highly recommended. I have been included in a number of class action lawsuits with Leeds. First thing- they have an lovely secretary who picks up the phone right away. In an age of tapping on numbers to get to different deptartments, this just makes life easier. I consulted with Elan about an arbitration case and breach of contract. He was extremely thorough and took the extra time to explain the process and all options available. He was extremely caring and helpful. We discussed the different state laws on arbitration. I would highly recommend, especially for cases dealing with arbitration and/or mediation. My experience with Zackary Meyer was incredible. He made me feel comfortable in explaining my litigation matter that had been going on for over 5 years. You can’t imagine the frustration I’ve been dealing with for that long period of time. I explained my side of the story as he reviewed my case and he understood exactly what was going on and agreed to take my case. He also explained to me he didn’t offer any promises or guarantee on the outcome but he said he would do his very best. When this firm offers to do their best “look out” because that is exactly what you will get. On my trial date at court, I thought I would be nervous but I wasn’t because a very polite young man by the named Ali Jaffery partner of Zackery Meyers Firm attended. He presented the facts in a very dignified manner. The facts were proven for this trail and the lawsuit against me were dismissed at its entirety. I am so grateful for this firm. James Knox took the time out of his busy day twice to speak with me about two cases, free of charge. After getting 2 letters from the JC, I was on the verge of a meltdown. Mr. Knox spoke with me about what to expect and how I could prepare myself for an investigation subsequent OP license issues if the cases were substantiated.
