I was in a vehicle accident where the defendant drove his vehicle into the back of mine. The attorneys I contacted wouldn’t represent me because my vehicle wasn’t’ crushed in the accident and I wasn’t’ in a body cast. No attorney would take my case. Except for James C. Suits II. James took on my case, represented me and in a partnership like fashion and stayed on with me for three years, till we satisfactorily resolved our case. I have consulted with Farzad Yassini twice. Both times he was able to put my concerns at ease and talk me off the ledge of a lawsuit while the other lawyers I was consulting with were trying to talk me into it! Farzad is extremely patient, respectful, down to earth, empathetic and awesome. He was open, honest, realistic and knowledgeable about the steps and process that would be involved in a lawsuit, which I hadn't heard in detail elsewhere. Others downplayed the level of effort and the potential negative repercussions. Farzad also gave me scenarios that if true would warrant taking action. I had a horrible situation where the apartment manager of my complex used his financial means to coerce someone into committing perjury and submitting a false declaration against me to get a restraining order to kick me out of my building. The apt. mgr had hired a federal prosecutor and was out to ruin my life, but Fadi and his team would not back down and we ended up settling outside of court. Fadi cares about his clients and not only is he a shrewd lawyer, but he's also a good man and I will be forever grateful. I always refer him.

If you really want a direct, personal, and honest experience with a lawyer, Fadi Amer is the man to go to. I had complications with my insurance claim after I had gotten into a car accident. I ended up trying a few different attorneys before I ended up with Mr. Amer. From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed to the firm (with lots of smiles and care), and was able to see Mr. Amer, not too long after my arrival. He had already looked into my case, and immediately started to go over it with me detail by detail, explaining everything along the way. In all honesty, what made him stand out was how upfront he was with the situation and at the same time I can really see that he is a caring person. Despite Mr. Amer's professionalism, he still made me feel very comfortable to the point where I felt as if I have known him for years. I was involved in a very serious car accident which left me severly injured and left with a limp. I want and saw 3 other personal injury attorneys and just hated how pushy and salesmen like they were. Fadi was 180 degrees different and actually encouraged me to see other attorneys. 7-5-17: I so value David Tran. I'd been in a car accident; and had contacted my local lawyers' referral service who'd referred me to Mr. Tran. Where the insurance co. of the car who'd hit me had been attempting, via street mail, to place high demands on me (I'd foolishly assumed they had gone to my insurance co. first, with their demands.) - Mr. Tran informed me that I need to be certain my ins. co. is aware of, and responding to, what the other ins. co. is requesting of: me. He adds, I pay my insurance co. to, among other things, deal with the opposite ins. co. -What a great, big, huge burden Mr. Tran so easily, and kindly, lifts from my shoulders. He's a pro. Under Covide I received a Frivolous ADA WCAG website compliance lawsuit by the Frivolous "Handy Potter" Law firm who is not liked by the courts in San Francisco as their firm is an unprofessional legal milling practice & their fraudster client The plaintiff, "Un-Blinded" Andres Gomez. Of course my business was at a peril at that point in time, although Attorney Scott Karlin and his professional team, with Melissa and Dan were to the rescue. The lawsuit hit at the worse time in my family and my life as our business was struggling business. The level of service that Scott and his team brought was assuring. They even captured video surveillance of The Un-Blinded Andres Gomez walking around without any assistance discovering factually that Andres Gomez was not blind at all and consistently lied to the courts under oath. Andres Gomez and the Handy Potter has caused much harm to families and local small businesses and now, The Karlin group has brought much relief and stopped those carpet baggers from terrorising businesses using the false premises of being blind and using the ADA laws illegally. From the first time we spoke about legally changing my name and all through the process Omer Rangoonwala was easy to get a hold of and eager to answer my questions. He made me feel as though I really could call him any time I had a question. He was also accessible through email. I first met Paul about 6 years ago when I was trying to get my dughter back from her grandparents in Texas. The process for me took about 3 years total but Paul was only involved over the final year.
Before Paul I went through an attorney who wasted about 18 months of my time and probably $20 k. Paul got the job done in a fraction of that cost and time and he had to do a lot of research on Texas laws to accomplish this (my previous lawyer did none of that). I am convinced that had Paul been my attorney from the start the seperation from my daughter would have been a year at the most.
Since then I have recommended Paul to several friends and family members and will continue to do so. I have also used him for advice on different matters such as lawsuits and labor issues.
Paul is also very fair when it comes to costs and will pull no punches when discussing these matters. If something is going to take time and/or money he will be very up front with you but will work with you too. If he feels you have no chance to win he will not take your money or give you false hope. He is very up front.
Paul does not like to lose, but this doesn't mean he won't take on a hard case. He is a bulldog and if you decide to retain him for any matter he will go to the mat for you and relentlessly do what it takes for you to walk away happy.
I give Paul an overall excellent rating. I gave him a "good" rating on resposive but he was probably better than good. Surely the fact that he can handle just about any type of matter and he keeps pretty busy made his respose time a little longer than I wanted. With that said, he probably had 20 things going on at once while I was concerned only about my one item.
In a nutshell, I wouldn't hesitate and in fact have hired Paul again for any of my legal needs. He has proven to me to be very competent but just as important in this field he is trust worthy.
If you have a need for legal representation Paul Ultimo is the person you want to hire.

Unfortunately I found myself in need of an attorney, I had never been in trouble before, and was totally new to the whole process. So I asked around, and looked up attorneys. One of my coworkers had recently been arrested for a DUI and shockingly enough, that was what i was being charged with, so I asked him what he had done to take care of his problem.
