So proud to have worked with this awesome company. Any, one, normal person is protective of their info; and when my mom suggested this team I became even more skeptical. When I started looking for an attorney to take my case I've called a lot of lawyers, and got declined by all their offices, before I even had the chance to speak to the actual lawyers. I was on the verge of giving up and letting the whole thing go, even though I really believed I had a case and it very much impacted my husband and I both emotionally and physically. The last law office I tried was Friedman Rodman Frank & Estrada, and good thing I did. I cannot thank them enough for the treatment that they gave us all the way until the end. Mrs. Hunter tailors her approach to fit each unique situation. I initially thought I needed a super aggressive attorney, but I quickly realized that Mrs. Hunter's well-established relationships with other attorneys in the Tampa Bay Area made all the difference. Let’s face it, divorce is incredibly challenging, but it doesn’t have to be unbearable when you have a skilled attorney who keeps you out of court, helps you stay levelheaded, and is mindful of your finances.
I have come to believe that Mrs. Hunter has been in this field long enough to prioritize her clients’ best interests over simply making money. I would leave zero stars if I could. Empire came highly recommended from another law firm. Worst referral we have ever received. The Court Reporter showed up late for the zoom deposition and left her audio on the entire time with the tv playing in the background. We scheduled a 2 hour deposition for 4pm and Empire charge us almost double the hourly rate for after hour charges without letting us know there would be an additional fee. They corrected the invoice and when we paid it charged us the original amount of the invoice. I call and get disconnected or voicemail on a regular basis. This company has been very unprofessional and rude. I would recommend another court reporting service for your needs.

On 08.11.24, I was a patient in the rear of an ambulance, when the ambulance was involved in a motor vehicle accident.
I first hired a family law firm (which will remain unidentified) but their lawyer didn't respond to my texts, emails or phone calls. I fired them and hired attorney Rachel Kilbert of Dan Newlin's office and I'm really glad that I did!
Two out of three insurance companies have already paid their maximum liability amount. It's only been a little over 3 months.
I would highly recommend Rachel and Dan Newlin's office!

After 4 months "representing" Alan told me Ford motor company was "ignoring us"...so now we are going to have to sue them. Well I thought that was what you were doing??? Then one inspector looked at my recalled Ford Fusion which rolled over my leg said I must have gotten out of a moving car. Clearlythe recall showed car would be placed in PARK and roll. The three plants involved in the recall issue were available through auto paperwork. My Ford Fusion was manufactured in Mexico at that specific time. I found Wagner impotent for my case . Waste of time on a solid case. DNR.

The father of my child is demanding mediation through this firm, & just this morning, I've been sent 5 or 6 conflicting emails on whether our meeting is going to be via Zoom or in person. I've also received conflicting dates twice, & have all but been spammed by an administrative team that either doesn't communicate with one another or just doesn't have their affairs in order internally. I would never chose to work with this office on my own. Extremely displeased with the obvious breakdown in communication & I haven't even met with them yet. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Your office only deals with matters of the utmost importance... this is entirely inexcusable & unprofessional.

Mr. Tonelli represented me in a personal injury case where I was hit by an under-insured motorist. I was at a previous law firm that eventually fired me as a client due to a fault of theirs, the Berstein office picked it up and ran with it quicker, more aggressively and was always on my side, unlike the previous large injury law firm.
