Called the office and was lucky enough to get a quick consultation with Greg. After just a few minutes it was apparent to me that this was the attorney I would need for the issue I was facing. He knew right away what was going on and was able to provide me with quick and concise answers to my questions.
When the time came and I actually needed his help he was right there in the thick of it doing whatever he needed to do to resolve my issue. If we were in a combat situation together, this man is my medic. Without a doubt one of the strongest minds I've personally encountered.
In the end Greg resolved my issue without the need of ever seeing a courtroom and for that I am eternally grateful. He may not be able to do this in every situation, but I was lucky enough where it was possible. Either way I can say unequivocally that should I ever need help in the future he'll be the only person I will call.

Greg Lauer is a very friendly and supportive laywer. He was able to have the court dismiss my case based upon proven facts. It was also my first arrest (minor charges). I felt comfortable and open with him and he made sure he was taking care of my wants.

I hired Attorney Alicia Seward for a small claims case. She was always very pleasant and I was very impressed with all of the staff and the paralegals that worked on my case.. They were prompt when returning emails and phone calls and were always very thorough. The case went on much longer than we both originally predicted but in the end, she went into court prepared, organized and in a very professional manner. he was my lawyer for 5 years for a medical malpractice lawsuit started out great than after 3 years could not get much done from him he kept stating good case to go to trial to win then things changed did not get much info from him on case slowing started to dwindle drag me out 5 years and than informed me about if we loose what it would cost me never talked about this because he keep saying going to trial because my lawsuit against doctor looked great had a great trail lawyer and drs lawyer was I admit was tough but keep telling me good case to go to trial well than sudden he reminder me about cost of loosing which than scared me and I dropped case would never give explanation on why not going to trial just keep saying what the cost would be if we lost so I gave up. to scared to proceed after all these years I now was not going to trial and would never see any compensation for me against the dr who screwed my foot up so I do not recommend anybody proceed with grife law firm.

I am in the process of trying to collect two judgment awards in civil cases here in central fl. I have gone as far as I could go on my own in order to collect the debts. I sought out legal advise online and came across this site "Avvo". I wrote out my problem and received responses from several lawyers. Most of which told me that my cases were not worth pursuing and basically I should get a life. Attorney Mark Theodore Tischhauser has referred to me as a "starry eyed lay person who rely upon the courts to resolve their disputes........." I also posted a thank you response and Mr. Tischhauser's reply was as quote "Being thankful or gracious does little to overcome the often poor financial and legal decision making fueled by stubborn determination and the emotion of a self determined righteous cause." He also stated that a lawyer knows whether it's worth it or not to pursue a judgment. Was this supposed to be helpful or was I reprimanded for my inquiry? I was under the impression that this is the purpose of 'Avvo'. Seeking legal advice and possibly hiring a lawyer. Mind you, I never mentioned the amounts of the judgments or if I sued a person or a business. I basically said that I won judgments in civil matters, filed some motions that were denied and need advise on how to pursue. Out of the different responses that I received only one was on the positive note. Jay Grife was the only attorney that had an encouraging response. He is the only one who has taken the time to guide me in suggesting alternative options. I was beginning to feel that obtaining my judgments are hopeless. Since my income is low I have been trying to file all motions on my own to no avail. I just need a little guidance on what my next best options are. Mr. Grife made me feel that there is still hope. He didn't ridicule or belittle me in any way. He has made me feel that my cases are just as important as any other. I was at my wits end, but after speaking personally with him, he has made me feel more confident then ever before. His impression on me is that he work from the heart. Not just the almighty dollar. He really cares and treat people with dignity and the utmost respect Compared to other attorneys who has acknowledged my posts, he is the tops. In all of my years as a consumer I have never been inspired enough by anyone to actually sit down and write a review about them. That is how much I have been impressed by Attorney Jay S. Grife's professionalism. If you are looking for a lawyer who view you as a person, not just a dollar sign, Jay S. Grife is the attorney for you. He is smart, witty and thorough. He can and will get the job done. I will follow up my review at a later date with the outcome.

We just had our naturalization certificates two days ago, Lawyer Patricia Cooper and paralegal Sheila Hunis are amazing!
I have only good things to say about how professional and patience they were throughout the process. Even though we live all the way in Texas, they were prompt and efficient.
From someone that had a couple of terrible experiences with another law offices, one that mishandled my older daughter’s process, and another one that tried to scam me, having Patricia and Sheila (both fluent in English and Spanish) always communicating right on time and diligently answering all our questions, explaining everything we needed to know and do, was so refreshing that now I feel lucky to have found them! Lawyer Patricia Cooper is now in charge of my daughter’s case and we’ll definitely looking forward to continuing working with legal team at Law Offices of Robert M. Bell. I contacted Mr. Soloway about a car accident, and he said that although he didn't handle car accidents, he was willing to represent me. He seemed very friendly when we met, but then he handed the case over to his "associate." I was told that although cases like mine weren't money makers, because I was only looking for money to pay current and future bills, there should be no problem. About 8 months later, he called me in to his office and told me that he was unable to get any money and doubted that he would even get enough money for me to pay my current bills. He then accused my doctor of being a racist and said that the doctor was the reason that I wasn't going to receive any money. After looking through the file that was returned to me, I could see that neither he nor his assistant ever bothered to make a single phone call or write any letters. In fact, the assistant told me that I should get my doctor to write my "medical narrative," even though it was her job to contact him. This was the worst experience in my entire life.

He gave me advise even though he would not be able to take the case. Today I called Mr. King after 4:30 PM and he returned the call within 5 minutes. He was professional, very informative, and cared about my situation. He did not rush me and truly listened. I was nervous, he made me laugh and consequently I was able to communicate more effectively and provide the most important facts of the situation. I consult with multiple attorneys at work here in Naples, FL and he is by far the most personable, practical and down to earth at solving problems. He is a rock solid negotiator. I would wholeheartedly recommend him; additionally if I were seeking medical consultation for surgeries such as robotic surgeries, pelvic procedures and joint replacements I would call him to inquire about success rates and potential negative experiences others have had. I wish he would give talks on this subject to warn perspective patients. Thank you Mr. King! He is the real deal! Thank you for serving the citizens of Collier County in their time of need.

Watch out!!! Brad Kelsky took my money to file a summary judgment order in my civil case. He completed the summary judgment order and did not hold a hearing on it with the judge. Instead, he withdrew from the case. I paid him over $80,000 in legal fees over two years and he withdrew on a dime. Brad is only interested in billing you, not in your case.

Had a consultation with Cristie Sennett. She was 10 minutes late for the appointment and ended our appointment 25 minutes early, saying "you can talk about this on your own time". She offered very little legal perspective, but freely shared her personal opinion on our family affairs (unrelated to our pursuit) and made the current conflicts even worse. She offered personal stories of her family member who has Multiple Sclerosis and qualified to have shower bars put up in their home. Again, unrelated to our pursuits. I would not recommend this lawyer.
