Marvin Schulman handled a personal injury case for me. I was involved in an automobile accident resulting in significant damage to my vehicle and injuries to my knee. The insurance company sent out an adjuster the next day who started playing hardball right from the beginning. Mr. Schulman acted swiftly and professionally which resulted in my vehicle being repaired and my medical bills paid. Once the case was settled there was a nice monetary recovery for my pain and suffering and lost wages.
I was extremely happy with the way Marvin Schulman handled my case. I recommended him to my sister, who later had a case, as well as several other people.

Andrew Irvin represented me in a medical malpractice claim that settled fairly and out of court. This was my first experience with any type of law suit and I had many questions, concerns and misgivings. One of Andrew's first recommendations was to apply for an extension on the 2 year statute of limitations. I didn't realize this was even possible. From there he handled all paperwork and communications with the other law firm. Perhaps I most appreciated his effective communications. I felt up to date with all aspects of the case. A few years ago I was involved in a car accident that resulted in some injuries. It was my first car accident and I was extremely scared, lost and confused on how to proceed. Marc and his team of legal staff made me feel like everything would be ok and they held my hand throughout the entire painful process. I trusted them with my case and they did not disappoint! Marc was able to get my reluctant insurance company to pay the full amount of the policy! Marc was wonderful. Even when I wanted to give up. It took us almost 6 long years to get my case resolved, but Marc and Ken were great. They both kept me on track. Ken is Marc's assistant, and is good . If I hadn't of been with Marc then I probably would have settled for a pittance. If you are hurt at work and want someone who will fight for you, then Marc is the man for you. He cares, he really does, and now a days that's hard to find. An attorney who cares about his client , not just the money. We finally settled in Dec. of 08' to my delight and satisfaction.

Rob very successfully represented our family (our son) in a medical malpractice case involving a birth injury where our son suffered brachial plexus at birth.
