They take on too many cases, promise you the world, and then pressure you to settle. I spent six months in a wheelchair six weeks in a hospital and had to take medicine designed to be taken for a couple of months every day of my life to walk, for an incomplete paralyzation. After everything was said and done I lost $60,000. Catherine, who was my attorney would constantly not return my calls and have her husband call me. When you ask for a copy of your file, they refuse to give it to you. I had written them a good review just to get them to leave me alone as the pressure was relentless. Do yourself a favor and run in the other direction that is if you still can.

I can't say enough great things about them. I had a very serious accident with multiple fractures. They immediately put me at ease. They've been doing this for several years. They have former insurance adjusters, they really know how to deal with insurance companies.
Anna is so knowledgeable & very caring. So patient! She explains everything thoroughly & is very well informed.
She's genuinely concerned with our health & stays in touch for updates. She always responds quickly with emails, etc. They offer guidance with finances & help set you up w advisors. I could go on & on! They're genuinely out to help people & get justice. The office staff are always really friendly & quick to assist.
Any negative connotations about lawyers, are non existent here. Impeccable all around.

This was my first injury caused by a negligent driver. I was at a loss on how to proceed to ensure that my medical needs would be addressed without a financial hardship. Was impressed with the reviews until I walked in and realized this location has many law firms. Google the address and you'll see several lawyers use this location. Talked with someone there who said this is a law membership service location shared with many lawyers. Interested in an established law firm not pretending to have a downtown location. Started investigating and realized many of these reviews have only left one review with no profiles which looks pretty sus! Don't appreciate the waste of time. Update to response: I called so not sure why you don't have record of my info, perhaps due to not having a physical location of working admins there.

Wow! We were in legal nightmare and were fortunate to find this amazing attorney, Sharen Ghatan, and her awesome team! We were struck by an Uber and had no idea what to do. The driver even ran from the scene but our lawyer found him, and fought the insurance company all the way. Our dear friend, our passenger, was so injured and we worried if he’d ever recover. Thank goodness for our lawyer who never gave up and fought til the death for us!! We got a new car, and with the money from our settlement we can have a fresh start on life! Andy is the lawyer you want to retain when an issue arises. I had previously retained an attorney who was well recommended and they ended up doing nothing for 4 weeks until the case was filed when it should have been thrown out right off the bat. After Andy got on the case, he kept me in the loop, spoke to the opposing attorney and they dropped the case. I had another lawyer before coming to David Zolkin in a last ditch effort to save my company. The other lawyer was simply uncontactable after i paid the retainer. First of all if any one is ever involved in an accident dont let your insurance deal with the other insurance for a compensation for you, the best thing you can do is definetely let a professional handle it and who better than Wilshire Law Firm they helped me with a motorcycle accident i was riding from work to get a haircut and go home and who would've known i never made it to that appointment a Pick up Truck from a Tow company was lurking in a drive way with my motorcycle experience i knew he was going to totally ignore me turn right and drive down the road so i went to the farest lane but little did i know he had other plans he did ignore me but instead of making a right turn he went forward and then made a left turn when i noticed that it was already too late crashed against the side of the truck i flew almost 20 feet straight over the truck broke both my wrists, femur, toe and bruised my back. I had to decline the ambulance because i know how much they cost went to emergency and the next morning called Wilshire Law Firm they came within 1 to 2 hours a representative showed up to my door explained me everything and just a couple signatures later i was in good hands they made my appointments with the Drs. I was rear-ended while stopped at a light. I had a headache from the impact but after exchanging information, I was able to drive away and considered myself very lucky... Tried to shake it off but in additional to headaches, the dull aches and pains in my back refused to heal, and then a few weeks after the accident, I was informed by the insurance company that my car was being declared 'a total loss'. The other party had admitted fault but I was unable to afford proper treatment or even a comprehensive exam since I had no health insurance, was unable to work, and had limited cash. I had still not retained a lawyer since I'd had a bad experience in the past. Unable to cope, I finally started calling lawyers and that led me to Nick. I am so glad I found him. He immediately got me checked out by a legit doctor who set me up with effective treatment for my spinal injury.
