I was referred to this lawyer by my insurance company. I had a simple task at hand for him to complete but he had to overcomplicate things. He was slow from the beginning. When he finally got around to business, he drafted a contract and then asked me to review it. When I had a basic question about the contract, he advised: "If you don't want me to be your lawyer. That's fine. Good Luck with your future endeavors." I never said that I didn't want him to be my lawyer but with that comment I took him up on his offer without hesitation. This lawyer came across as childish, overly emotional and unprofessional to me.

Hien is a very kind lawyer, and there is not too many out there! I hired a cunning lawyer at San Mateo for over thousands of dollars, who messed up my case and he never showed up at court for over 5 times, he only had his assistant to show-up and kept postponing my case. I could not stand taking days off from work for nothing, so i hired Hien. He was great, efficient, and help me settle my case quickly. Not to mention, he got my money back from the cunning attorney!!!!! Hien is the best!!!!

We just received our GreenCards and Svetlana was our lawyer. She is really good. She managed to do the job which some more expensive lawyers was not able to do. Besides she provided to me 5 - 8 free phone consultations and replied for a few hundreds emails without additional charges during our GC Process. She replied on my emails during 1 day (as our deal was) and if I sent her text message she replied in a few hours.

After you become her client, she stops paying attention to you - it takes months to get reply on an email and it's impossible to reach her over phone. She just help you to fill out forms and that's it. She does not verify the result once it comes from government, she does not follow up. Too much stress for immigrant, you never know if she will do her job or just disappear. She did immigration paperwork for my friend, but he warned me that she became unresponsive, so it's better to find someone else - I didn't know it's that bad. I would not recommend to work with her.

Kaufman is an insensitive man whose all about money. As soon as he charges you for services that he hasn't even started rendering, you will have a hard time contacting him. You can call his office many times, but his secretary will always blow you off, and you will never get a straight answer or a chance to talk to him. There are a lot of good immigration lawyers out there. Don't waste your time and money on him. He's not worth it. Peace.......

I felt misled, We gave him a lot of money and his service did not correspond to what we paid. He charges 350 dollars an hour and he doesn't warrant that amount of money. I was not impressed with his knowledge. His receptionist does not speak clearly into the phone and is rude and uncaring. He gave us a list of papers to prepare for immigration and critical information was missing, only his fees, which are $5,000 for a retainer. The doctor he referred us to for testing for immigration was terrible and never signed the papers after we came back 3 times for the signed. Overall I felt unhappy with the firms services.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This has been the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. Terrible, rude employees all the way to the lawyer. I’m truly disgusted by the way this “lawyer” acts. Truly unprofessional. He demeans you and doesn’t let you speak to ask questions. I HIGHLY encourage everyone to look elsewhere. If you don’t like what you do, you shouldn’t be working there. My stomach hurts just thinking about this place.

Poor excuse for a lawyer. Was always late to the court, and disorganized. He had a paralegal who admitted she had no experience work on our case only to commit 2 big errors that cost us almost 1000 dollars to fix and delayed my wifes papers. After waiting 2 years we went to fire him and he got mad and threatened to call the cops. Then his secretary pushed me and shut the door on my foot. He also lost the case for my nephew. Every lawyer i have spoken to since deciding to fire him all stated he is a joke and not worth hiring in the first place. I have switched lawyers and recommend all who currently working with him should do the same

His costs were a flat fee from start to finish, one price, even with all the phone calls he gladly accepted from me again & again. The office staff are accurate & precise. I received my Green Card. In the beginning, he sounded confident and responded to my calls. But a few months later, he was unresponsive and did hardly anything substantial for two years. He also went back on what he said he would do in the middle of the case and did not bother to give me a prior notification about his change of plan. I found this a very unreliable conduct. I would have saved a lot of time and money if I had known that his service would be unprofessional.

I went in to do my initial request for DACA and had no problem. I was very pleasant with the job but this was back in 2015 since then I decided to come and do my renewal with them but this time they were way more unprofessional. First, I had to call several times for them to answer the phone. Not one or two more like seven and in two different days. Second, I went in for the renewal process and was helped courteously, the process was prompt and professional but by my mistake I took a document back home that they needed so they asked me to send them a copy through email which I did immediately. Now after 24 days they call me to tell me they have not received the document which to me is way unprofessional. 24 DAYS and if you guys know the DACA process the days to submit your renewals is limited since you have to send it 120-160 days before. And there I lost about 24 days that I could have had my application processed taken away due to their unprofessionalism. They called me telling me I never sent the email when I did in fact the day they requested it. To me this is very delicate so it disappointed me to know that they had taken so long to tell me this. I'm a college student and DACA is very crucial especially for my financial aid. So while they do a good job doing the paperwork they lack professionalism in their customer service I hope they use this to fix their problems because before this I had no problem.

These are Arthur Liu's words: "If we have to appear in court, we will ask for attorney fees and cost" I have suffered emotional distress, seen therapy, and went to the ER for stress because of Arthur Liu's client's actions. Let me start off by saying what a disappointment this woman is. My husband and I hired her about 8 years ago to help him get his green card. We took all the step she suggested to us, after a while though, she stopped responding to our requests. Come to find out, we still owed her money, had no idea as the amount we agreed upon had been paid. It hadn’t, unbeknownst to us. We went months and months without hearing anything back from her. Finally, my husbands green card interview date had been mailed to us. We then made more attempts to get in touch with her to no a veil. So he decided to go to Ciudad Juárez anyway and do the interview. When he arrived, the agent told him that the paperwork we had was filled out incorrectly and that he was not permitted to enter the US for 10 years. I have since moved to Mexico and uprooted mine and my families lives. However, joke is on her because we are happier here in Puerto Vallarta than we ever were in the US. Irina is a disappointment and a joke of an attorney. I would rather hire Barney that Irina Ribeiro. I am now taking my case to the state bar of CA. She needs to be held accountable for her terrible actions. Being an immigration attorney requires you understand that your clients lives and families are on the line. She has no regard for these families and people. Look elsewhere and don’t trust her with your immigration journey.

It is incredible that CA State Bar allows people like Irina Ribeiro to practice law. What's even worse is that the CA State Bar allows her to misconduct when practicing immigration law: money and dreams are being robbed from people arriving to a new country, people trusting the values of our great country US, families looking for asylum, people looking for a new life, individuals looking for the so called American dream. As mentioned by others, Irina will take your money, will not do any work on your case, will not respond to you emails, call or texts. She will create excuses about not responding to you and will not return your file or money. I urge you NOT to hire her legal services. If you were also a client of Irina Ribeiro and would like to make a formal complaint with the CA State Bar and to the courts, to attempt to recover some of your lost time and money, please contact me. We will share stories. Maybe we can join forces.

Irina is NOT the immigration attorney that you want to hire or trust to be on your side. She does not return calls, text, or emails at all. If you hire her and give her your file containing your important documents, good luck in getting your file back. She will not return your file, calls, texts, or emails. She is quick to collect the fee if you hire her, but will abandon you at a heartbeat without any notice or warnings. Stay away from The Law Office of Irina Ribeiro if you have an immigration case that needs to be handle with care because naturalization is a very personal matter that should only be handle by a qualified immigration attorney. The Law Office of Irina Ribeiro is NOT qualify.

She was retained for a case but she was overwhelmed with vacation and other cases as she verbalized when she removed herself from my husbands case less than 2 weeks before he had to attend court leaving him with no lawyer to appear in court for a nasty custody battle. He was unable to find a new attorney last minute due to the severity of his case. In the end he lost joint custody of his son and Attorney Carina Reyna knew how crucial her appearance was. This company is unprofessional, the attorney didn't really have any time to fight the case and she spreads herself too thin. She definitely should work on the quality of work and not the quantity of retainer fees she obtains, because the first time and only time she attended court for the case she was kinda lost and unprepared. Hopefully in the future this never happens to anyone else as she sharpens her skills and becomes more knowledgeable in her craft.

She's terrible at her job. Her service is way below average. The amount of money she charges for her so called services, you can get yourself a way better attorney in DTLA. Please message me directly, I'd be more than happy to give you more information. She should be disbarred. Paralegals do better paperwork than she does, and they charge waaaay less! Also, all the so called positive reviews are more than likely friends and family she has to burry negative posts. She also has a response / excuse for everything.

Hi, I had a similar experience with Paul Heller. He was very unprofessional to me and my family. When I went to meet with him at his office, he was often unable to answer my questions and would never give a straight answer. I was getting the feeling he really didn't have any idea what he was talking about. When talking with the paralegals on the phone, they appear to know more about immigration than he does. We got hit with all these extra fees also. For random copying or mailing or documents. We had originally thought all of these were covered in the original retainer fee, but he just keep asking us for more money. I would NEVER recommend him to any one else. Paul Heller is an incompetent lawyer, who is often rude and racist to his clients. He worked on my H1-B case and it was the worst experience in my life. He never returned phone calls. And when I did talk to him, he was always blowing me off and refusing to give status updates. He constantly increased my fees for every little thing, and since he was working on my case and I had already paid him money, I felt I had no choice but to just pay his additional fees. I felt totally taken advantage off. Also, I looked him up on the California Bar website. He totally has lied about where he went to law school. The California Bar site says he graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego. This is NOT the same as Hastings College of Law in SF as he claim his profile. This seems unethical to me. You can see for yourself by searching for him in the California Bar site. I would never recommend him to anyone. Please stay away from this lawyer.

I was just reminded of this lawyer recently and I had say something to warn people. I had started a green card petition years ago (back in the 90's) with him, and I remember then he wanted retainer plus monthly payments to get the ball rolling. Well he had no problem taking the money but did he start the ball rolling? No. In fact, he's a master of delaying and dropping the ball. After 1.5 years of not doing anything, I stopped the petition and got another lawyer. I asked for my money back (to that point I had paid him $1500) he said that he would minus his admin costs. I got back $250! What a joke of lawyer.

Upon agreeing on terms for Green Card petition, he requested a payment of 50% his fees upfront. He forgot about my case due to personal issues. None from his staff informed me about delay until I myself asked him about the case. He was supposed to file a petition in February 2002. In fact, it was filed 6 months later, in August 2002. It caused my Green card case delay until 2008. This is not the only reason I'm giving a lowest possible rate to Mr. Chernick. He filed EB-3 petition suggesting it would be the fastest way to GC. However, in 2005 it became clear EB-3 petitions could be stack forever. I haven't heard from Mr. Chernick about that - I was on my case much better and informed than him - it certainly seemed this way. In the late of 2006 I requested a meeting with him and we met in a couple of weeks. I came up with suggestion we convert my case from EB-3 into EB-2. His response: "Hm, it might be a good move! Let's do it." And we did. I got my CG in November 2008, 7 years after I payed him his fee. Ridiculous! If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

We hired Felix Montero to handle my permanent resident status. After we paid him for retainment in 2021, he pretended to process my application and sent us falsified USCIS Receipts with Receipt Numbers that belonged to someone else, which is why USCIS responded that this receipt number is not ours. Also, he was intentionally unresponsive to our status requests. On one of the few times he was able to answer our email, he sent us an article from the NY Times saying that some immigration applicants will die before their application is processed because of the backlog at the USCIS. After we realized his fraudulent actions, a year and a half after hiring this crook, we switched to a different lawyer and as a result, my application was done in 17 months, no thanks to Felix Montero.

I made an appointment with Darren Nguyen for my immigration case after watching a TV commercial on the Vietnamese channel SBTN. I arrived to the attorney office 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out documents. The receptionist told me to take a sit in the waiting room. I ended up waiting one hour before I could come to Mr. Nguyen's office to wait for another 30 minutes. He accepted to take care of my case after briefly speaking with me for 10 minutes. After I hired him and made payment to him, I was extremely disappointed about the practice of his office. He did not handle my case; instead, he has very young attorneys to do the job. I worked with Jim’s firm twice. Both for E-2 Visa for my startup. First time was pretty good though wasn’t smooth at the consulate. The second time, I trusted that he will put the same care and focus to my case like at the first time. Boy was I wrong... First of all, they postponed my case for few months, because they were super busy preparing for H1B’s in April. I was running out of time! Finally, my startup got approved to the most prestigious startup accelerator in the U.S. and we had several other successes on the way... but our case wasn’t approved! When we met with Jim in his office a week after the denial, his only advice was: leave the country! We found another lawyer and within 2 months got approved! A few months later my wife got approved for a green card and we’re all set. He never looked at solutions out of the box, though our cases were really no problem for other lawyers. Don’t have to tell you how much stress and anxiety it cost me. He refused to return my money, even though I wrote him super to the point letter pointing out all the mistakes. He responded 3 months after, saying that they were busy with H1B’s... A JOKE. Deja vu! Don’t work with them if you care about your immigration issues and life in the U.S.

Do not waste your time or money with James Mayock or EM Visa. My fiancee had selected Jim as her attorney and he is 100% useless, Between Mr Mayock and his staff they do nit provide due diligence, an attorney who submits paperwork to USCIS should at a minimum ensure the firms are correct and SIGNED before submission, he failed to do this. the forms submitted were incomplete, unsigned, and USCIS requested additional information was not submitted within the time frame dictated by USCIS. this firm will nickel and dime you to death, and leave you in limbo. if i could give them negative scores i would. Run from them they are inept, unprofessional and incompetent.

When a 94-year-old man who obviously lacks the capacity to make decisions for himself wants a will for his caregiver, you have to question whether the lawyer hired to draft the paperwork has the capacity for sound judgement - of any kind.

If I could leave Zero stars, I would! Leticia is terrible lawyer. She started out by telling me I had a great case because we had compelling evidence. Including a video of the incident. She then dragged my case for three years and answers my calls and e-mails less. Each time we spoke, she was more and more uncertain that we could win, which should’ve been an easy case for her to win. She either doubted her ability to win in court, or just lied to me in the beginning. Additionally, every time I had a court date, she’d call me a day or two before saying the judge needs a continuation. Even after I had already left the state and bought flight tickets to come back. She is either very incompetent, very lazy, or just a liar and all around bad lawyer. I should have asked for a better of once I felt that she was dragging me along. In the end she kept offering me plea deals, even after I told her that’s not what I want to do. She still continued to do so and eventually I caved, pled guilty and took a plea because this case should’ve NEVER taken this long. I HIGHLY recommend if you are unfortunate enough to get her as a lawyer. Don’t let her drag you along, or just get a different lawyer all together.

Leticia is not the greatest lawyer . She talks a big game and doesn't back it up. She was appointed to me to help with my case. The 2 meeting we first had together she was telling me that she would fight for me and do everything she could to get a fair outcome . Well that never happened and she never meet with the proSecutor to talk about my case and never informed me that she is no longer handling my case . Scrabbling at the last minute to find out what's going on and finding out the day before I had a court date the following day . I went in to court with no lawyer that knows my case and I got hit hard . This was very unprofessional on Laticia part . It really shows that she is not a good lawyer and has very little experience in this feild she is in .

I would have given Edward Litwin zero star if I could as my recent encounter with him was nothing short of a complete disappointment, and I feel compelled to warn others about this attorney's incompetence, poor judgment, and money-driven motives. Right from the start, it was painfully evident that Attorney Litwin was ill-prepared and lacked the necessary knowledge to address my legal concerns. Their advice was not only flawed but shockingly inaccurate, leaving me deeply concerned about the potential repercussions of following their guidance. To compound the issue, Litwin displayed an alarming level of negligence when it came to communication. Waiting for their response to a simple email felt like an eternity. This utter disregard for prompt and effective communication only heightened my anxiety and frustration. Fortunately, I had the wisdom to reject his misguided advice and sought counsel from another legal professional. While this decision resulted in higher fees, the marked difference in competence was astonishing. The second lawyer provided accurate guidance, and my case was successfully resolved, reaffirming the importance of investing in competent legal representation. I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from considering Edward Litwin for their legal needs. Their lack of knowledge, poor judgment, delayed responses, and money-centric approach are a disservice to the legal profession and a potential detriment to your case. Learn from my experience, and choose a lawyer who truly cares about your concerns and provides sound advice.

Despite his long time experience, I found Mr. Litwin unknowledgeable. I met with him to consult about my H1b matter and he could not answer many of my questions, although he charged pretty much for a 30 minute consultation. If you just need to fill up some forms, then maybe you can go to him, but if you need some good advice, creativity and out of the box thinking, then he is certainly not the one for you. In all, I would not recommend this lawyer.

JP Velasco was hired by Visionary Tax enterprise, who I hired to perform tax help. JP was paid a fee to take my case from Visioinary and is the power of Attorney on record. After working with me for the last year, we get to the end of my case (Offer in Compromise) and appearently VTE went out of business and JP tells me that he is no longer obligated to represent me in this case. I am a single father of 3 and the IRS has now Levied my accounts right before Christmas. I know that anyone with high business ethics, would not leave me in this last hour to get ran over by the IRS and follow thru wtih the obligations he was paid to resolve. I would not hire this attorney, find someone else to represent you for your case.

What an Immigration Lawyer Can Do for You

An immigration lawyer specializes in helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the complex immigration process. These lawyers provide legal guidance on various immigration matters, such as obtaining visas, gaining permanent residency (green cards), applying for citizenship, and defending clients in deportation or removal proceedings. Immigration lawyers also assist with employment-based immigration, asylum applications, and resolving issues related to visas or immigration status.

Whether you're trying to immigrate to the U.S., facing deportation, or sponsoring an employee or family member for a visa, an immigration lawyer can help you understand your legal options and navigate the often complicated legal system.

When Should I Hire an Immigration Lawyer?

Hiring an immigration lawyer is beneficial in many situations where you are dealing with U.S. immigration laws, whether for personal or business reasons. Common reasons to hire an immigration lawyer include:

  • Visa applications: If you need assistance applying for a visa, whether it's a work visa (H-1B), student visa (F-1), or tourist visa (B-1/B-2), a lawyer can help ensure the application is properly completed and submitted.
  • Green card applications: If you're seeking permanent residency, an immigration lawyer can guide you through the process, whether through family sponsorship, employment, or the Diversity Visa (lottery) program.
  • Deportation or removal defense: If you’re facing deportation or removal from the U.S., a lawyer can defend your case in immigration court and seek to prevent removal.
  • Asylum applications: If you’re seeking asylum due to persecution or fear of persecution in your home country, a lawyer can help you prepare a strong case and file for asylum.
  • Family reunification: If you're a U.S. citizen or permanent resident looking to bring family members to the U.S., a lawyer can assist with the family sponsorship process.
  • Citizenship and naturalization: If you're ready to apply for U.S. citizenship, a lawyer can help you navigate the naturalization process and ensure you meet all the requirements.
  • Business immigration: If you're an employer seeking to hire foreign workers, a lawyer can assist with employment-based visas, labor certification, and compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Special immigration categories: Immigration lawyers also handle complex cases, such as visas for victims of human trafficking (T visa), crime victims (U visa), or those seeking Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

Hiring an immigration lawyer early in the process can help you avoid delays, errors, and possible denials due to incomplete or incorrect applications.

What Does an Immigration Lawyer Do?

An immigration lawyer provides a wide range of services to help clients with their immigration needs, whether personal or business-related. Their tasks often include:

  • Assisting with visa applications: Helping clients fill out and submit visa applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Filing for green cards and permanent residency: Guiding clients through the process of applying for a green card, including family-based, employment-based, or other forms of residency.
  • Defending against deportation or removal: Representing clients in immigration court who are facing deportation and working to prevent removal from the U.S.
  • Preparing asylum cases: Assisting clients in applying for asylum based on fear of persecution in their home country due to race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group.
  • Handling citizenship applications: Helping lawful permanent residents apply for naturalization and ensuring they meet all the legal requirements for U.S. citizenship.
  • Employment-based immigration: Assisting employers with the process of sponsoring foreign workers for temporary or permanent visas, including H-1B, L-1, and EB-1 through EB-5 visas.
  • Representation in immigration interviews: Preparing clients for immigration interviews and attending interviews at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) offices.
  • Appealing denied applications: If a visa, green card, or citizenship application is denied, a lawyer can file appeals or motions to reopen or reconsider the case.

How Are Immigration Lawyers Paid?

Immigration lawyers generally charge for their services based on the type of immigration case and the complexity of the legal work involved. Common payment structures include:

  • Flat fee: Many immigration lawyers charge a flat fee for specific services, such as preparing a visa application, green card petition, or citizenship application. Flat fees help clients know upfront what the legal costs will be for a particular service.
  • Hourly rate: For more complex cases, such as deportation defense or appeals, some lawyers charge by the hour. Hourly rates vary depending on the lawyer's experience and the complexity of the case.
  • Retainer: For ongoing immigration matters, some clients may need to pay a retainer, which is an upfront payment billed against as the lawyer works on the case.
  • Pro bono or sliding scale: Some immigration lawyers or nonprofit organizations may offer free or low-cost services for clients with limited financial means, particularly in asylum or humanitarian cases.

It’s essential to discuss the fee structure with your lawyer during the initial consultation to understand the costs and payment arrangements.

How Much Does an Immigration Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring an immigration lawyer varies based on the type of legal service required, the lawyer's experience, and the complexity of the case. General cost estimates include:

  • Visa applications: For help with visa applications (e.g., H-1B, L-1, F-1), legal fees may range from $2,000 to $7,500, depending on the complexity and the type of visa.
  • Green card applications: Fees for family-based or employment-based green card applications typically range from $3,000 to $10,000, depending on the case.
  • Deportation defense: For defending clients in removal proceedings, costs can range from $5,000 to $15,000 or more, depending on the complexity of the case and how long the case takes.
  • Asylum cases: Asylum applications may range from $2,000 to $10,000, depending on whether the case is defensive (in removal proceedings) or affirmative (not in removal proceedings).
  • Citizenship applications: Legal fees for filing a naturalization application usually range from $1,500 to $5,000, depending on the complexity of the client’s immigration history.
  • Business immigration services: Fees for assisting businesses with employment-based visas (such as H-1B or EB-5 visas) often range from $3,000 to $10,000 or more.

Always ask for a clear breakdown of costs and fee arrangements before proceeding with legal services.

Top Questions to Ask an Immigration Lawyer

Before hiring an immigration lawyer, it's essential to ask questions to ensure they have the experience and expertise to handle your case effectively. Important questions to ask include:

  1. What experience do you have with immigration cases like mine?
Ensure the lawyer has experience handling cases similar to yours, whether it’s family-based immigration, employment visas, or asylum.
  2. How do you charge for your services?
Clarify whether the lawyer charges a flat fee, hourly rate, or retainer, and ask for a detailed estimate of the total cost.
  3. What is the likelihood of success in my case?
Ask for an honest assessment of your case and the potential outcomes, including any challenges you might face.
  4. How long will the process take?
Immigration cases can take time, so ask how long it may take to process your application or resolve your legal issue.
  5. Will you handle my case personally?
In larger firms, junior attorneys or paralegals may handle parts of your case. Make sure you know who will be working on your case directly.
  6. What documents do I need to provide?
Ask the lawyer about the documentation required to support your case, such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, or employment contracts.

How to Check the Credibility of an Immigration Lawyer

To ensure you are hiring a reputable immigration lawyer, take the following steps to verify their credentials and track record:

  • Check their state bar status: Confirm with your state bar association that the lawyer is licensed to practice and has no disciplinary actions against them.
  • Look for specific immigration law experience: Review the lawyer’s website or professional profile to ensure they specialize in immigration law and have experience handling cases like yours.
  • Read client reviews and testimonials: Look for reviews on platforms like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, or Google to see what previous clients have said about the lawyer’s professionalism and success rate.
  • Ask for references: A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients who can speak to their ability to handle immigration cases.
  • Check for industry affiliations: Membership in organizations like the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) can indicate the lawyer’s expertise and commitment to immigration law.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most out of your first consultation with an immigration lawyer, it’s important to come prepared with relevant documents and information. Here’s what you should bring:

  • Passport and immigration documents: Bring your passport, visa, and any documents related to your current immigration status.
  • Family documents: If you're applying for a family-based visa or green card, bring marriage certificates, birth certificates, and proof of family relationships.
  • Employment information: For employment-based visas, provide your employment contract, offer letter, or other documentation of your job.
  • Criminal records (if applicable): If you have any criminal history, bring copies of court records and other relevant documents.
  • Timeline of events: Provide a clear timeline of any prior immigration applications, visas, or issues with immigration authorities.
  • List of questions: Prepare any questions you have about your immigration case, the process, costs, and the likelihood of success.

By preparing thoroughly for your consultation, you can help the lawyer understand your case more effectively and get the best possible legal advice on how to proceed.
