Marc Weissman of Cobert, Haber & Haber has been wonderful! My husband died in 21 and left us with a mess! Marc has been a. professional, b. kind, c. unbelievably reasonable with fees, d. gone above and beyond a lawyer's responsibilities! My husband had a coop in Brooklyn and the coop board has been impossible! Marc worked with their lawyers and the buyer's lawyers to get the apartment sold. Words can't describe how happy I am that I used Mr. Perskin. I was in a pretty gnarly situation (to say the least) and from the moment we met, he showed immense confidence, listened to me, and fought super SUPER hard for me. I needed help after my divorce with my ex wife constantly pulling me into Family Court for made up reasons. I made an apt with Michelle Haskin and after 15 minutes, I knew I needed her. Simply the best. Michelle’s accomplishments are too long to list. I didn’t even know there was a class of Super Lawyers.
I wish I had her from the beginning of my divorce.
Courteous, friendly, and over the top accolades. I needed someone who could defend me and keep my ex from her nonsense.
I’m still dealing with it, but its gotten a lot better.

His name is no longer on the sign, but I met with him several times six years ago and 2 weeks ago at this office. Joe Liccardi is a crook. Six years ago he took $500 from my boyfriend to file a will and provided me a signed copy along with the receipt for receiving $500 cash, and kept the original in the office. I was there when the will was signed. Upon his passing last month I contacted and met with Joe with the copy he gave me in hand. Not only did Joe act as if we had never met, he also denied having the original will, which I witnessed him telling one of his assistants to "file (it) and shred the old one (will)" on the very same day it was signed, witnessed, notarized, provided me a copy and received $500 cash. My boyfriend and I were both there. He did NOT provide us the original, if he did what would be the point of providing us a copy? How can they not have it in their files? My signed copy lists Joe as the executor, how can he not have it? Everyone knows the standard rule is to keep all files for at least seven years? Now my daughter, NOT me is being robbed of her inheritance. Something Shady is going on. I'm currently in the process of probating my father's estate with another firm, this is not foreign territory for me. Please don't insult my intelligence. Please take your business elsewhere.

I've been a solo business owner for 25 years and for those first 15 when I needed legal assistance, it was usually prompted by proximity to someone's recommendation - I didn't even realize there were law firms that specialized in small business legal needs. I hired Robyn to represent me in a highly contentious divorce. My children were being used as tools against me and their mother was attempting to alienate them from me. She made the welfare of the children as important as mine and I was able to walk away from the divorce with a strong financial and custody arrangement. I hired Robyn because my ex-wife puts up hurdles against me seeing our daughter and I went to court to enforce an agreement we made. The court case was initiated by me and Robyn was later hired by me to support my cause. She also initiated a case in Supreme Court for which she appeared unprepared. I then decided that her support was actually not helping my cases. I also have strong reservations about her knowledge of the law which is limited since she gave me wring advice in several instances, such as the deadline to perfect an appeal in Manhattan Appeals Court which she said was six months but in fact is nine months (not the only instance of obvious mistakes). Other issues were here representing me in court which went better for me without her.
