I recently did a real estate closing with Gallo & Iacovangelo and it was one of the smoothest transactions I’ve experienced, as an attorney on the “other side.” Paige was the paralegal I interfaced with most, and she was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Despite my incessant and surely annoying contacts in the final hour, she never once showed a bit of irritation. Tina and Tim have both spent a lot of time on my case. They have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. Not everyone can handle their honesty and approach, but they get stuff done. And they do it with expertise and passion for getting the job done. Excellent petition writing, filing, court appearance (virtual and in-person), thorough, and just a hardcore practice that works as a team and accomplishes a lot. Highly recommend for support orders, divorce, and custody cases.

I found Ms. Richards to be highly unprofessional, highly unethical and highly prejudicial in the execution of my parent's estate.
In my opinion, resorting to threats and bullying in an attempt to intimidate a particular beneficiary is beneath the conduct you would otherwise expect from a member of the Bar Association.
To be clear, I was not "unhappy with my parent's estate", I was shocked by Ms. Richard's behavior.
Her handling of the estate relative to administration and advice given was deplorable, and in no way represented what my parents would have wanted. If you're in the market for an estate attorney that you can trust to do the right thing upon your passing, I recommend that you look elsewhere.
I would not have even given Ms. Richards a "1 star" review, but Google doesn't accept anything less.

I don’t know either I’m really ignorant and stupid or I have never received such bad service
From a law firm , maybe again it’s just me but I do not receive any communication with this law firm and anytime you call the line always fail or busy there’s no option for a voicemail ; they even forgot about a payment and had my paperwork in the air not submitted for the last 4 months which honestly is bull shit to the highest level nor be there for the court dates which have been postponing for the last 4 times over a two year span maybe this review they will delay my shit even more and by then I’d prob be deported or something lol I just don’t understand the front desk is super super horrible with communication and I can never get in contact or see the lawyer unless you pounce in randomly some day to see him there , would love to fix this issue as I only
Heard good things about them and was referred from the dad’s operation but as of now I’m super super disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service at Gallagher law firm.

As for someone who is a victim of sexual assault. I came across this law firm hoping to be taken as a client but unfortunately this did not happen. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is very nice. However, they make it seem like you are talking to Norma for the 1 hour intake call on the website but really you are speaking to a Law Clerk named Roshelle who was also very nice. I did not appreciate the fact, they didn’t have the decency to call me to tell me the unfortunate news. I had to scroll through a bunch of emails to find an email from Norma. If you have to pay a $275 fee (only refundable if they don’t take you as a client) just for a person to get information about your legal situation when other lawyers do it for free is kind of crazy.

Fridman interrupted me mid sentence to say he was declining) then declined the case and coldly, cruelly, dismissively told me to look elsewhere. Hook and bait. Overpriced. Charges for everything single second, even for bathroom breaks. The lawyer is old as stone and slow. He coughs dust. Forgets things and should have retired 6 years ago. He’s not flexible with dates since he has early bedtimes and naps. Save yourself time and money. Go find yourself a younger lawyer with more stamina.

I retained Jonathan Mann of SSRGA for an appellate case. He was meticulous, organized and thorough. He communicated very clearly. We handled the entire process via phone and text. The appellate court ruled in our favor. I would definitely have Jonathan and SSRGA perform any appellate work I have in the future based on my experience and their performance. They are expensive. However, there is an old adage - you get what you pay for.

Mr. Goldberg is a lawyer who is available 24 hours and he said the truth about his firm having an A+ in Better Business Bureau. I am a new client and many attorneys want my case but I chose him. He always willing to help me and always answers my calls with respect. When I called the office, the customer service is excellent and Mayra is an excellent and good worker. Mr. Goldberg and all the employees are excellent. Mr. Goldberg and staffs deserve no 5 stars but Billions of Stars.

I took me two years to be able to review Mr. Goldberg and his partner David Waterbury. Mr. Goldberg handled my car accident case. Mr. Goldberg denied to fight my case in court becase I was a hispanic woman with an accent. He personally told me that the court was prejudice to minorities. He has a nice personality but he doesn't know his job and he really don't care to fight for his clients. He just want to get paid. That's all he care for. There are plenty of others lawyers in NY. Good lawyers. I wouldn't never recommend Michael Goldberg and David Waterbury. Michael Goldberg worse lawyer in NY.

My original Google review below (posted 2 years ago) was attacked by Grant Herrmann Schwartz & Klinger LLP in a lawsuit. Representing myself, I faced an order to show cause from the firm seeking to "immediately and permanently remove his Google Review".
The dispute described below could not be resolved amicably. Instead, it was left to the court to decide—and the court ruled in my favor.
I eventually recovered the value of the retainer deposit in dispute, along with a portion of the costs I incurred during the process. Case closed.

My wife and I found that the representation we got from Grant Herrmann Schwartz & Klinger LLP was unreliable, and the firm hard to work with.
The attorney working with us was great but departed the firm abruptly. And the firm did not bother to inform us of that in a timely manner, which we consider reckless for a law firm. It's impossible for us to trust a firm after such a thing.
We found out about that at a critical moment of the representation, so we had to retain a new firm in a hurry.
The firm then refused to return the balance of the retainer deposit, presenting us with a bill, that we consider bogus, several months after the billing date and only after we requested our refund.
