I came to John Phillips office with little or no hope that I could prove my innocence or survive the alligations against me, I didn't think I would survive emotionally what myself and family were being put through. John along with Reid Hart listen to my story, they explained to me what they could do help me,and how they would go about helping me.My family and I felt so much better about my case and my chances of clearing my name after my conversation with John Phillips, and Ried Hart. I don't know if I would have ever gotten through this ordeal if a friend hadn't suggested that I go speak with John. As for the process, Colin McMichen gave me a frank preliminary assessment of how my case was likely to play out. I was comfortable from the beginning of our attorney-client relationship, that I was able to have regular communications with him. He gave me easy instructions to follow. Mr. Kenneth Bush was recommended to me by a family member this was one of the best recommendations ever. When I first met Mr Bush I wasn't even sure if I had a case but something inside of me just didn't sit right with the way my wife passed at the hospital so he told me to leave the hospital records with him and let him peruse through them. Sure enough he found two and fractions one on the hospital and one on the doctor. He handled this case with such professionalism and such precision the case was settled in less than a year. I met Mr. Kenneth through Mr. Barkett and honestly he was the best choice. Mr. Bush has been very informative and helpful throughout this process. I was referred to David through a friend. Although he was unable to take my case, he gave me the time to go through the whole situation and explained why it was not right for him. He told me what I should be looking for and he referred me to another medical mal practice attorney who was also unable to take my case. David was wonderful to speak with and knows his stuff. He guided me to look for certain attributes in law firms and that was very helpful. Last Friday I got an email from an attorney’s office asking if I would be willing to speak with them. They got my name and overview of my case from David. Once he referred me back in July, I didn’t think I would be on his radar as he is very busy, talks with lots of people daily along with everything else he does as the founding member of his firm. I had hired Mr. Collier for my slip and fall case. Despite the fact that I didn't have enough evidence of negligence, he tried very hard on my behalf. Two years earlier my husband hired him for a successful case in an airplane incident when he fell and broke his leg in the rear area of the plane. Bringing a lawsuit against a major airline carrier takes a tough attorney. Mr. Collier is smart and aggressive but we were confident that his talents and knowledge would prevail which they did. We were very pleased with the outcome of the case.

I found out the the driver who ran into me at 70mph had only the minimum of insurance. I didn’t know if my medical bills would be covered. The “big name firm” who called daily until the lack of insurance became known, had now stopped returning my calls. I fired that firm and called Kevin Butler. Kevin worked as hard as possible on my claim. He treated me like a “million dollar client.” He returned every phone call, settled the claim within an appropriate time frame, and made sure my medical bills were all covered. He then worked with my medical providers, so I had settlement money left over. I can not say enough good things about Kevin Butler. I recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney.

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Melvin "Mel" Wright and his whole team for all he has done for my son. At a very, very dismal time in our lives, when we literally felt all odds were against us because of very particular immunity laws surrounding our case, Mel fought long and hard and hung in there until he found a vein of hope to help my son in his recovery. Mel never gave up no matter how many dead-ends nor obstacles we faced. Our case was not an easy case at all due to the facts and extreme injuries involved. Mel made himself easily available to offer explanations to my many, many questions or even to just hear me rant or vent about the unfairness of immunity laws.
