I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

Justin took over in the middle of my very messy years long divorce. I wish I had had him from the beginning as my lawyer. He was very professional and able to be firm and direct. I finally felt like I was finally being heard by my attorney and he was able to have more awarded to myself and my daughters then I would have had I stayed with my first attorney. I could not have had a better attorney for my divorce case. He wasn’t my first attorney for the divorce . Many times things were falling apart with my original council, who had poor ethics and bled so much of my finances running me in the ground with little done. This is when I and hired mr shumer who took the challenge when my case was a mess. He quickly pulled everything together and tied up every loose string in record timing. My only regret is not finding him first! He was recommended by a friend of mine, who also spoke very high of him. There is much more I can go on to explain what a god send he was for me, and I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for him. He was always honest, put me at ease with his guidance , updated me promptly with any developments, and truely seemed to care. And was very generous with his billing which was another plus ! Haha. I had a complicated situation where in i had to get divorce through publication as my husband & i had not been in contact for 5 years & i was out of US for few years. Two kids; one house; one dog; and a divorce. It wasnt that complicated but to her it was the end of the world… ww3 and it had already been going on for years when I first hired Mr. Salamone. To Say I should’ve hired him first as an understatement. I had my first lawyer, because all he did was talk about how much he “saw” in my case and how much he could fight and get for me. In the end, it just cost me money. Salamone is different. What it is he always showed how he could get me out of this with my shirt still on my back. I highly recommend him. He didnt get this successful giving out bad advice. You dont always have to fight to win you just have to be smart about things and listen to good advice. Listen to this lawyer you wont be sorry

I had an urgent legal matter that needed immediate attention. Without any delay whatsoever, on the day of the issue arising, Russ was able to strategize on the correct actions providing multiple options, and we selected the optimal strategy moving forward in order to deal with the problem. The turnaround was astounding, impressive, and much needed. The issue was resolved the same day, and the immediate connection and ability to speak directly greatly helped everything within the process. Unlike other law firms that you have to work through an army of admin assistants, working with Russ was easy, fast, and I received expert-level resolution without any back and forth or time wasted. I was terminated by my employer and I thought I had a case. I was either ignored or turned away because of "conflicts of interest." Russell came by way of a referral from a Labor Rights website and I am so grateful. He really looked into my case and listened to me. When Russ believes in something, he's passionate about it. I don't know anything about law and he made sure to explain each phase and had multiple courses of actions so I always knew all my options and was fully involved in each decision. At first, I was so worried. My employer had a team of legal professionals and a lot of money to pour into litigation and I definitely do not. I've been a small business owner in New York City for around the past 5 years, and I've been working with Adam (and his associate, though I'll review him separately) since virtually the very beginning. Adam has seen my company grow from a tiny fledgling entity to where we are today, and has been an integral part of our surmounting the myriad challenging, unlucky, 'unfair', or otherwise demanding legal situations and circumstances that come with starting and running a business -- both par-for-the-course and very unexpected. It's tough to condense everything I could possibly highlight here, but to consolidate to concise summation, simply read the title of this review. One of the things I appreciate most about Adam is his comprehensive analysis and thorough explanations on any given set of circumstances, while at the same time remaining efficient and precise in all the right ways. His methods in outlining different legal approaches or strategies and potential ramifications of each is incredibly informative and helpful in deciding how best to tackle certain situations based on practicality. I also very much appreciate that while he is worth every dollar he invoices, he doesn't hesitate to express anytime there may be avenues to spend *less* on legal in a particular set of circumstances (and the various possibilities and outcomes). He's honest and is a person of integrity. All in all, I couldn't more heartily recommend Adam as a great attorney for anyone in need of highly effective counsel in any fashion.

Fred went above and beyond his duties for my wife and I. We were set to close on our home in L.I. when Fred Lutzen noticed we were getting a bad deal on our mortgage loan. We had excellent credit and were going to close with a package that had a higher interest rate. We were not aware and would have closed conteny with having a home. He shared this information with us and we ended up getting a new loan and literally ended up saving $4,000 in closing and about $90,000 in overall costs through out the course of a 30 year loan. In addition, Fred was always available and kept in constant communication with us. Whenever I am presented with the opportunity, I would refer anyone to Fred Lutzen.

My former wife and I worked with Joy after we decided to take the Mediation path for our separation. Our situation was simple in some areas, but remarkably complex in others. Joy helped us navigate the difficult parts with grace and wisdom, and actually helped us get through the easy parts with a measure of happiness that I'm sure is uncommon in these situations. I know mediation isn't for everyone, but I think if more people took this route before going to lawyers, and specifically to Joy, they would save a mountain of heartache.

My ex-wife and I chose collaborative lawyering, but the "collaboration" turned out to be extremely challenging. Joy brought first rate lawyering skills as well as emotional intelligence and wise judgment. She also demonstrated a ton of patience and an ability to address the human-side of conflicts in equal measure with the legal and material aspects, a rare quality in a lawyer (or any other human being). I don't know how I would have gotten through it without her.
