I meant to write this review a while back, but I got sidetracked. Recently, I was reminded about my past car accident and so I wanted to take the time say what a pleasure it was to work with Jahrmarkt & Associates.
As I stated earlier, I had been involved in a car accident and John Jahrmarkt and his team were able to get me a monetary settlement I didn't think was possible.
They worked very hard from start to finish. Tyler was assigned to my case and he always kept me in the loop with updates on my case. They assisted with finding an excellent rehab facility for my injuries from the accident.
These is a very professional team. They work with the utmost integrity and compassion.
I would not hesitate to use them again for any personal injury needs.

Wow, not really sure where to start. I thank my lucky stars every day that I was fortunate enough to find John when I needed an attorney. Is he a great lawyer....you betcha! But whats even better is that he's just a great guy! In 2011 I moved I to Los Angeles from Detroit. I was not working, staying with friends, and had no health insurance. I had been in the USA about a year Two weeks after I arrived to LA I was rear ended on the Ventura Freeway by an uninsured motorist from El Salvador. I sustained injuries and approximately $6000 in damage to the car I had had less than a year. The only mileage on it really was from the drive from Detroit to LA. Long story short Michigan is a no-fault state and their insurance laws are a 180 degrees different from California's. AAA my insurer John sued for negotiating in bad faith. Anyways John navigated the two-state difference in law, got me the medical attention I needed, GOT ME LOST WAGES when I wasnt even employed and then got me the MAXIMUM SETTLEMENT allowed under my uninsured motorist coverage. Meanwhile the whole time John kept me in the loop, worked like a pit-bull, took a genuine concern that I was receiving the best medical attention, and sought to get me the best settlement possible. John has the ability to listen, never waffles when asked direct questions, and IS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE. If there was a way to make it better it eludes me??? I can't stress enough that if you need legal assistance John is your guy!! I'd give him 6 Stars if it was possible!!!!

Honestly one of the best attorneys I have dealt with. I hired Mr. Fard to handle my brother's suspected DUI case and not only did he keep me informed of all court proceedings but he would answer all my calls and questions whenever I contacted him. My brother was very nervous and unsettled with having caught a case but in the end, Mr. Fard was able to get my brother's DUI case dismissed. If you're looking to hire an attorney who will be dedicated to your case, Mr. Fard should definitely be your one and only choice. He's definitely being kept in my contacts in case I ever need him for anything (although I hope that won't be necessary).

Bassma has been representing my family quite sometime now. She has quickly become what I would consider our family lawyer. Most recently Bassma represented me in a motor vehicle accident case. She is incredibly understanding, helpful, and really takes the time to understand your needs and provide you the best quality of service possible. On 12/18/20 I was rear ended in a car accident. After 8 months of getting nowhere with the other party’s insurance company, I contacted Joseph Pourshalimy. He was empathetic and caring. He promised to be my advocate and fight hard for me. Less than 60 days later, he got the insurance company to settle for the Maximum policy limits for my bodily injuries. I went on a 4 year adventure with Nina after I was involved and injured in a six car pileup on the freeway. Nina and her team took care of all the background work over the years and when it (finally!) came time for trial this year Nina went into full warrior mode! From my first call with Edward I felt cared for.
Two years ago I was attacked by a Pit Bull dog.

I never thought I would be hit by a car as a pedestrian! But here in LA it’s a real problem with bad drivers texting instead of watching the road! After I got into a car accident, I contacted the services of a law firm through word of mouth and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made!!! They represented me so poorly that I had no choice but to look for representation elsewhere. I found amazing reviews online about the MOVAGAR & YAMIN, P.L.C. Law Firm and initially I spoke to another lawyer, Brian, who spent his own time hearing all the details of my case despite that he could not represent me just so that he could refer me to Steven who was a better match for my case. With all the odds against me in this case due to the lack of communication and misinformation provided to me by the first law firm, Steven did more than what I believe was necessary to get me what was justly deserved. He was very thorough, always followed up with every new detail in regards to my case, and responded quickly whenever I had questions or concerns. I cannot recommend his service enough!! My case finally came to an end after a long 2 years and I cannot express how thankful I am to have met Steven, if only he was my lawyer from the beginning then my hardships would not have been so tiresome!! Nick Movaghar and Steve Yamin were both amazing at everything they did to help me both emotionally and financially. Seriously, even when I asked them a million questions that were unnecessary… just because I was worried about whatever it was, they still handled everything so professionally and they were just really helpful with everything… the car accident, the shop I got my car repaired at, the hospital, the therapy clinic, not to mention ALL the paperwork and ALL the medical bills were handled properly and correctly. These 2 guys ARE the best lawyers in LA when it comes to dealing with a car accident and a neck & back injury… I'm sure they deal with more cases than just that… But I am speaking strictly from my point of view and my case. I highly recommend Attorneys Joshua Kopple and Michael Kopple to people who got hurt or discriminated against by others.

1. Eliot is a MAN OF HIS WORD. If Eliot says that he is going to do something, HE WILL. That is a priceless trait.
2. My accident took place in September 2016. Eliot scheduled me to see the investigator the following day after my accident. That is unheard of.
3. Eliot was very prompt! He answered all of my questions and returned all of my calls. I had many questions because I just moved to California from Boston and it was a very traumatizing experience.
