Three years ago, I received a DUI. I have never been in trouble with the law, and never thought I'd find myself needing a Criminal Defense Attorney. However, I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Bobzin as my attorney. Because I have a high profile career, I choose not to disclose my name. But what I can say about Mr. Bobzin is that he is an exceptional attorney and DEEPLY cares about his clients. He was informative, thoughtful, and genuine throughout the process of this horrible event in my life. At the beginning of the judicial process, Mr. Bobzin was able to remove jail time to minimal work furlough, and see that I was put on an informal probation - otherwise I would've received a 60 day jail sentence; which would've potentially cost me my career.
After the short work furlough time and 2 years of informal probation, I re-called Mr. Bobzin to help me terminate probation and expunge my record. The results were exceptionally successful! WE WON!
In fact, during my early termination hearing, the judge stated I had only been on probation for 2 years and a few months. Mr. Bobzin jumped in and said "Your honor, my client has been on informal probation for 2 years and 6 months". At that point she reviewed court documents and agreed. After that comment the judge granted early termination of probation. Had she believed/overlooked that probation time period, I would still be on informal probation.
Because of Mr. Bobzin's skill in the courtroom and attention to detail, I have been granted early termination of probation! Further, he is now requesting expungement of my record, which I have no doubt will be successful. Mr. Bobzin is a skilled, professional, and caring attorney. I cannot express how appreciative I am of his efforts to have helped me in my case.

Today I contacted Mr. Bobzin.
My brain trauma/dementia and my daughter's legal issues are not easy to weed thru for MOST other Lawyers I have contacted.
Mr. Bobzin treated my embarrassing health issues and legal difficulties with the utmost respect. He did NOT treat me like I was less than him, since he had knowledge of what I did not.
I was so impressed with him taking time for me and my daughter's legal issues that I even asked him to mail me some business cards.

At just 21 years old, my entire life changed, I was facing multiple false accusations resulting in multiple felony charges and facing a possible lengthy prison sentence. I do not come from money, I’ve never been in any legal trouble, I’ve never even had a speeding ticket, and all of the sudden all of my money was exhausted fighting this and it was looking as if I would be serving time for a crime I didn’t do. Let me start off by saying I can't thank Logan enough for all his hard work. He took on a family member's case, which was very intense. Logan took the case head on and helped us remain calm through out the entire case, which felt like a roller coaster as we hoped we wouldn't hear the worst during each court. Logan was reassuring the whole time and responsive. He was in constant communication with all of us, and there were many of us constantly seeking updates. There was no question that was too dumb, nor did it phase him when I asked the same questions rephrased, as I wanted to make sure I understood. He was always very professional and checked in with us before walking into each court to give us a run down of what to expect, and gave us a summary as we walked out of court and told us what the next steps were. This case was a big deal because we were looking at a 10-15 year minimum sentence, and he got us the best deal possible. Jail time came out to 270 days. 270 DAYS! How Logan did it, I don't know, but he truly worked him magic and fought hard for us. I could not thank you Logan enough times, he got us out of a life altering jam. Highly recommend him!!

I'd like to start this reviewing by stating that this was my first time ever finding myself in legal trouble and it was for a false accusation that threatened to destroy my business and career, and, as the sole provider for my family, it put us all at extreme risk. Needless to say, this situation was horrifying and highly traumatic. I found myself in a place where I desperately needed someone to fight for me, hear me, and protect my business and my family. Unfortunately, the first place I turned to was a different firm unassociated with Logan Noblin. That firm was my first experience with a legal team, and the moment after I fired them and hired Logan it was plain to see how exceptional Logan is, and lightyears beyond the team I was working with originally. Logan was everything I thought I needed and more in an attorney. He was professional, strategic, compassionate, and, most importantly, someone who fought for me from our first moment to our last. II came across this attorney several years ago; from the minute I expose him my case, I was able to feel a sense of being in excellent hands to look after your interests. He heads a small law office, which I find it to be of great benefit, as you get to talk and meet directly with him, EVERY TIME, and NOT with a secretary or a paralegal! He is the very first attorney who made me feel he cared about me, and NOT as to how much he would be able to earn from me! After resolving my case, I learned a little bit about him, among which, he is of the very few attorneys that have passed the BAR Exam on the first testing! Most attorneys accept that it has taken them more than one testing to pass the BAR Exam. Just before the turn of the century Mr. LemMon represented me on a couple of cases I would have sworn there was no chance of me winning. Mr. LemMon came through with both wins. One was a traffic case and one a criminal. But both could have landed me in the gray-bar hotel for sometime. He believed in me, came up with a couple out of the box defenses that were winning ones. I got in to a fight with a man and I beat the xsit out of him. The DA wants to send me to prison for 11 years ridiculous. Through Matt's help, I was only stayed in Jail for 2 days. So you understand the difference. Matt is always on time and prepared. He is strong in front of Judge and he makes his points and the judge had to agree with. He really get along with everyone involved with the case and all my friends likes him. I communicate with Matt during court sessions and we successfully caught the fake evidences the witness brought to court and the judge loved what we did we could tell.
Before the last court session, Matt wrote a 9 pages long description of my life to the judge and that really helped too. He is definitely a great professional lawyer and he deserves what he got paid for!

I don’t think I can put into words how forward yet compassionate Stacey is, I am so thankful for Stacey and everyone at her office! It took a bit to get in to see her as she was not available right away but I can see why. She is so thorough, responsive and made me feel as though I was her only client. Marc represented me in a complex appeals case. He knew the law, was able to quickly and thoroughly analyze the case. He did this on a pro bono basis. Mr. Zilversmit got my conviction reversed, and after it went back to the trial court he got the case dismissed. Even though I was innocent, I lost faith in the justice system, but Mr. Zilversmit restored my faith. He reviewed my transcripts and found errors that the Judge made that my trial attorney didn't even know about. He is amazing.

I understand that Mr. Alford is fairly new to the law trade and one may think twice for that reason. I looked beyond the Humphrys law degree and years of experience when I checked his bio and decided to give him a chance to impress me. He did. I needed advice regarding a foreclosure action and he proved more than competent. He knew what he was talking about, his advice was sound and he saved me a lot of grief. I was arrested on a felony charge under a highly questionable legal basis. The charge was reduced to a misdemeanor, but the prosecution continued. Ms. Slone moved to have charges dropped for illegal search and seizure, but the judge refused. Ms. Slone filed an appeal, and the appellate court ruled in our favor. In an unusual circumstance, the three judge panel ruled unanimously. Ms. Slone is professional, yet friendly, and she sure got the job done for me. Highly recommended.

She is very responsive and gave me the play by play via text while in court. She was able to move my case forward from termination of services, to termination of parental rights, and towards adoption which I hope will happen by spring. She is no-nonsense type person and has good relationships with the attorneys on the dependency floor in Santa Ana. She is literally in those court rooms every day and is familiar with each judge as well. I'm so glad I didn't bring an outsider in.
