Mr. Dennis doesn't miss a beat. I wish I could have hired him for everything. In a short time he made all the difference for me in a dirty divorce. I had a case dragging on and on and Mr. mango, did nothing. Infact my girlfriend and I were being charged with the same crime so every month we go down to Fullerton together but one day I get there and my girlfriend's case is being dropped (she had a legit lawyer) and well I found out I missed a court date I didn't know about so I was arrested. Which mango said bibcould have prevented jf I signed the deal ... I refused because I was innocent... But Mr. mango was like well this so how about we add like 800 deposit on a 10k bond and a whole day amd half lost to the county jail... Thanks mango you sure we're sweell ⅝

Esther has to be the most straightforward, honest and hardworking lawyer I’ve ever had / met in my life. I was facing another strike with 2 prior felonies on my record, one being a violent strike and Esther was able to handle my case EXTREMELY fast which she was able to get all charges dropped / dismissed. I can't say enough about my experience with C4. I came to them broken, and no one was willing to help. I had been quoted 7k and 10k by multiple attorneys.
Tony believed in me, and offered to help. He was honest, up front and patient. He only charged me a fraction of what everyone else said. My situation was settled quickly and easily.
If you are in a situation where you need help with documents, you should really call Tony first. I wouldn't even waste my time or money with other people.

My grandmother passed in June, she chose them for her attorney to handle her will. Not only did they get 2 out of the 4 siblings addresses wrong but it also took multiple attempts to get the address fixed. Not to mention when we reached out to get information about when the checks had been sent we were given a horrible explanation on top of all of us siblings being treated like idiots. We’re grieving the loss of our grandmother, there’s no reason to be told “I don’t know every case off the top of my head.”
I wish I could give negative stars. The way they’ve handled everything has been horrible, with no explanation.

I was arrested in California while on vacation for False Allegations of DV. Being that I’m from Michigan I had no idea about how California works. They treat DV Accusations Harshly. Being that I have never been in this situation before especially in a different state first thing I did was look up lawyers. I found a few and then I ran across eric. One thing that I like about him is that he doesn’t promise anything but he does try everything in his power 100% to do what he can for you and he’s very knowledgeable. Eric was able to get the charges dropped before even having to go to a bond hearing or deal with arraignment. They say you get what you pay for and he even tells you during the consultation that he recommends getting consultations from a couple different lawyers for what fits your needs and price range. He got me the best overall outcome and that’s what I’m grateful for. ZERO Criminal record. The reviews speak for themselves!

I already had a horrible situation but to be faced with no good representation was even worse. Marc Geller threw in the towel and gave up for me. when I asked him to try he refused. I fired him and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. it just goes to show it doesn't matter how many years you have been working in a profession experience doesn't equal knowledge.

I have hired Marc for 3 seperate cases, each with exceptional results considering my lengthy criminal record.
The first case was Assault on a Police Officer. After being offered 10 plus years, i was a bit nervous. I consulted Marc and he told me he would do what he can. I ended up pleading guilty of Resisting Arrest and was given probation and community service.
About a year later, i was charged with Felon in possesion of a fire-arm. Possesion of Heroin for sale. Possesion of Methamphetamine for sale. Burglary tools.
A few months later while put on bail for that case i was charged with Felon in Possession of a fire-arm. Possession of Heroin for sales. They were offering me 14 years by the time all the enhancements were tallied on. We ended up taking a deal for 1 count of Felon in possession of a fire-arm and 1 count of Possession of Heroin for sales.
He came and saw me while i was in jail to keep me in the loop. He talked with my family regularly and gave them hope. Here i sit now 1 year after sentencing, a free man and on the right path. After 6 months in jail i went to a rehab. I will be on probation for thw next 2 years which all things considered is amazing. After finishing the rehab i was in i consulted him on an Interstate Compact and the judge and DA had no qualms about it.
Anyone needing a Defense Attorney, this is the man to go to. He put his all into my cases and my family and I reaped the benefits.

I did a lot of research to find Karen and took a very long time to get the money to retain her because I'm not rich. Throughout this period I continued to contact Mrs. Rose for reassurance that she would still take my case. I hired Karen only to have her back out on me at the very last minute, 8 hours before court. This was after communication with Karen drastically failed. She become incredibly unprofessional and started using her negotiation skills to put me down as I was attempting to understand the legal process. She refused to hear anything I was saying and put her own spin (like gaslighting) on what I would ask or try to communicate. (If I ask "Can we do XYZ?" then the response shouldn't be attack on me personally or my past.) Phone call follow-ups were inconsistent and communication was difficult. She made promises she couldn't keep and ultimately sold me an idea about my case only to completely change that idea later (using double speak to sell me her idea and then doing something completely different after hiring). If you are a busy professional any attempts to stay organized will be met with hostility with this attorney. Please find representation elsewhere.

Don Dench represented my son in a criminal case. Currently unable for my fiancée to even get into contact with this man. Or his assistant in which he told him to contact. He then proceeded to lie in court stating they haven’t had any prior contact after we’ve been dealing with this arrest since 08/2023. It’s now almost May of 2024. It’s now only a few days until his next court date and still not able to get into contact with Taj. To where my fiancée has had to request time off from work to walk into his physical office in person to try and get some information on his case and an update on possible charges or what he’s going to push for etc. I’m frustrated for him as he’s trying to better himself since one stupid mistake. This man needs to do better at contacting his clients. Not just the once’s that are physically locked up in jail

The circumstances of my case were such that they required a minor level of effort to approach the nuances of the situation. From my conversations with other Santa Barbara lawyers, in my first case he could have pushed for a better decision through increased communication and effort with the District Attorney. When I received a DUI, a more serious offense than my first charge, he was misleading in his role as an attorney. I did the required programs through Zona Seca and participated actively in all activities as dictated by the Santa Barbara Superior Court. After all of that, I was told by the DMV that I had to spend another 16 months at Zona Seca before I could get my license despite legal decisions surrounding my case. Pearlman was non-responsive on multiple occasions even after I had become aware of this information. When I finally got in contact with him, he informed me that I had no options other than to take the non-legally dictated decision of another 16 months at Zona Seca. In that same vein, he offered no legal advice nor action to approach or alter the decision, which was eventually determined to be a simple clerical error. Through other local Santa Barbara attorneys, I was luckily able to get the legal support I deserved. They were able to draft me a writ certiorari for a nominal price and worked to ensure I had my license back within a few months. The lack of Pearlman's willingness to help rectify my situation was remarkable. Had I not worked with other great attorneys in Santa Barbara, I would have been under the impression that I had no other options and was hopeless in responding the inadequacies of the DMV. If you have any nuances or complex components to your DUI, I would highly advise you continue to do your research and look elsewhere for consultation.

I can't express how grateful I feel to have hired Mr. Pearlman. He is an extremely experienced and thoughtful attorney. Moreover, I believe his long experience and reputation with the DA's office was critical to my success.
I was arrested for suspected DUI and multiple substance related charges. I was expecting the worst as this wasn't my first offense. In the end he got the multiple counts down to one possession charge leading to an informal probation which is so much better than I was expecting. I paid him a single very reasonable fee (not going to trial) and I always felt that I was getting a service consistently worth every penny I paid. I can't say that of other lawyers that have represented me at all. In fact, he kept to our contract without charging more even though the case unexpectedly dragged on for more than a year (solely due to the red-tape of the county).
I could tell that he really cared about my case and his office gave me the personal attention and time that I needed. He answered all my questions very promptly and professionally. Moreover, his office and administrative staff were just as helpful, polite and kind. They always dealt with any issues, paper work, court dates or appearances in a quick, detailed and professional manner.
I thought my career, life, license and professional certification were all going to be over & ruined. Instead, because I followed his advice and instructions, I'm getting a second chance and learning a serious lesson. I would 100% recommend Mr. Pearlman first for any criminal defense needs.

I contacted Mr. Pearlman due to being arrested after I was assaulted. I had no prior record and was the victim in this case looking at felony assault charges on myself and the other party. Mr. Pearlman assured the case would get dropped because of circumstances that I was the victim and assured me he knew people in D.A. Office to help expedite this matter. I gave him the retainer fee and signed paperwork. The day of my trial he was late and did not show on time before the judge to address my case. The case was dropped none of which was addressed by Mr. Pearlman to the courts. I emailed Mr. Pearlman that he did not represent me in court like he said, nor did he make any kind of reasonable attempt to discuss getting this arrest taken off my record like we discussed during consultation. Mr.Pearlman wanted more money to discuss helping me get the arrest taken off my record, which I found out fromD.A. Office I could do on my own without a lawyer or fee needed. Mr. Pearlman had poor communication with me following retainer fee received and contract signed. His office assistant was the only professional in this whole situation. She was lovely. Thanks to Mr. Pearlman I now feel like I was victimized twice. Please consider many other lawyers that hold true to their word that will show up to your court date. A phone call to someone he may or may not have known was never verified nor did it help my case. Mr. Pearlman knew it would get dismissed and took my money anyway without making much effort.

She antagonize me during the phone call, making ridiculous snarky comments. I would not recommend that anyone interact with her. Had to call several times. They have a message option however they won't return calls on messages which just intensities thre stressful situation.
So before you call and are on hold for almost 3 hours, yes 3 hours, please note they will not help anyone unless you're being evicted. Yep, enough their website lists many other subjects.
Oh and lily is in desperate need of customer service training courses.

This is May 2024, I was referred to Mr. Kennedy by another attorney. After reading countless good reviews, and hearing first hand from a few public defenders that know him personally, I was interested! We talked and he agreed to take on my case.
During our initial contact, when price was brought up, he was FIRM on his price, (which was VERY FAIR considering the caseload I had), and that is precisely the moment I knew I wanted Mr. Kennedy as counsel. The fact that he was as firm as he was on his price, because if he wasn’t willing/able to be firm on the cost of his service/expertise how could I possibly expect him to fight for me and be firm in the courtroom. Think about it!
You can get a cheap knockoff store brand attorney for 3k and basically get “convinced & forced” into a plea deal or you can spend just a tad bit more and get the representation YOU NEED against a government that is hellbent on stripping YOU of YOUR freedom.
I highly recommend Mr. Kennedy!
