When we were looking for an ethical attorney to represent our son, it was a daunting task. We interviewed many attorneys, but after meeting and speaking with Matthew Izzi, I knew that he was the one to represent our son's defense. So you need a good lawyer when you are in Shasta's court system. One more comment, if you read anything written via yelp, social media or in the newspaper, that is negative about Matthew's character, by certain people in Shasta county, don't believe them, they can't deal with Matthew being so good at his job and believing in our son's account regarding what really happened. God knows the truth and the yappers negativity against my son, will be dealt with by God.
When stacked charges are brought up against your loved one, you need an attorney who will represent your loved one, in an aggressive, professional, intelligent and smart manner. The highlight is-- you need Matthew who will believe in you and will work diligently to prove your loved one's innocence. Matthew helped me understand an area, that I wasn't familiar with, the legal system, this also helped our son fight the system for his innocence and to try to get through the difficult situation. I highly recommend Harrison Le! While visiting California last year I was charged with possessing drugs. Harrison Le explained to me everything in detail and made sure I wasn't lost. I knew he had my best interest at heart from the very get go.

I called the office of Brian Vogel to ask a few questions on how to apply for a restricted license. I have not been convicted of the DUI in the court but the dmv has suspended my license for four months. Brian was not in his office at the time of my call. His assistant Liisa took 20 minutes out of her busy day to answer all my questions and help clarify everything. Brian Vogel is not my lawyer, but his assistant Liisa treated me like one of their own. I'm very thankful for the help and highly suggest Brian Vogel for anyone that has any problem with the law.

My son unfortunately ran into a double felony case with inhancements. After talking to many lawyers about his case I was referred to Kevin from another Law firm. After meeting with him we hired him for the juvenile case. Kevin is intelligent, has good respect within the juvenile courts and is a great communicator. He negotiated the plea deal down and also the inhancements disappeared and my son was able to get probation and after a year his record expunged. Mr. Hennessey was my attorney many years ago, but from reading his reviews he has only continued to his greatness as an attorney... He represented me in a criminal case that started with me facing life. He always made sure to encourage me and let me know not to worry. During my case he fought so hard for my freedom and to ensure the courts treated me right that he ended up with a charge himself (which I believe was dismissed latter) for contempt of court from a shady judge. Well from that threat of life and after a lengthy trial I walked away with a sentence that was worthy of my crime. I never came to Mr. Hennessey an innocent man, I knew I did wrong and deserved punishment but Mr. Hennessey made sure that's what I got. Ive been out for some time now and have a good life now, and I honestly give Mr. Hennessey much credit for fighting so hard to allow me to have this second chance at life... There were actually 3 of us in this case and although we all had our own attorneys Mr. Hennessey fought so hard for all of us that we all ended up coming home from this case. My case was plagued with lots of police misconduct and violation of my rights. Every attorney I got was "ready" to fight or so they said until they got the retainer. All my previous attorneys wanted me to settle for ridiculous plea deals. Sean was the only attorney that was able to uncover 2 different police reports for my case and brought to light all the things the police lied about to get the case to stick. Sean is like a pit bull in the court room with still being beyond professional. If your case has a lot of issues or you simply just want someone that will actually be thorough and do what they say, get Sean.

I contacted Bryan after my husband was arrested and was accused of assault. I helped my boss and boss's wife get through a criminal charge against her. Michael Phillips was a savior in my DUI case. I would not have received the right judgments without him. He went through my case throughly and knew that I was treated unfairly. He went above and beyond all expectations. I won my DMV Court Hearing, which saved me from losing my license. To be honest if I lost the DMV court hearing I would of lost my job and my long distance relationship with my now husband would of suffered. He lived in San Diego and I lived in Huntington Beach, so driving to see each other was important. My court case was then dropped from a DUI to a Wet In Reckless.
Now he is helping me expunge my case for a great price. I don't really need the expungement because I own my business but for such a great price, I can't say no to the offer.

I was immediately impressed, as he was willing to take my consultation call after hours, and was very straight-forward with no sales pitch, scare tactics, or too-good-to-be-true promises. With the increasing complexity of often contradictory laws, it takes brilliance and very significant ingenuity to keep our legal system both fair and sensible. Hooman Kazemi is both brilliant and extremely skilled. In my case, he was able to change the charge against me from one that was unfair, to one that was factually correct and fair. He also negotiated a very fair and considerate resolution with the Prosecutor. Without his skill and thorough knowledge, I am certain that I would have been illogically and unfairly punished for a very simple and unintentional oversight. His identification and re-classification of the charge, in my opinion, showed an uncommon degree of knowledge and expertise. At age 61 as a manufacturer and exporter, I have worked with governments around the world and have never seen better legal counsel. His skill is uncommon, and his enthusiasm is phenomenal.

We hired Martin and team to help us with our situation. They took the time to understand our issue with sufficient patience and provided a deep insight into causes. He and his team were able to provide a fairly illustrative prognosis over the next steps on the case. With his legal experience he was able to drive prompt resolutions and also pivot on matters as necessary to keep our (client) interest at the center of potential outcomes.
He collaborated with other legal disciplines and is always amenable to different approaches. We were completely caught offgaurd with out situation but owing to competent and professional intervention by Martin et al, we eventually were able to resolve to our benefit.

I was falsely accused of domestic violence. My girlfriend admitted that she had lied but the police still would not drop the charges. Mr. Honse was very calm and reassuring.
