Ryan Reed is a diamond in the rough. I bet he won't be for long. He took all of my worry upon himself, and did so until we got what we deserved. If I happen to be in another accident - knock on wood - I will know exactly who I am calling immediately. I cannot imagine this much tenacity among many attorneys, and his presentation is soothing, as everything makes sense. I hired the Fernandez firm about 2 years ago. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez myself. I signed all their paperwork and sent them everything they asked me for. I had some questions during this time, so I spoke with his Legal assistant by phone and email. I asked to speak with Mr. Fernandez on several occasions, to no avail. I also signed a paper saying I could not discuss my case with anyone else. I believe that the statute of limitations is past now, and I’ve still heard nothing. What my husband endured through horrible neglect he has still not recovered from. I’ve spoken with many doctors and nurses that told me this was pure neglect and never should have happened. I’m devastated.

The Perenich Law Firm is not a transaction; it is a relationship. In June 2019, my family was victimized by a drunk driver that caused serious bodily injury at nearly 3 times the blood alcohol limit and did a hit-and-run. I had an insurance company (State Farm) that spent almost a year, refusing to acknowledge the coverage that I purchased. Then State Farm took over three years to finally agree to pay us victims for our underinsured motorist coverage, and only paid it after we initiated a bad faith claim. The firm supported us through depositions in the defendants criminal case. After waiting on the state of Florida to convict the criminal, we filed our civil suit with the fifth amendment protection stripped away. We sued the bar successfully, we sued our insurance company successfully, and we sued the defendant civilly successfully. The entire time, the firm was helping to arrange medical care through letters of protection and negotiating bills down.
It took us five years to bring all of the actions to a close. A wonderful five-year relationship I pray to God that I never need them again but if I do, I know they’re there.

I hired this attorney back in July 2024 on a case against a car dealership and since then I have not been able to get any communication back from him or his office regarding the status of this case. In fact, the last I heard from him was October in which he states he will get back with me on an update. Many many phone calls and messages left for him and many many unanswered emails later i have heard not one word back. I paid his fee in full when I hired him and now am left with no result. I will be getting with the Florida Bar and submitting a complaint there also.
