Beth is down right mean and harbors anger. None of what she does professional. She is sneaky and conniving. What she say and tells a child to do is not her place. Telling a minor wrong information and adding fuel to the fire instead if preserving the family. Do not hire her!

I retained Lockhart Law about 6 months ago to take over my divorce and custody case that had been turned into a nightmare by the extremely incompetent law firm I had previously retained. I consulted with Ms. Halk in December of 2013. She walked me through the steps and beside me for 4 1/2 years. She was compassionate, educated, level headed and fair. She was the strength that helped me endure the worst. She did everything she could to help me get my fair settlement as we were dealing with a very vindictive ex. All my fears were put to rest with her knowledgeable advice. She never made me feel like I was bothering her and was very amenable when it came to my finances. Her fee is fair. She is not about the money like so many attorneys are. She is extremely kind but firm. If she doesn't think you are upfront with her she will refer you to someone who would be a better fit. She educates you as well. By the end of my divorce, I feel like I knew the law as well. She will never lead you astray. She even took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable at a very tumultuous time in her life. I would highly recommend Carolyn. Her staff is just as kind and helpful.....We are now friends.

I hired Carolyn for a custody order that was change on me after I left the courtroom. She had agreed to take my case she Drew up the motion but she never got us a date to get in front of the judge I spent 2 years after that trying to get in touch with them I called send emails I even went into the office but no one would ever see me or call me back. Finally over 2 years later I spoke to her she said that she defended me for what I hide her for and that she was done with a case but that is not true we never went to court. So I said give me my paperwork back and the rest of my retainer and I will move on she claims she sent me a bill two months before stating that my retainer was used but it was not true I was not in contact with them for 2 years why would they send me a bill 2 months earlier did not make sense so I spent 2500 wasted 2 years and I am back where I started user beware read this carefully and think twice.

I retained Jonathan Mann of SSRGA for an appellate case. He was meticulous, organized and thorough. He communicated very clearly. We handled the entire process via phone and text. The appellate court ruled in our favor. I would definitely have Jonathan and SSRGA perform any appellate work I have in the future based on my experience and their performance. They are expensive. However, there is an old adage - you get what you pay for.

Received this legal firm information from my employers EAP program. Office staff was friendly and kind. Scheduled quickly for an appointment, office ended up closed presumably for snow, I was able to call and make another phone consultation for later in the same week. Mr. Friedman was knowledgeable and understanding of our situation. One area that we need assistance with he is not able to address himself however will have us set up with his colleague to discuss this matter. Thank you for your time and quick response.

Mr. Goldberg is a lawyer who is available 24 hours and he said the truth about his firm having an A+ in Better Business Bureau. I am a new client and many attorneys want my case but I chose him. He always willing to help me and always answers my calls with respect. When I called the office, the customer service is excellent and Mayra is an excellent and good worker. Mr. Goldberg and all the employees are excellent. Mr. Goldberg and staffs deserve no 5 stars but Billions of Stars.

I took me two years to be able to review Mr. Goldberg and his partner David Waterbury. Mr. Goldberg handled my car accident case. Mr. Goldberg denied to fight my case in court becase I was a hispanic woman with an accent. He personally told me that the court was prejudice to minorities. He has a nice personality but he doesn't know his job and he really don't care to fight for his clients. He just want to get paid. That's all he care for. There are plenty of others lawyers in NY. Good lawyers. I wouldn't never recommend Michael Goldberg and David Waterbury. Michael Goldberg worse lawyer in NY.

I hired Robyn to represent me in a highly contentious divorce. My children were being used as tools against me and their mother was attempting to alienate them from me. She made the welfare of the children as important as mine and I was able to walk away from the divorce with a strong financial and custody arrangement. If your divorce involves children I highly recommend you get in contact with her.

I hired Robyn because my ex-wife puts up hurdles against me seeing our daughter and I went to court to enforce an agreement we made. The court case was initiated by me and Robyn was later hired by me to support my cause. She also initiated a case in Supreme Court for which she appeared unprepared. I then decided that her support was actually not helping my cases. I also have strong reservations about her knowledge of the law which is limited since she gave me wring advice in several instances, such as the deadline to perfect an appeal in Manhattan Appeals Court which she said was six months but in fact is nine months (not the only instance of obvious mistakes). Other issues were here representing me in court which went better for me without her.

Paid 8,500 to start a retainer. There has been only two continuance and an emergency filling just drafter. Now they’re saying hey you burned through almost a 9k retainer and now you must pay 3k additional to continue having your case being handle by our firm otherwise we can’t represent you anymore. I saw the invoices and what they charged was text messages/ a few phone calls. Worse law firm all they do it’s steal your money

Tina and Tim have both spent a lot of time on my case. They have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. Not everyone can handle their honesty and approach, but they get stuff done. And they do it with expertise and passion for getting the job done. Excellent petition writing, filing, court appearance (virtual and in-person), thorough, and just a hardcore practice that works as a team and accomplishes a lot. Not a good experience, these lawers are crooks with a license. My criminal lawyer died on me and the estate lawyer didnt help me at all trying to get my money back. Said hes broke all of a sudden, but where did my $6000 go that fast? I hired him 2 months prior ro him passing away, but the same lawyer has been hired by the widow to handle all his affairs now thats hes deceased.

I don't normally write reviews but I am very thankful to Juliana and her staff. She helped me through a difficult time and her main concern was always getting me a good setlement and saving me money. Although the case started out as a divorce lawsuit by my ex, we were able to settle it without making any court appearances. I was very impressed by how dedicated Juliana was, she was willing to drop everything to work on my case when there was something important going on. She also met me at the office after 6 pm and on Saturday because I work long hours. I would highly recommend her as a divorce attorney and her staff was good too.

Julie LoBiondo was my divorce attorney, she really helped me a lot. i started out with my wife bringing false charges against me and having no visitation. Julie got me 50/50 custody and my child is much happier now. The divorce case went to trial and it went on for weeks. Julie is an excellent trial attorney, you can tell she just had so much more experience than the other attorney. She spent so much time with me prepping my trial and we worked together almost day and night. She and her husband Anthony were so kind to me. She event prepped for trial with me at her home office every night after the trial. We worked as a team and she was able to subpoena and find out all kinds of assets that my wife had hidden away and which I got 50% of. And she really cared about me and my child so I am very grateful to her and very grateful she agreed to take my case. If it were not for her I do not know where my child and i would be right now. Juliana represented me in a divorce action back when I was in graduate school. She did a great job at trial, and we spent a great deal of time prepping the case. Although I am a skilled professional, lawyering is not my profession and it was important to have someone with me who would listen and help me understand what was going on. Juliana exceeded my expectations, she was available to me at all times, even coming in on weekends to prep the trial. She did a great job and I ended up keeping my professional license as separate property. This allowed me to start out my new life in a great position. I have since happily remarried and have a wonderful family with my new wife. I am very thankful for Juliana and very happy I went to her. Unfortunately, I have known quite a few people who have needed her services and everyone who I have referred to her has thanked me. There is no one else like her out there, I honestly don't think any other attorney would have taken this much time for me. She also knew I was in graduate school and allowed me to go on a payment plan, which was very helpful at the time. His secretary always tells me he is out of the office until the late afternoon. When I call back... he's never there. I am looking into legal actions!

Hired for a child custody case, he gave a good sales pitch during my consultation, but when it came to court appearances he was a mess!!!! I felt embarrassed for him, my ex's attorney walked all over him. I was following a friend's Recomindation, but was disappointed with the outcome and service provided, had to retain a different attornew to refile my petition.

My review and stars only refer to Raykin, Yelena. This lawyer is unprofessional and always in a rush. She is not available to do any closings after 2 pm because she said she will get stuck in traffic on her way home. People from the bank agreed to come at 3 pm and she rudely denied my request. She sent a very rude email telling me that if I am late for the closing she will charge a few hundred dollars extra. The closing only took 30 minutes! Stay away from her, she is NOT flexible and willing to work with her clients! Nasty person... I don't even know why we need a lawyer because she was completely useless.
