I hired Ms. Lord to deal with my divorce. After getting consultations from other attorneys she seemed like a perfect fit and I was right. She is fair, she is extremely knowledgeable in everything family law, and when I was either upset or didn’t know something she explained it to me in a way I would understand it. We hired Elizabeth in early 2019 and we successfully obtained legal guardianship over our grandchildren. Than 2 in a half years later she represented us for terminating Parental Rights of parents which was granted, and from there she helped us with finalizing our adoption. She is very thorough, knows the law and will not say something can be done unless it can. She will respond to your e-mails and listen to your concerns.

If you are in need of consistently aggressive, calculated and very professional advocacy, Wallin and Klarich is the law firm that you should go to. I understand, it is terrifying to be in a situation wherein you are accused specially if you have not have not had experience with the legal system before, so looking for strong lawyers will be your best defense.
Our story with Wallin and Klarich started when we had a serious accusation thrown at a family member. I called them on a Saturday evening, left a message; I immediately got a call from Jonathan Lynn, one of their senior lawyers who made an appointment with us even on a Sunday. He then referred us to one of the partners of the firm, Matthew Wallin, and after our first meeting, we knew that we were starting off on the right path in having this firm at our side.
Matt was always there for us. I know he is a top rated lawyer who handles a lot of cases, but he never made us feel that our case was any less serious or less important. He was always prompt, detailed, pro-active and he was always respectful. Contrary to what a few negative reviewers post here, this firm never made us feel that our case was about money first. I actually had to ask them several times to review the retainer since I really felt that they were spending so much time on our case vs. what we were paying for. Matt is a very strong advocate and he really cares about his clients. He acted as a confidant, coach, lawyer, mentor during our darkest and most trying times. Like I always said to him, his advocacy is much more than whatever money we can pay for. His service, his care, his diligence is unsurpassed. I have heard horror stories from other families about how badly they were treated by their law firms and honestly, if I would just say out loud to those having problems, go to Wallin and Klarich.

I was pulled over for doing donuts in an empty dirt lot, and the police officer told me I would get something in the mail. Almost a year later, I got a court summons telling me I was to be charged with misdemeanor reckless driving and vandalism. Adding insult to injury, the DA’s office made me court date AFTER I had moved out of state for school! After consulting with and retaining Matt Wallin, I could not be happier with the outcome. He represented me and kept me updated with all relevant info, and was very professional. Mr. Wallin eventually got both charges dropped and the case dismissed. Considering I could have been facing jail time, a nasty fine and a license suspension, this could not have gone any better for me. A big thank you to Mr. Matt Wallin and the entire team!

I was accused by police for abusing my son. I admit that I am a tough father but I am not the "abuser" described by the police. When I was released from jail I started seeking an attorney on AVVO. Mr. Nakano's experience drew my attention. However, my stereotype about lawyers reserved me from making immediate decision to hire him. After looking through his website, I told myself "why not give him a chance, and give yourself a chance". Because of our similar ethnic background, he could look at the situation from my perspective. Not only that, Mr. Nakano suggest me started to makeup for my mistake before the court date. He recommended Parents' Group, a group therapy that help distressed parents. In addition, he recommended me seeing professional counselor, who had taught me a lot because he had already went through the path that I am going through. Because of Mr. Nakano's help, I was dismissed of the charges by the police and was exonerated from CACI listing. Most importantly, my relationship with my son has improved. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving vacation in Disney; played retro video games and light saber duel together during Christmas Holidays. Aside from all the fun, he is still willing to follow my guidance to learn math and English daily. Thank you Mr. Nakano.

I came to Mr Steven Nakano awhile back concerned about a possible criminal case against me regarding an alledged a hit and run on the freeway resulting in property damage. After the police contacted me and conducted their investigation it was confirmed I was not involved in any hit and run. Turns out the party who claimed I was involved was pulling an insurance scam. Steven Nakano and myself had a consultation in his office and he put me at ease that I had nothing to be concerned about. He is clearly very skilled and very professional. I hired Shep Zebberman at the recommendation of a dear friend as my attorney after I was being investigated and my son was removed from my home on false allegations from CPS. Mr. Shep navigated through the ordeal with great ease, always making sure I understood everything and allowing me to be comfortable and confident in his abilities. He got my son back to my care after the first hearing of my cps case and got my case dismissed at the disposition hearing. I unfortunately had a cps Case.

Attorney Zebberman was the only one who made me feel like he cared not only about me hiring him but my actual case.

Mr.Bourne was with me for 2 YEARS. He helped fight my DV case and got me a deal that is pretty much unheard of no probation, no time served, fees waved & got it expunged off my record. He’s quick to respond and keeps you up to date on any new information as soon as he gets it.

I was arrested and charged with a felony. When I spoke to my public defender the best option she could give me was to plead guilty for the felony and take 2 years of felony probation. I contacted attorney Bourne and explained my case to him and he got the the charge dropped down to a misdemeanor, unsupervised probation and I didn’t even have to pay any court fees! Thanks Josh !

Mr. Hennessey was my attorney many years ago, but from reading his reviews he has only continued to his greatness as an attorney... He represented me in a criminal case that started with me facing life. He always made sure to encourage me and let me know not to worry. During my case he fought so hard for my freedom and to ensure the courts treated me right that he ended up with a charge himself (which I believe was dismissed latter) for contempt of court from a shady judge. Well from that threat of life and after a lengthy trial I walked away with a sentence that was worthy of my crime. I never came to Mr. Hennessey an innocent man, I knew I did wrong and deserved punishment but Mr. Hennessey made sure that's what I got. Ive been out for some time now and have a good life now, and I honestly give Mr. Hennessey much credit for fighting so hard to allow me to have this second chance at life... There were actually 3 of us in this case and although we all had our own attorneys Mr. Hennessey fought so hard for all of us that we all ended up coming home from this case. My case was plagued with lots of police misconduct and violation of my rights. Every attorney I got was "ready" to fight or so they said until they got the retainer. All my previous attorneys wanted me to settle for ridiculous plea deals. Sean was the only attorney that was able to uncover 2 different police reports for my case and brought to light all the things the police lied about to get the case to stick. Sean is like a pit bull in the court room with still being beyond professional. Matthew Rinaldi never filed A Motion For New Trial and scammed me for $15,000 and committed Fraud. He made a deal with The Prosecutor in my case. I’m a innocent wrongfully convicted man, and now I don’t have any money left to challenge or appeal my wrongful conviction because The McGregor Law Firm stole all of my money. Matthew Rinaldi is very unprofessional and thinks he knows it all. Matthew Rinaldi also acts like A Prosecutor instead of a Criminal Defense Attorney. We are writing to provide an objective review of our experience with Tiffany Andrews and her mediation services. Although Tiffany was pleasant to work with, our overall assessment is that the services provided were average. We were disappointed that we never had the opportunity to meet her in person, despite multiple trips to her office. During our case, we couldn't help but notice that the handling of our mediation proceedings resembled that of a general contractor overseeing a construction project. We encountered unexpected changes in Tiffany's team, with members coming and going without prior notice. This lack of consistency had a noticeable impact on the process and left us feeling unsettled. Another area of concern was the significant disparity between our original cost estimate and the final bill. The cost nearly doubled, which was unexpected and disappointing. Our mediation and divorce proceedings were minimal in complexity, as stated by Tiffany herself. Considering the simplicity of the case, we had hoped for more streamlined and cost-effective services. Throughout the process, there were instances where communication and continuity seemed lacking. We often had to repeat information from one meeting to the next, resulting in frustration and delays. Matthew Rinaldi never filed A Motion For New Trial and scammed me for $15,000 and committed Fraud. He made a deal with The Prosecutor in my case.
