Dan has proven to be a thorough attorney that leaves no stone unturned.
Was always available and quick to respond to texts and emails.
The only thing lacking was face to face consultation in his office. Other than that, Dan was quick to respond when we had a question.
I’m not aware of everything Dan did behind the scenes while dealing with the opposing attorney but in the end, the outcome was favorable considering the circumstances.
I would hire Dan again and recommend his services.

I am so thankful I found Dan to help me with my DWI arrest. He is professional and has experience handling DWI’s. His paralegal Cara is great and always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner. I was always kept informed throughout the process so I knew what was happening. This was a super stressful time for me. DWI laws are pretty much straight forward so he could only do so much but he was able to get me the best possible outcome I could expect considering the facts in my case. Muy mal organizados, mandan los papeles sin firmar a migración. Le echan la culpa al de migración se retrasa el proceso, tardan mucho en volver a hacer todo después se olvidan de uno. Migración manda documentos y ellos ni siquiera saben que ya los tienen. Cuanto más tiempo para que los manden nadie sabe por que según mo hay nada en el sistema cuando la carta dice que fue entregada en frontera desk con el tracking number.

I called several lawyers in Brazoria County. Most of them took my name and number. A couple of them returned my call but gave me little to consider. When I called Sandy she immediately pulled the public files and thoroughly reviewed the situation. She told me what she thought was the best course of action. Her

Thru the entire ordeal Sandra was available to answer all our questions. Thru phone and text Sandra was always honest, direct, and most importantly she always returned calls and texts immediately. Mr. Abel helped me when I was falsely accused of a felony crime. He was appointed to me by the court at first and was able to get the case dismissed, but the DA decided to refile lesser charges on me (sore loser). Mr. Abel had done such a good job with my felony case that I decided to hire him on my new refiled lesser charges and he made quick work of them and got all of my charges dismissed. Mr. Abel hung tough with me through two courts. I never in my life thought I would be falsely accused of a crime but I was extremely lucky to get Abel as my lawyer! He was also a prosecutor for some time so he has relationships with people in the courts that some lawyers don’t. He did an excellent job and if you have the opportunity to hire him I think you’d be foolish not to. Bill Knox was referred to me by several people so I gave him a call and met with him to consult about my sons cases. Jennifer Locke did the worst job representing me. There was very little communication with her during the process and when she did contact me she was yelling at me. She told me she couldn’t request items like split costs for extracurricular, life insurance, college funds, etc. She told me I couldn’t request to put in MSA yo have contact with grandparents after death. She pushed me to drop all 2 yrs of back pay and give in to extended visitation. And refused to fight for medical and psych custody, even though my ex hadn’t been in my kids lives for 2 years. It has been 2 years and I have learned from other attorneys what she did was so wrong. She just wanted the money with no work to represent me. She once put me on hold and didn’t realize I could hear her conversation with my ex’s lawyer and she was acting as if they were friends. I was told I would receive an official copy of my decree and I never received it. Only an email copy. Please please stay away.

I wish I could say nice and positive things about Ms.Locke and her paralegal Alisha. My whole experience was waiting for answers, direction and disappointment. Always conflicting and misleading information. I never felt secure in the information I was given and when meditation came it was more of a reunion and when time came to talk about my needs it was "standard" for mom and dad to have this and that rather than looking at the best interest of the child as they kept stating and his special needs. In the end I was not fully happy with what I got and felt as if I was more of a payment check for them and went to the next.
I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this law firm.
