Diane Zuckerman was referred to my by a lawyer friend who gave her his highest recommendation. I engaged Diane to help me with my mother's estate, will, HCPOA, etc. a number of years ago. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Diane.
I called Diane about help interpreting a will and she took the time to not only explain the different parts of the legal document and how this effected how the will was governed but offered suggestions and options for dealing with my unique situation and the challenge I was trying to work through.
In addition, Diane was ready to offer introductions to others locally that could be helpful in resolving the issues I was trying to address.
The law is so complicated and Diane was able to take the time to clearly answer my questions in a language that was easy for me to understand. She was also compassionate regarding my situation as I imagine most of these situations are very sensitive in nature.
Finally, Diane was very timely in returning calls and reviewing the work I had requested of her. I would definitely hire her again.

Jeff and his staff helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I initially attempted to do the process on my own and failed at it. After looking into getting legal counsel I came across the Badgley Law Firm. The reviews were great and very informative. Upon my first consultation via phone I was offered an in person interview with Jeff which was a nice change because other firms wanted to do virtual meetings. I met with Jeff and he explained how things worked and reviewed my case. He was upfront with the process and cost and then said he would be able to assist me with my case. The first 341 creditors meeting had to be rescheduled and the second one was successful. I was able to be in the office for the meeting with Jeff right there in case I didn’t understand what the trustee was asking me. That helped me so much because I tend to get confused when doing the virtual meetings. Gisel was great as she kept me informed about my case and gathered all the paperwork needed to proceed with my case. I’m forever grateful for Jeff Badgley and his team for assisting me. A huge stress relief for me and my family.

Honestly I don’t have enough good words to describe my experience with Carrie. From the moment she got in contact with me following my request it was an absolute breeze. My mom was in a parking lot car accident where the other person ran the stop sign and knocked off her front bumper, we were not aware at the time that police doesn’t report to parking lot accidents, but my mom was in major back pain so I quickly searched for injury attorneys. I was in contact with Carrie around April and she quickly got my mom started with therapy and said by September we should be closing the case and wow was she accurate, my mom is now pain free and with some much needed money in her pocket and now not at risk of losing her home.
And before I forget her communication is TOP NOTCH, I mean what attorney texts with their clients now a days? That was a huge bonus for me as I barely ever have time to talk on the phone.

In September 2018 I slipped and fell on a wet tile hotel lobby floor in Orlando without warning signage. I broke a bone in my lower back and experienced such pain and suffering I abandoned my daily long distance running and struggled to walk. I decided to seek legal support to ensure my pain, suffering and treatment costs were properly reimbursed. I wanted a firm and attorney that were not just a cookie cutter operation but rather one containing sharp staff with highly relevant experience. I chose Fasig Brooks and their associates Carrie Roane and paralegal Brittney Waldo because their team rose up through the legal ranks as injury litigation specialists and were successful without tv advertising. Carrie and Brittney are great; they are sharp, efficient and excellent at follow up and communication. They did a bunch of detail work to prove my case, did not miss a trick and got a six figure settlement against a large multi-national firm with many legal resources in Florida, which is not friendly to slip and fall litigants. Very impressive, very client friendly.

I was hit from behind by a truck at an intersection in 2015! I hired Ryan Rudd & his team Ady & Carly. This was the best decision I have ever made. I did not care for Attorney's but Ryan has renewed my faith that there are great attorneys out there. Mr. Janes took the information I had to start out with and let me know that these type of cases were very hard to do anything with but he would review my case and see what he could do. He immediately started getting all my records. I had already asked for all of them but had not been given all of them. It took a while to get them because the company that had some of them didn't seem to want to let me have them, but Mr. Janes was able to persuade them that they had to let me have them. Everyone I spoke with that was assisting Mr. Janes was so helpful and easy to deal with. Mr. Janes was always available for me if I needed to talk with him and also the others that worked on my case. When it got down to settling for an amount, he was able to get a lot of the Medicare charges taken off of the amount I had to pay them back. He never tried to pressure me into accepting anything. It was totally my decision but he supported me with what I decided to do. Him and his team made this process as easy for me as I think it could possibly be. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and how it was handled.

Terrible Experience – Very Aggressive and Unhelpful
I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. She was extremely aggressive in her communication and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the entire process. It was clear that she had no interest in helping me and seemed annoyed whenever I asked questions or needed clarification.

Hunter Rawls and his team prepared a comprehensive Trust package for my wife and I. This process took several months to complete. Hunter was not only thorough with his explanation of terms and the way Trusts work vs. wills, but he was also very patient with our laundry lists of questions (and sometimes repetitive questions) over multiple phone calls. As for the process, Colin McMichen gave me a frank preliminary assessment of how my case was likely to play out.
I was comfortable from the beginning of our attorney-client relationship, that I was able to have regular communications with him. He gave me easy instructions to follow.
