he spoke frankly about the reality of the system. My experience with Reed Gallogly came working for the City of Santa Barbara. He was with the City Attorney's Office and was instrumental in upholding all of my Municipal Code Enforcement cases against a well know slum lord. Reed was extremely professional in his behavior, attitude and his appearance. His presence in any room was one of confidence and calmness. He was always well-informed of my cases and thoroughly researched them before meeting with the defendant and his team of lawyers. I knew he was prepared to defend the City or myself if need be, and I considered him an extremely valuable colleague. I have yet to work with another attorney (both inside and outside the City) that I have as much confidence in and respect for as Mr. Reed Gallogly. He would be a tremendous asset to any team.

Reed worked with me recently when I was dealing with an employee that was attempting to steal business from my insurance agency when he left to work at another brokerage firm. I was going to try and draft something myself but I was referred to Reed from a family friend and he jumped right in and took charge of the issue. He knew exactly what I needed to do and his fees was very reasonable to get the issue off my desk and into the proper hands. The action letter was drafted and sent to me for review and then sent out promptly to the party. After the issue was dealt with I didn't have any further issues with my prior employee and I sincerely appreciated Reed handling that issue for me. I would certainly work with him in the future for other legal needs, he was responsive and treated me very well in our interaction.

Tony Scott is everything you want in an attorney. He's always available to provide updates and answers, provides honest advice you can trust, and most importantly delivers favorable results. Tony supported me for a DMV hearing to determine a license suspension and against the odds, was able to avoid a suspension. Attorney John Kakinuki tremendously helped me with my divorce proceedings. He said divorce wasn’t his specialty but mine was an international marriage and he is expert in international work and was recommended by mutual friends in our church, so he worked hard to make sure everything went right.
He provided me with excellent service. He gave me a lot of professional advised as to how and what I should expect from the court.
He is very very professional, very knowledgeable. I was so impressed by his work ethics. My case went quick and smoothly because he paid attention to all the details and paperwork’s required by the court.
Honestly at that time I don’t care about anything. Divorce was a nightmare for me. All I know is I just want it done and get over it. Even today when I should forget the proceedings. I still recall how Attorney John Kakinuki treated my case very well. He gained my respect and admiration because he was not only there to represent but he also gave me emotionally support and I felt it.

The Lincoln Club of Orange County is an organization of business men and women that has supported conservative candidates for federal, state, and local office since 1962. Its ability to engage in political activities, including running its own campaigns on behalf of candidates, campaigns that are often called independent expenditures, has been critical to its success for almost 50 years.
In the late 1990s, the City of Irvine and other cities throughout the State of California began restricting the public’s rights to conduct and contribute to independent expenditures, often by limiting the amount of money that could be contributed to, or spent by, an independent expenditure campaign. From the beginning, the Lincoln Club saw these restrictions for what they were: a direct assault on everyone’s First Amendment free speech rights.
The Lincoln Club determined to fight the erosion of our free speech rights by challenging the City of Irvine in federal court, and we interviewed several leading law firms and legal scholars in search of an attorney who would be committed to turning back these intrusions on our fundamental rights. After a long process, we retained Dr. John Eastman and his Claremont Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence. While we did not doubt we should prevail, anyone facing long and difficult litigation knows no outcome is certain. It was Dr. Eastman who won the case.
Dr. Eastman filed our suit against the city in 1999. When we lost the summary judgment motion in the summer of 2000, he immediately appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, so often a hostile forum for conservative causes. After meticulously briefing and urgently arguing the appeal in 2001, a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit decided in favor of Dr. Eastman’s position and overturned in the trial court decision.
The victory that John Eastman secured for the Lincoln Club was complete. Ultimately, Dr. Eastman was able to secure a court order requiring the city to pay the Lincoln Club’s legal fees. More importantly, Dr. Eastman’s success caused cities and counties all over the State of California and beyond to rescind their restrictions on independent expenditures, setting a critical precedent and securing far broader free-speech rights for every American.
Dr. Eastman crafted the master strategy and all tactics at trial and through appeal. It was his energy, focus, and skill that guided our suit through and won a critical battle against government burdens on speech rights. For this, and so many other reasons, the Lincoln Club continues to hold Dr. Eastman in the highest esteem.

John Daley assisted me twice. Once with my mother's estate after the estate attorney who wrote her trust said she no longer took on new clients. Mr. Daley resolved the issues with one visit. I later used him to write a trust for my wife and I. It was very thorough and we were very satisfied.

It's amazing what a google search can do. Ellen represented me for my disability retirement hearing with the City and County of SF. I would've been lost without her. She has so much experience dealing with The City that she knew people by first name. "Oh, so-and-so? Yup, no problem." I knew I was in good hands. Ellen is intelligent, sharp, honest, thorough, and doesn't beat around the bush. I love that in a lawyer, especially when I'm in a vulnerable state and waited three years through the pandemic. I can’t say enough about Fox to adequately convey his intelligent strategies, discretion and overall excellent knowledge and preparation of/for a trial.
As my case was nearing the trial date, my former attorney was trying to scare me into settling, telling me I had no choice, telling me to concede and pay an exorbitant settlement. It became clear to me she was not prepared and not comfortable in a trial situation. I sought a second opinion from Fox and within days of meeting with him, he was up to speed on the details of my case, explained what the possible outcomes could be from the trial and that I actually had a strong case to go to trial. Immediately after relieving my former attorney and hiring Mr. Fox, he had discovery materials and subpoenas served, filed motions in support of my case and prepared me for trial.
