At this time, I am a current client of this law firm. I hired Ron in the darkest time of my life. My soon to be ex husband was upset because I filed for divorce. Furthermore, my estranged husband has attempted to destroy my professional license and reputation. Within a couple of months, Ron and his team were able to rectify that. As a caregiver for many years of a family member who had Parkinson's disease, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospital Neurology Department presented me with three names of eldercare law firms as my family member's health was declining.
I interviewed all three firms, then selected Lamson & Cutner to proceed with our eldercare requirements for help in navigating the ever changing legal requirements as to long term nursing home care when on USA Government health care insurances.
I am so happy to have found this law firm for help , my family members agree ,that it was the wisest decision for me to make.
No one can do this complicated legal work alone and it is best ,if possible to proceed with legal issues when the ill person can still understand and contibute their own desires as to what their assets distribution ,usually but not exclusivly into an Irrevocable trust, as well as critical end of life decisions to their family which should be then ultimately drawn up in legal documents by an Attorney .
As the LSCW stated to me when I hesitated thinking "I had so much time to get to this issue" ...'Don't put it off"!

I've been a small business owner in New York City for around the past 5 years, and I've been working with Adam (and his associate, though I'll review him separately) since virtually the very beginning.
Adam has seen my company grow from a tiny fledgling entity to where we are today, and has been an integral part of our surmounting the myriad challenging, unlucky, 'unfair', or otherwise demanding legal situations and circumstances that come with starting and running a business -- both par-for-the-course and very unexpected.
It's tough to condense everything I could possibly highlight here, but to consolidate to concise summation, simply read the title of this review. One of the things I appreciate most about Adam is his comprehensive analysis and thorough explanations on any given set of circumstances, while at the same time remaining efficient and precise in all the right ways. His methods in outlining different legal approaches or strategies and potential ramifications of each is incredibly informative and helpful in deciding how best to tackle certain situations based on practicality. I also very much appreciate that while he is worth every dollar he invoices, he doesn't hesitate to express anytime there may be avenues to spend *less* on legal in a particular set of circumstances (and the various possibilities and outcomes). He's honest and is a person of integrity.
All in all, I couldn't more heartily recommend Adam as a great attorney for anyone in need of highly effective counsel in any fashion.

Fred went above and beyond his duties for my wife and I. We were set to close on our home in L.I. when Fred Lutzen noticed we were getting a bad deal on our mortgage loan. We had excellent credit and were going to close with a package that had a higher interest rate. We were not aware and would have closed conteny with having a home. He shared this information with us and we ended up getting a new loan and literally ended up saving $4,000 in closing and about $90,000 in overall costs through out the course of a 30 year loan. In addition, Fred was always available and kept in constant communication with us. Whenever I am presented with the opportunity, I would refer anyone to Fred Lutzen.

I am a professional musician and it was brought to my attention by a family member that someone was using an image that was copyrighted by the LLC that my band has established. I first met with Raunak when someone else was representing me in my divorce. By the end of my consultation with him, it was clear that Raunak is a breed apart from other attorneys. It is really night and day.
My divorce was so messy and my first attorney made the mess even worse instead of fixing problems. Raunak changed the whole direction of my case. It was such a breath of fresh air. I don’t know how I could have gotten through it all and kept my sanity intact if I hadn’t changed attorneys and hired Raunak to represent me.
As time went on, Raunak proved himself to be very thorough and knowledgeable. Unlike my first attorney, he wasn’t all talk. He actually got results. Anyone who has had to go to family court knows just how stressful it is. A big part of the stress is worrying whether your attorney will really help you achieve a favorable outcome. Another concern is wondering, "Will my attorney make my case a priority, or will I be just be another client that he/she can barely keep track of?" All these concerns vanished after I started working with Raunak Kothari. At every step of the way, Raunak put me at ease with his knowledge and attentiveness. Thanks to his experience, he was able to point out so many considerations that had never occurred to me. Apart from making me feel like a priority, Raunak ran circles around opposing counsel. It wasn’t even close to a fair fight. Throughout the whole process, he fought for my interests and guided me with tremendous insight. And he did all of these things with kindness and respect. Mr. Leininger has been there for me when ever I needed him. I remember calling and speaking with him at the very last minute for my first court appearance and he made me meet him at his office the very next morning and drove me to court with him. Over the time of all aspects of my separation and divorce, Mr Leininger was always right there for me to answer any and all questions I may have had. He was always prompt to court and always prepared for my case. He would even call me and see how I was doing "off the record" and over time I considered him a friend and not just my attorney. Mark Paige brought me back from ruin. I was in a serious situation with a divorce stipulation that was violated and I needed serious legal counseling. I tried numerous other legal options but none were developing a plan of action due to the complexity of my situation. I had a marital residency that was in severe financial distress (foreclosure). I had a deep financial crisis with child support that was in arrears over due to a miscalculation from over 8 years ago. Mr Paige set forth a roadmap that started with dealing with one issue at a time. From 2016 till 2023 he along with his team of legal professionals was able to fight the violation of the divorce stipulation. He then was able to challenge the Foreclosure of the marital residence. Have my Arrears recalculated finding an overpayment. Furthermore with the overpayment had my child support terminated due to the alienation that took place. Since I was left to deal with a foreclosure property that was abandoned by the other party Mr Paige was able to facilitate a short sale with a third party. This was the completion of the roadmap that he laid out from day one. To add to the success he was able to have my passport awarded to me which was an issue due to the arrearages that were shown prior to the recalculation.
Mr. Paige Commanded a presence that was of the highest regard due to him always showing the Judge as well as the other parties the utmost respect. He worked hard to make sure he left no stone unturned while preparing for court proceedings. I will always thank him for not turning me away and always giving 110% to me when others would not take my case again due to its complexity. Not only do I recommend him as a great hire but also a great source of knowledge to other lawyers who have clients who may be dealing with similar issues. Mine was super complex but a lawyer like Mark Paige is best suited to succeed in this undertaking.
Prior to me finding the service of Mark S Paige I was stonewalled in many proceedings that I thought I could handle pro-se. It was very frustrating and demoralizing. The day I saw I was moving in the right direction was when I was able to tell a support magistrate that I would like to refrain from any further comments due to me retaining the services of Mark S Paige. At this time the Magistrate said you have made a great decision regarding your retaining of Mr Paige … He is a very good lawyer. Fast forward to today I know this was the best decision I could have made for my life which Mark Paige gave me back. Look no further you have found a Great Lawyer right here.

I first met Lauren about nine years ago when looking for a mediation lawyer to facilitate my divorce process. From the many lawyers I talked to, she was the one that inspired the most trust and confidence, and to this I do not regret the decision of working with her.
Those who have been through a divorce know that a divorce is always a messy emotional and financial process. This gets magnified if people do it the "traditional" way with separate lawyers alienating the couple even more, expensive litigation, arguing back-and-forward endlessly, etc. At times this process can take years.
But with mediation divorce does not become an adversarial process. It is a process in which both parties communicate in ways that are healthy. Lauren is excellent and very skillful at facilitating this type of communication. What I appreciated the most about working with Lauren was her kind spirit and empathetic presence. While working with her it felt like she must have received training as a counselor at some point in her career due to her excellent listening skills. It made the divorce process go smoothly, and it was significantly cheaper than a traditional divorce.

I don't really want to go into specifics of my case (tl;dr it was sticky, delicate, and messy), and instead would like to focus my review on my experience with Queenie, who I hired to represent me. I'll start with results. Queenie was able to advocate for me, and I ended up with an agreement that provided me better protections. She was able to secure more for me than what I thought was possible. This is significant, especially because in these scenarios we don't always know what we can ask for. It's great to have someone in your corner who does, and will do the work to secure that for you.
The second thing I want to emphasize is how Queenie did this. She is experienced and knowledgeable, there is no doubt about that. But she also sought an environment that would give me the most leverage, using a wide range of tools and tactics. Queenie threw herself into this and was an aggressive advocate when she needed to be, and a measured advocate when it would be most beneficial to me. That was my experience with her. She also affirmed my role as the client and in the end gave me room to advocate for myself in a manner I could not before. I hope to not be in this situation again, but if I do, and for the many of us who end up here, you want someone like Queenie in your corner.
