I am a retired 72-year-old teacher, and I’ve lived long enough to confidently say, “Once in a generation”—that’s the only way to describe Attorney Susan Chestnut.
I met Susan when I was trying to help a new friend, who was in a very vulnerable situation. My friend was entirely dependent on her husband, knew no one, and had limited command of the English language. Robert and his staff have been nothing but professional and efficient! They will definitely show the experience they have. Prior to Robert sparks I had a console that in 3 years I wasn’t getting anywhere and going on 4 years of not seeing my son. This firm is a nightmare. Can’t never get a hold of anyone and when you do and make an appointment no one calls. 5 years later no resolution and I had to pay out of pocket for my roof. Makes empty promises and can’t ANSWER the phone. I reached out via personal number and was cussed out by Monique low. Couldn’t get a hold of you any other way…..I tried for months and months and months. Take you business elsewhere unless u wanna be waiting around for 5 years.
Also note that stopped responding to bad reviews 4 years ago, because THEY DONT CARE!

From day one our case has been butchered. Our attorneys have overlooked MAJOR details in our case, we ended up signing settlement papers (SIX MONTHS AGO) and agreed to a fraction of our out of pocket expenses. Where is the check? Who knows! I am not getting anywhere with these lawyers. They don’t seem to care that we never got our settlement. Stay far away.

There’s a reason he’s got so many reviews and all five stars, now I’d give 10, but not an option. This is about a decade late but I ran across an old email and figured I’d check in/leave my thoughts. I’ve never had an attorney be so friendly /understanding and work so damn hard (I’ve worked w many). Hes a unique breed and having worked for law firms In the area, gotten to know many local esq’s etc (as a legal assistant), id choose him any day. He followed up with me long after I felt “things” were more than fine, and every call meant so much. Last time I saw him I believe was in TPA Int..comes up, “thought that was you, how are things, any changes etc”. Trust me, you found the right guy here!! Won’t ever forget ya bud!
Btw- office looks nice! I was there for the early days :) moved away but will be in the Bay on NYE. Your Number plugged in to phone JUST in case :) jk jk. Cheers !

The father of my child is demanding mediation through this firm, & just this morning, I've been sent 5 or 6 conflicting emails on whether our meeting is going to be via Zoom or in person. I've also received conflicting dates twice, & have all but been spammed by an administrative team that either doesn't communicate with one another or just doesn't have their affairs in order internally. I would never chose to work with this office on my own. Extremely displeased with the obvious breakdown in communication & I haven't even met with them yet. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Your office only deals with matters of the utmost importance... this is entirely inexcusable & unprofessional.
