I first met Loren Gold in 2019 when I hired him as my personal injury attorney for a trip and fall case. With his knowledge, years of experience and excellent negotiation skills I received a much larger settlement then I ever expected. But I’m writing this review for another reason. After my son was arrested just two days before Thanksgiving, I wasn’t sure what to do as I was out of town and have never experienced this before. I decided to reach out to Mr Gold for advice and as soon as I texted him he responded right away to tell me he’d get back to me soon. Later that evening, he began to text me asking questions about the arrest and even called me to talk about it! Not only did he remember me after four years but he took the time to call and spend quite a while with me answering all of my questions and giving me very good advice which we did. Loren Gold goes above and beyond for his clients. I hope and pray I never need his services again, but if I do he’s the BEST choice

I have been trying to find out about a med mal case and attorneys i have contacted really dont answer my questions and its usually not an attorney, just a rep or their paralegal. Mr Loren Gold not only answered my question i posted online, but called me and actually discussed my situation giving me clarity as to what the deal is with med mal in florida! While i may not have a case, he personally took the time to talk to me and explain how med mal works in florida! I would have ZERO issues hiring him as an attorney! I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Diane.
I called Diane about help interpreting a will and she took the time to not only explain the different parts of the legal document and how this effected how the will was governed but offered suggestions and options for dealing with my unique situation and the challenge I was trying to work through.
In addition, Diane was ready to offer introductions to others locally that could be helpful in resolving the issues I was trying to address.
The law is so complicated and Diane was able to take the time to clearly answer my questions in a language that was easy for me to understand. She was also compassionate regarding my situation as I imagine most of these situations are very sensitive in nature.

I had a very serious injury that was due to someone else’s negligence. I was not sure I had a case so I called Doug who was referred to me by another attorney that I have used previously. When I spoke to him on the phone he said he would come to my house the next day since he knew I was recovering from the surgery. I didn’t expect him to show up nor did I feel hopeful about my situation. Doug showed up at my house and took the time to hear my story. Jeff and his staff helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I initially attempted to do the process on my own and failed at it. After looking into getting legal counsel I came across the Badgley Law Firm. The reviews were great and very informative. Upon my first consultation via phone I was offered an in person interview with Jeff which was a nice change because other firms wanted to do virtual meetings. I met with Jeff and he explained how things worked and reviewed my case. He was upfront with the process and cost and then said he would be able to assist me with my case. The first 341 creditors meeting had to be rescheduled and the second one was successful. I was able to be in the office for the meeting with Jeff right there in case I didn’t understand what the trustee was asking me. That helped me so much because I tend to get confused when doing the virtual meetings. Gisel was great as she kept me informed about my case and gathered all the paperwork needed to proceed with my case. I’m forever grateful for Jeff Badgley and his team for assisting me. Honestly I don’t have enough good words to describe my experience with Carrie. From the moment she got in contact with me following my request it was an absolute breeze. My mom was in a parking lot car accident where the other person ran the stop sign and knocked off her front bumper, we were not aware at the time that police doesn’t report to parking lot accidents, but my mom was in major back pain so I quickly searched for injury attorneys. I was in contact with Carrie around April and she quickly got my mom started with therapy and said by September we should be closing the case and wow was she accurate, my mom is now pain free and with some much needed money in her pocket and now not at risk of losing her home.
And before I forget her communication is TOP NOTCH, I mean what attorney texts with their clients now a days? That was a huge bonus for me as I barely ever have time to talk on the phone.

In September 2018 I slipped and fell on a wet tile hotel lobby floor in Orlando without warning signage. Mr. Janes took the information I had to start out with and let me know that these type of cases were very hard to do anything with but he would review my case and see what he could do. He immediately started getting all my records. I had already asked for all of them but had not been given all of them. It took a while to get them because the company that had some of them didn't seem to want to let me have them, but Mr. Janes was able to persuade them that they had to let me have them. Everyone I spoke with that was assisting Mr. Janes was so helpful and easy to deal with. Mr. Janes was always available for me if I needed to talk with him and also the others that worked on my case. I'm very thankful to have found Melissa. I was being sued by a family member and it was an absolutely gruesome experience. The lawyer I initially had was an incompetent buffoon. I had tremendous anxiety every time we spoke and would literally be sweating. That lawyer took up my time with long phone calls that did zero to help me and and she wasted my resources pretty badly by referring to me to her friend, a trust attorney, who I paid thousands to just to find out what an hour long google search could have turned up. Getting ripped off by attorneys is too common. It's a jungle out there.
Finding Melissa was the opposite experience from top to bottom. She was always available to talk but my own questions determined the length of the call so I never once felt she kept me on the phone unnecessarily while the meter ticked away. She was always to the point and told me what I needed to hear with the utmost respect without being scary. I always felt better after talking to her. She advised me to go to my own hearing which was amazing advice and that really paid off. The person suing me hid behind his lawyer and didn't attend. Melissa always listened to me and went above and beyond to help me.
