I retained Ian for both child support and custody. In child support he was able to set my child support at a number way less than what I should be paying. I hired Ian to represent me in custody, he answers every phone call and every text. During the process I never felt alone. If I got frustrated and carried away he would make sure that I would remain professional and would not tolerate it. Because of him I now I have a set schedule with my children, he stopped my narcissistic children’s mother from controlling and manipulating everything she could get her hands on. To be perfectly clear I do not think that there is a smarter more effective litigator in the country. He has not represented me and won in federal court litigations, but also large scale arbs, and achieved results in both, as well as mediations, that well exceeded my wildest expectations. Jeff Anderson was recommended highly to me by a friend of mine after I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle on a triathlon bike training ride. I did not go to him at first because I thought I could handle the accident information myself with the insurance carrier for the person who hit me with their car. Once I realized I was over my head with issues I really did not understand and an insurance company that was trying to pay as little of my expenses as they could, I contacted Mr. Anderson. Jeff was very kind and I realized very quickly that he had much more experience. From the moment I connected with Jeff, I had no more dealings with anyone except his office. I received regular updates and the case was handled compassionately and efficiently ( I had numerous internal injuries that left me in pain for several months) . I was exceedingly pleased with the settlement and even recommended him to two of my friends who subsequently had bicycle accidents similar to mine.

If you never had the "pleasure" of suddenly being served Divorce papers and you find yourself surprised, a bit lost, maybe locked out of your house, confused, in understandable shock, suddenly without money and blind-sided, I strongly recommend you go to M Kalil as soon as possible. He is very experienced and often has helped first-timers. Kalil is pragmatic and logical formost, saves you from MUCH extraneous nonsense by getting to the point and helping one navigate an impossible situation efficiently and to your benefit. The initial consultation is without charge but, better still, his experience and long-standing relationships with other lawyers and judges and local Courts makes your retainer fee go farther by avoiding legal dead ends and wasteful spending. Every dollar invested in his office saves you two more by avoiding unnecessary, wasteful motions and he is mission-focused on your best ultimate outcome. He will not hold your hand or wipe your tears (trust me, you don't want that kind of lawyer), but he will adopt your case in more of a feduciary sense with your solvency and goals as his goals. If you wish simply to resolve your legal Divorce issues and end up in the best position, use him. He's really good at it. His staff is experienced and has been working for him many years (ESPECIALLY Anne), his staff is top notch. If you are understandably sad or shook, ask him to recommend a therapist maybe, but if you wish simply to get your best outcome financially without nonsense or false leads, get him on your team soonest, please. In my experience, Kalil is an expert on mitigation and obtaining the best result for you personally in an impossible, terrible situation. Divorce produces NO winners, ever, but Kalil will find your path to resolution and place you in the least-bad situation for your benefit, blaze a path for you to stay solvent and hasten your best outcome so you can rebuild your life well. Again, one dollar spent with Kalil saves you many more by avoiding needless pitfalls and costly dead-ends with less experienced other local lawyers - I actually DID check them all out. Can't Believe what she said in a mediation session between my Wife and her ex husband concerning alimony payments.
She basically threatened said to her that why would you want this mediation to go a court when my Wife's accountant had a legal issue that was public knowledge when you googled him.
That"s what a lawyer might say if he was representing the Ex Husband! But she was the mediator!

Jonathan Roman is the absolute best real estate attorney to work with. I have sold properties with him twice and found him to be the most responsive lawyer I have ever worked with. This is an unusual review, but in the spirit of giving credit where credit is due, I'll give both thumbs up to John Refermat. He gave attention to our case and was encouraging and patient. My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence
