Seth was communicative and clear, he always made me feel comfortable with the progression of my case and "broke it down" so I didn't feel like any lawyer-ese was too dense. The most difficult part was waiting for dates to come due to COVID delays, but Seth and his team made it pretty painless. The deposition was much easier than I prepared myself for it to be (due in part to Seth's pre-depo explanation and info sharing).
The final result was a great one, and I was very glad to have everything behind me. At no point did Seth lose sight of our goals, and he made me feel like I had a voice in my own case - not only that but going up against a global brand felt easy with him at my side. I would recommend Seth to anyone who needs assitance in this type of personal injury case.

I first met Paul about 6 years ago when I was trying to get my dughter back from her grandparents in Texas. The process for me took about 3 years total but Paul was only involved over the final year.
Before Paul I went through an attorney who wasted about 18 months of my time and probably $20 k. Paul got the job done in a fraction of that cost and time and he had to do a lot of research on Texas laws to accomplish this (my previous lawyer did none of that). I am convinced that had Paul been my attorney from the start the seperation from my daughter would have been a year at the most.
Since then I have recommended Paul to several friends and family members and will continue to do so. I have also used him for advice on different matters such as lawsuits and labor issues.
Paul is also very fair when it comes to costs and will pull no punches when discussing these matters. If something is going to take time and/or money he will be very up front with you but will work with you too. If he feels you have no chance to win he will not take your money or give you false hope. He is very up front.
Paul does not like to lose, but this doesn't mean he won't take on a hard case. He is a bulldog and if you decide to retain him for any matter he will go to the mat for you and relentlessly do what it takes for you to walk away happy.
I give Paul an overall excellent rating. I gave him a "good" rating on resposive but he was probably better than good. Surely the fact that he can handle just about any type of matter and he keeps pretty busy made his respose time a little longer than I wanted. With that said, he probably had 20 things going on at once while I was concerned only about my one item.
In a nutshell, I wouldn't hesitate and in fact have hired Paul again for any of my legal needs. He has proven to me to be very competent but just as important in this field he is trust worthy.
If you have a need for legal representation Paul Ultimo is the person you want to hire.

Paul was very understanding and compassionate throughout my entire divorce proceedings. He always had my best interest in mind and fought diligently for me and my children. Paul was constantly trying to make my out of pocket expenses as minimal as possible and was very fair to me regarding those expenses. We were lucky enough to come across Henry through another lawyer bringing him in to our case, because of his reputation with high profile cases. My mother was hit at a stop on the freeway in standing traffic at 45 mph from behind. There were five cars involved in this crash and due to the severity of the hit and the injuries my mother sustained, she became stricken with Dementia from the accident. The insurance wanted to settle for the cost of the car!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
Henry worked in very specific ways to obtain doctors who could medically prove my mothers condition was not age related, but due to the accident. He went above and beyond in checking on us, in helping to schedule appointments and flights with the doctors, follow up was crucial and he never dropped the ball. All of his work paid off and we were able to achieve a settlement which will help my mother live a better life and cover her medications and medical expenses for her condition due to this car accident. Henry peacor, was brought into my case for trial and for added support against a county transit in washington state. He's very diligent, and for the most part unless in court answers phone calls and text in timely manner. Henry Peacor may look young, but he is Brilliant! He is an excellent Lawyer! He thoroughly studies your case to know how to fight for you and he does! He sincerely cares about his clients (like family), and what your needs and expectations are regarding your case. He is very easy to talk to and allows you to text or email him anytime and always returns a response with specific information.
When we went through our deposition, Henry was right by our side defending us against any question that the opposing council could devise to try to trick us, he did not allow them to do that, and helped us to feel secure and at ease which allowed us to explain what happened without feeling pressured.

Generally, I am not a person that writes reviews. However, Mr. Stark is such an exceptional attorney, that I felt compelled to let others know.
Mr. Stark does not, (thankfully), fit the stereotypical attributes of most attorneys that I have encountered.
He is direct, honest and truly seems to care about the well being of this clients. He listens. He replies honestly and with very knowledgeable responses based on experience. He is not robotic and arrogant, as most attorneys that I have consulted with in the past.
He is very knowledgeable about licencing issues, so if you are in a health or medical related field and have licensing questions or concerns, he is the one to see, though he specializes in other areas as well.
Granted, may I add, he is also extremely humble, as he has a PhD and teaches Law and isl also is also a Judge. I found him to be quite generous with his time, and did not stare at his watch like many attorneys will do after a few minutes.
This attorney is not driven my money, rather by helping those in need of assistance. He also has a great sense of humor, which helps greatly when stressed!
I could not be happier about the outcome. Mr. Stark goes above and beyond to assist his clients. I am so glad to have consulted with him. Highly recommend!

I had a medical malpractice case with Martha Taylor. I was extremely pleased with her and her staff. Obviously if you are in need of an attorney in this area of law, something has gone terribly wrong. Our case involved a minor and Martha was very conservative in her spending on expert witnesses medical experts toxicologist etc. That approach gave more money to the client after all involved were paid. All lawsuits take time sometimes years and even though our case presented special challenges she persevered and continued to Persue the best possible outcome. I found her assistant to be quick with call backs and extremely helpful with the sometimes daunting and hard to understand paperwork. I hope this review has been helpful to anyone researching miss Taylor as a potential hire for your malpractice case.

I got a collections letter from a company I've never heard of and they wouldn't work with me no matter what I did. I looked through this website for a lawyer in my area and saw Eric Sapir so I gave him a call. He didn't charge me much and he got them to get rid of the collections and also got me a small settlement from them which ended up paying for my legal fees anyhow. I'm very happy. He's also a really nice guy, he Js very hard and does an excellent job. I haven't had good experiences in the past with attorneys but I can honestly say this was the best experience.

I got into a disagreement with a major bank. I found Mr. Sapir and contacted him for help. He walked me through the process and was very aggressive in fighting for me, which I really appreciated. Most attorneys I've dealt with seem somewhat detached but Mr. Sapir always made me feel like I was his priority. His pricing was fair and his services were great. I never needed a lawyer until I was rear ended and it was so clear cut who was at fault I thought I was able to handle it myself but after about a year I decided it was too much stress work and hassle so I shopped around and I was looking for the lowest price attorney which I think was Brett and I'm glad I found him so down to earth humble and a great office environment because it's just basically him and the secretary you will deal with which is very comforting well he handled everything made all the Timely calls and appointments even offering us rides when we needed it. He's such a nice guy but knows the law even the other side likes him. Lots of experience I would use him again and recommend him highly. He's the type of lawyer that you would want to be friends with afterwards. We ended up settling in mediation so I didn't get a chance to see him go to trial which would be a good idea to do if you can before you hire him. Has a very nice office location that's very reassuring and in a nice location. Be sure to go to Pho Xpress right around the corner for a good meal at a reasonable price. So if you ever need a lawyer don't handle it yourself it's a waste of time and one more thing about Brett is you get the feeling he is not a crooked lawyer which is a plus when you are in the right! And the top it all off and I'm not implying it may happen to you but maybe because I was such a good client and we did a lot of the paperwork to a degree he even gave me a percentage of his settlement probably because of the pain and suffering I had to go through and how tight the other side was which was Allstate Insurance. Another reason I was blessed to find him by happenstance was because I was looking for a lawyer who was near me and he was also he always return phone calls right away and emails and he communicated very thoroughly and patiently from the beginning to the end not like some lawyers who are so friendly in the beginning to get you to sign with them but then afterwards they are more colder but not Brett he was very professional and kind to the end. San Diego is blessed to have him living here helping us get a fair trial, Justice and compensation for our pain and suffering. And if I was to share some advice I would say don't use your own credit cards on different doctors like I did searching all over for a cure because the other side will not settle soon enough and you have so many fees and interest that my credit is ruined. I I would recommend just send one group of doctors and just have one bill and that based on contingency of a settlement that would have resulted in so much less stress and problems in my life. There is a really nice place in Hillcrest call fix body group and they handle everything there I went there and should have stayed there to my healing was complete which it never was but then again I had to do a bunch of injections and Kaiser really did me right but they couldn't feel the pain short of major surgery to replace my neck bones with screws and pieces of metal. But now I heard they have new treatment where they will take a cadavers bone and if it's a match can fix your neck which I may still do in the future. Anyways don't drink and drive or get distracted by the radio your cell phone or any other sightseeing please just look ahead all the time and do not tailgate and be prepared for for a car to stop at anytime even on the freeway in the middle of the day in perfect weather. There's no need to speed or tailgate if you do you risk much pain and suffering for yourself or others and in the end it only saves you a few minutes better to be safe than sorry and an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure. You will get there when you get there life is too short to have to go through it with pain for the rest of your life!

I have been working the phone the past few days in a attempt to get legal advise and hire a lawyer. The last several offices I called either did not answer their calls or had a receptionist take a message only to never hear from them again. The one or two who did answer my call either had no interest or did not practice in the area I required. Neither offered any advise or a referral. Then I got lucky and gave Brett Peterson a call. I would like to share my most positive experience regarding CalWest Law (Ali Nader).
I must say that Ali worked wonders for me in my bankruptcy case, I was scared and stressed before the outcome of my case. I had plenty of debt where as Ali Nader relieved my stresses, not only did he remove huge debt, he educated me on each step before committing to filing and through the accepted process. Mr. Glickman is a professional, he practices ethics violations in CA; he acted super invested in me, the client, even over himself, and honed in on case law that was imperative to my case.
