I had a medical malpractice case with Martha Taylor. I was extremely pleased with her and her staff. Obviously if you are in need of an attorney in this area of law, something has gone terribly wrong. Our case involved a minor and Martha was very conservative in her spending on expert witnesses medical experts toxicologist etc. That approach gave more money to the client after all involved were paid. All lawsuits take time sometimes years and even though our case presented special challenges she persevered and continued to Persue the best possible outcome. I found her assistant to be quick with call backs and extremely helpful with the sometimes daunting and hard to understand paperwork. I hope this review has been helpful to anyone researching miss Taylor as a potential hire for your malpractice case.

From the get go, Mr. Bernard put my case, and my best interests first before all else. I was nervous at first getting an attorney, but with Mr. Bernard, a point was made to make sure I understood what was happening, and that I was comfortable. Shane from the very beginning was very upfront, and never blindsided me throughout my lengthy court case. I made a mistake when I was 18, and was charged with a felony. Shane was very sympathetic to my situation, helped me to get the care I needed to rehabilitate, and presented my case with all its mitigating factors to the court, obviously with meticulous, detailed effort, and helped me reduce my charge down to a minor misdemeanor. Because of Shane Bernard I will not be hindered in life by a felony charge, and am free to live my life how I choose to. Shane gave me a second chance, and seemingly did the impossible.

Shane Bernard is one of the most compassionate, self-assured, and knowledgable attorneys I have ever utilized, and I have had the unfortunate luck of experiencing the services of numerous attorneys. I got a collections letter from a company I've never heard of and they wouldn't work with me no matter what I did. I looked through this website for a lawyer in my area and saw Eric Sapir so I gave him a call. He didn't charge me much and he got them to get rid of the collections and also got me a small settlement from them which ended up paying for my legal fees anyhow. I'm very happy. He's also a really nice guy, he Js very hard and does an excellent job. I haven't had good experiences in the past with attorneys but I can honestly say this was the best experience.

I got into a disagreement with a major bank. I found Mr. Sapir and contacted him for help. He walked me through the process and was very aggressive in fighting for me, which I really appreciated. Most attorneys I've dealt with seem somewhat detached but Mr. Sapir always made me feel like I was his priority. His pricing was fair and his services were great. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help with debt-related issues without hesitating. I also plan to keep using his services in the future.

My mother was getting many telemarketing calls on a daily, and sometimes hourly, basis. The calls were more than annoying, the volume of calls amounted to harassment. Brett Peterson represented me when I was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street. When we first met, I was impressed by his knowledge and experience with cases of my type, and even more impressed by the fact that he clearly listened to and understood my concerns and what I desired in terms of outcome. Throughout the course of his representation, Brett clearly communicated where things stood, and what the options were. I never needed a lawyer until I was rear ended and it was so clear cut who was at fault I thought I was able to handle it myself but after about a year I decided it was too much stress work and hassle so I shopped around and I was looking for the lowest price attorney which I think was Brett and I'm glad I found him so down to earth humble and a great office environment because it's just basically him and the secretary you will deal with which is very comforting well he handled everything made all the Timely calls and appointments even offering us rides when we needed it. He's such a nice guy but knows the law even the other side likes him. Lots of experience I would use him again and recommend him highly. He's the type of lawyer that you would want to be friends with afterwards. We ended up settling in mediation so I didn't get a chance to see him go to trial which would be a good idea to do if you can before you hire him. Has a very nice office location that's very reassuring and in a nice location. Be sure to go to Pho Xpress right around the corner for a good meal at a reasonable price. So if you ever need a lawyer don't handle it yourself it's a waste of time and one more thing about Brett is you get the feeling he is not a crooked lawyer which is a plus when you are in the right! And the top it all off and I'm not implying it may happen to you but maybe because I was such a good client and we did a lot of the paperwork to a degree he even gave me a percentage of his settlement probably because of the pain and suffering I had to go through and how tight the other side was which was Allstate Insurance. Another reason I was blessed to find him by happenstance was because I was looking for a lawyer who was near me and he was also he always return phone calls right away and emails and he communicated very thoroughly and patiently from the beginning to the end not like some lawyers who are so friendly in the beginning to get you to sign with them but then afterwards they are more colder but not Brett he was very professional and kind to the end. San Diego is blessed to have him living here helping us get a fair trial, Justice and compensation for our pain and suffering. And if I was to share some advice I would say don't use your own credit cards on different doctors like I did searching all over for a cure because the other side will not settle soon enough and you have so many fees and interest that my credit is ruined. I I would recommend just send one group of doctors and just have one bill and that based on contingency of a settlement that would have resulted in so much less stress and problems in my life. There is a really nice place in Hillcrest call fix body group and they handle everything there I went there and should have stayed there to my healing was complete which it never was but then again I had to do a bunch of injections and Kaiser really did me right but they couldn't feel the pain short of major surgery to replace my neck bones with screws and pieces of metal. But now I heard they have new treatment where they will take a cadavers bone and if it's a match can fix your neck which I may still do in the future. Anyways don't drink and drive or get distracted by the radio your cell phone or any other sightseeing please just look ahead all the time and do not tailgate and be prepared for for a car to stop at anytime even on the freeway in the middle of the day in perfect weather. There's no need to speed or tailgate if you do you risk much pain and suffering for yourself or others and in the end it only saves you a few minutes better to be safe than sorry and an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure. You will get there when you get there life is too short to have to go through it with pain for the rest of your life!

I have been working the phone the past few days in a attempt to get legal advise and hire a lawyer. The last several offices I called either did not answer their calls or had a receptionist take a message only to never hear from them again. The one or two who did answer my call either had no interest or did not practice in the area I required. Neither offered any advise or a referral. Then I got lucky and gave Brett Peterson a call. Brett did not practice in the area I needed however he spent the last 15 minutes, giving me referrals and advice on how to proceed forward. I appreciate and value Bretts honesty and advise. I had a very, very tricky Personal Injury ("slip and fall") case that my own attorney eventually rejected. It's got a lot of risk, it involves attorney-expense, time, etc. It's against a Major Bank who vigorously defends such claims, etc. For so many reasons it's WRONG for the top attorneys in this field. Many or most who either hung-up on me or didn't call back, write back, acknowledge receipt of previous attorney's Demand Letter, etc. Even my own attorney was very lukewarm and unable to give this much time. I understood and understand it all. The fact that an attorney showed interest at all buoyed my surgery and necessary physical rehab, which took a good six months just to again walk. So either way I won, either way this turned out well because I'm walking again, in the gym, exercising, etc. Attorney Katz was just awesome in that he spent some time on the phone (despite being busy and involved in at LEAST one other trial). Returned all calls. If he said and says he'll call he does and did. I was just amazed at the Class-Level given the fact this Slip-and-Fall case is not an attractive proposition. I knew when my first attorney said he's bailing that it was a one-shot thing, a Demand Letter then everyone go home. People have to make a living, pay the rent, it has to make sense for these top guys. From what I understand, Attorney Katz is about as "Tops" as it gets. My first attorney was SURPRISED to hear Attorney Katz expressed ANY interest. (thought maybe I misunderstood or had wax in my ears). He said REALLY, Richard M. KATZ returned a call on this - wow - did Attorney Katz SEE the Demand Letter?! Which just shows how other attorneys in this field regard Attorney Katz - as the top of the top. I'm writing this because I just got off the phone with Attorney Katz. He AGAIN called back (each time I'm shocked), this is THIRD time even though he senses/knows there's nothing very strong - or unusual - or favorable about my position. Which is okay, as written I recovered, I'm well, I'm exercising again - as written the THOUGHT there might be compensation for a difficult year BUOYED my rehab, at least gave me some hope. So Attorney Katz, just wanted to come here, reflect on what a class guy you are - and how anyone needing a top Los Angeles-Pasadena-Glendale-based attorney should first consult you. I'm really in awe in light of the response from the others - and my respect for you knows no bounds. Thanks very much again for your time and attention: Joseph K

I recently got into a car accidnet and needed advixe on my cas. Not only was Mr. Katz very informative but also went above and beyond what i was expecting. Mr. Glickman is a professional, he practices ethics violations in CA; he acted super invested in me, the client, even over himself, and honed in on case law that was imperative to my case. He was honest about the difficulties of my case due to a complexity issue unique of my case and didn’t try to bluff or gauge me for $ even though many another lawyers wouldn’t have been Ehtical like he is. A+ and I highly recommend his as competent and helpful. I have tried to call numerous lawyers that rudely don’t call back even after I take the time to call. Steve has great manners, is articulate, and if I could use him for trial I think compared to other attorneys out there he would be articulate, work hard, and be an amazing advocate for his client.

Laura took over my injury case after my previous attorney was unable to continue. She hit the ground running and didn't skip a beat. I was recommended to Laura Lindsey and the Walton Law firm by a relative after I suffered injuries from an accident. From the start, I could tell I was in good hands. Laura is incredibly hard working and detail-oriented. Personal injury cases are often complex so you need someone who minds the details. She sat down with me and completely dissected my case from start to finish and laid out several scenarios for how the case would transpire. Over the following weeks, she kept me continually up to date and helped me through the complexities of my treatment and insurance issues. She was also very honest - when it became apparent that the case required an attorney with a different specialty than Walton Law she recommended a different lawyer whom I am now with and happy with. Barry doesn't lay-down for the low-balling insurance adjusters. All of my previous attorneys have...they have bills to pay. They don't care if you only get 30-50% of what is due to you. They need the cash more than you. Barry is positioned to wait it out, and go to trail if necessary with any stubborn adjuster. Sorry adjusters, your bonus will be a little smaller this year. My Case started in 2011 and it has been a very rough road. But Mr. Zelner was very confident all during the Process. I use to wonder how can he sit there so calm in these depositions and these people are not being honest. I personally wanted to say something. He always advised me to be quiet and I did. Much to my surprise at the end all of those lies that were told , were evaluated by a Medical Expert. And those lies were shredded into pieces. Even when it didn't look good he never gave up. David defended us in a medical malpractice case against a patient/plaintiff, and demonstrated solid wisdom that he had picked up in decades of experience. His understanding of the process and substance were invaluable guidance through the process. To top that, he prevailed outright when he was forced to go to trial. The patient got nothing, despite all the shenanigans the patient's attorney threw at him. We were very satisfied. Besides his legal expertise, he is a very personable and honest person. Each time we have a question about the case, about the plaintiff or the court, he was always there available and helpful. He is very patient and his solid and in depth knowledge give his clients confidence and put them at ease. He is one of the best attorneys I have worked with. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
