I was in a car accident back in 2019, and the driver who hit me was uninsured. I have had 2 previous back surgeries, and this car accident is now causing me to have a 3rd. I contacted Jonathan and he took my case. He not only helped me to get a significant settlement with the uninsured driver (which he did not have to do since this was a case through City Court) but he was able to secure a significant settlement for me through my own insurance company. Jonathan always kept in touch with me and was wonderful about answering my questions. He was always super responsive to my emails and phone calls. Jonathan worked hard and was able to secure a settlement for me in a surprisingly short time frame. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. He is hardworking, knowledgeable, and very kind and understanding. I would definitely hire him again if I needed an attorney.

About a year and a half ago I was hit by a drunk driver and sustained some pretty serious and potentially life-altering injuries. I had a number of phone consultations with lawyers throughout the state (prioritizing competence over geographic proximity). A number of other lawyers I spoke to sounded perfectly competent, but Jon struck me as particularly thoughtful, measured, and precise in his thinking. So I ultimately chose him and am glad I did.
All I can say is that my initial impression of Jon was pretty on point. He is measured and patient in his approach to litigation, which (I think) is an absolutely crucial attribute of a personal injury lawyer, where there is the temptation to get a bit overly aggressive with the opposition and signal impatience, which then might lead to easier, quicker--but ultimately smaller settlements. Point being, Jon is cerebral, patient, and plays the long game.
Further, and maybe most importantly, his ability to formulate strong and well-researched arguments is top-notch. My case was a bit complicated, with a number of moving parts and policies. But throughout the year-or-so process, Jon went up against the legal departments of two big insurance companies, putting forward arguments that were strong enough to get both to fully capitulate (even in a case that was as anything but cut-and-dried as mine was).
There was, however, one negative point with Jon I should mention in fairness. In the little of a year long period I worked with Jon, there was a two-to-three week period where for the life of me I could not get a hold of him. I left numerous voicemails, messages with the secretary, etc, but no luck. After writing an email to him him he promptly responded and explained that he was in the midst of a court-proceeding which was pretty much all-consuming. As demanding as they are, I understood and held nothing against him. (I even debate whether I should include this in my review, but hey, full disclosure.) And after that two/three week lapse of communication he was super prompt in getting back to me and keeping in touch.
All in all, being the tough grader that I am, I'd give Jon a 9.5/10....meaning he's a mere half-point away from being a flawless and ideal attorney to have on your side. I would not only recommend, but *urge* any friend or family to hire Jon.

After suffering a missed ectopic pregnancy, my wife and I contacted nearly every lawyer in our local area with little interest in our case or belief that there was any value in the case to them.

Brad helped us navigate a malpractice suit, and was able to get us to a great settlement. As important as that is, along the way he did an excellent job of communicating with us, teaching us how the process works, and managing our expectations realistically. Mr. Walkon and his office have gone above and beyond my expectations. I called the office for advice on a malpractice suit and Bradley was so personable, empathetic, and extremely professional. I was an emotional wreck and he listened to me complain and then helped me with his knowledge and expertise, sympathizing but down to the facts. He didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear, he told me the facts and his honest opinion and experience. They took so much time out of their day to help me and it was just a consultation. They are not about money, they are genuinely about helping people and that’s what makes them different. Being in a lawsuit is truly no fun, most aren't familiar with terms used, the process, and realistic expectations of results.

Although our case did not squarely fit into Michael’s normal realm of personal injury, he welcomed us to his caseload and assisted us in finding what we felt was justice in a complicated case.

Seth was communicative and clear, he always made me feel comfortable with the progression of my case and "broke it down" so I didn't feel like any lawyer-ese was too dense. The most difficult part was waiting for dates to come due to COVID delays, but Seth and his team made it pretty painless. The deposition was much easier than I prepared myself for it to be (due in part to Seth's pre-depo explanation and info sharing).
The final result was a great one, and I was very glad to have everything behind me. At no point did Seth lose sight of our goals, and he made me feel like I had a voice in my own case - not only that but going up against a global brand felt easy with him at my side. I recently referred a personal injury case that involved serious injuries, liability issues, and defendants that were well funded (a municipality and a large construction firm) to Michael Kelly. Mike Kelly and his firm (Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Echevarria) not only met the challenge, "they blew the opposition away". Mike treated the client and his family with respect and compassion throughout the litigation process. Not intimidated by the opposition's constant "low ball" offers throughout the litigation process, Mike settled the case on the eve of trial for an astonishing settlement amount. The client was elated with the settlement amount, knowing that he would have financial security for the rest of his life. Mike kept me informed throughout the litigation process and was receptive to my suggestions and help. Furthermore, Mike was extremely generous with the referral fee.

Mike Kelly is amazing! I was a pedestrian hit by a car in the middle of a crosswalk. I was referred to Mike by a friend who highly recommended him. I was in extreme crisis when we contacted Mike. Since I was bedridden, he made a house visit on the weekend a couple of days after the accident. That alone shows what a caring, sensitive person he is. He sensed how distraught I was and made every effort to calm me. At that time, he took over the worries of getting financial justice and allowed me to focus on healing. That was major for me! Mike worked at making sure I was able to get the full amount of insurance from both the drivers insurance company and my insurance company. I first met Paul about 6 years ago when I was trying to get my dughter back from her grandparents in Texas. The process for me took about 3 years total but Paul was only involved over the final year.
Before Paul I went through an attorney who wasted about 18 months of my time and probably $20 k. Paul got the job done in a fraction of that cost and time and he had to do a lot of research on Texas laws to accomplish this (my previous lawyer did none of that). I am convinced that had Paul been my attorney from the start the seperation from my daughter would have been a year at the most.
Since then I have recommended Paul to several friends and family members and will continue to do so. I have also used him for advice on different matters such as lawsuits and labor issues.
Paul is also very fair when it comes to costs and will pull no punches when discussing these matters. If something is going to take time and/or money he will be very up front with you but will work with you too. If he feels you have no chance to win he will not take your money or give you false hope. He is very up front.
Paul does not like to lose, but this doesn't mean he won't take on a hard case. He is a bulldog and if you decide to retain him for any matter he will go to the mat for you and relentlessly do what it takes for you to walk away happy.
I give Paul an overall excellent rating. I gave him a "good" rating on resposive but he was probably better than good. Surely the fact that he can handle just about any type of matter and he keeps pretty busy made his respose time a little longer than I wanted. With that said, he probably had 20 things going on at once while I was concerned only about my one item.
In a nutshell, I wouldn't hesitate and in fact have hired Paul again for any of my legal needs. He has proven to me to be very competent but just as important in this field he is trust worthy.
If you have a need for legal representation Paul Ultimo is the person you want to hire.

We were lucky enough to come across Henry through another lawyer bringing him in to our case, because of his reputation with high profile cases. My mother was hit at a stop on the freeway in standing traffic at 45 mph from behind. There were five cars involved in this crash and due to the severity of the hit and the injuries my mother sustained, she became stricken with Dementia from the accident. The insurance wanted to settle for the cost of the car!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
Henry worked in very specific ways to obtain doctors who could medically prove my mothers condition was not age related, but due to the accident. Henry peacor, was brought into my case for trial and for added support against a county transit in washington state. He's very diligent, and for the most part unless in court answers phone calls and text in timely manner. He is up front about the reality of the case and showed no problem telling the defensive counsel that he is willing to go to trial. Generally, I am not a person that writes reviews. However, Mr. Stark is such an exceptional attorney, that I felt compelled to let others know.
Mr. Stark does not, (thankfully), fit the stereotypical attributes of most attorneys that I have encountered.
He is direct, honest and truly seems to care about the well being of this clients. He listens. He replies honestly and with very knowledgeable responses based on experience. He is not robotic and arrogant, as most attorneys that I have consulted with in the past.
He is very knowledgeable about licencing issues, so if you are in a health or medical related field and have licensing questions or concerns, he is the one to see, though he specializes in other areas as well.
Granted, may I add, he is also extremely humble, as he has a PhD and teaches Law and isl also is also a Judge. I found him to be quite generous with his time, and did not stare at his watch like many attorneys will do after a few minutes.
This attorney is not driven my money, rather by helping those in need of assistance. He also has a great sense of humor, which helps greatly when stressed!
