Airbag and seatbelt restraint light
My name is Cameron and I had a BMW I three rex I just purchased the vehicle back in June 2020. A week after I bought the vehicle my seat belt restraint and airbag light came on. I am mediately took it two the BMW dealership where I purchased a vehicle they told me it was fixed after a few days and gave me my vehicle back roughly 2 weeks later the light appeared again. I took the vehicle back to the dealership where this time they kept my vehicle for just over a week. They returned my car where I drove it for approximately another week and the light came back on for a third time. At this point I was becoming very frustrated with the service that I was receiving from BMW because I just purchased this vehicle and I have two young children that ride in this vehicle with me and the car is indicating that there is something wrong with the seatbelts and the airbag.
I did some research on the Lemon Law through Google and that is where I found Brett Shainfeld, Esq. I called his number and spoke with them over the phone telling him a story about my car. I felt confident after our conversation that I had found the right person to help me with my lemon law case. All of the paperwork was done via email which was reassuring given all that has been happening with the pandemic in 2020. Brett explained to me the process of the Lemon law and immediately begin to work on my case. He was very forthright and always answered my calls or text keeping me informed at all times during the process. While Brett was working on my lemon law case I had to take my vehicle back to BMW for the same issue three more times.
In October Brett informed me that BMW of America excepted my lemon law case and would move forward with the buyback program. All I had to do in this whole process was provide Brett with the documents he requested from me. This made The process very easy and best of all I had no out-of-pocket fees as originally promised in our first conversation.

Ramin was great. His staff and associate were also great. I hired Ramin after the insurance company offered me $1,500 for my injuries from a car accident. He was able to resolve the matter for $100,000 about a year and a half after I hired him. What a difference! I could not be any happier. I should also mention that two other law offices before calling Ramin and they said my case was "too small" for them to take.

I don’t typically write any reviews but Shiela was so Amazing from the initial consult to the end of the case that she deserves people to know what a professional, compassionate, kind attorney she is. If your looking for the best attorney than stop looking. I liked her immediately because she listened without any judgments, she didn’t rush me off the phone, she really listened to my case. It was so refreshing to find an attorney that was so good at what they do, make your feel comfortable, and pass zero judgements and care all at the same time. She gives you the facts, helps you understand what to expect which helped me so much. I found Shiela after my previous attorney really messed up a simple case for me and made it beyond complicated. Shiela solved the problem, where most attorneys wouldn’t even want to get involved with someone else’s mess, but she took the time, helped us and solved our case. Omid Elyaoudayan did a exceptional task with my non-public damage case. He made sure that I became capable of recognition on getting better from my accident, at the same time as he handled the coverage agency. I had never been in a automobile twist of fate earlier than, and failed to know what to expect. I couldn't ask for better counsel when it comes to Antonio. Over 1 year ago I severely injured my back at work which resulted in 2 emergency surgeries, shortly after I was admitted to the hospital I was informed that my employer had flat out denied my claim for workers compensation after telling me to my fae that they would take care of me.
I was staring down the barrel of over $400,000 in medical bills as I did not have insurance at the time of the accident, as well as no job to return to, I was scared as to what was going to happen to me next.
I found Greg online and his team worked tirelessly for over 1 year fighting on my behalf to make sure I was taken care of. My employer fought, and used dirty tactics at every turn to deny me benefits, including having me followed and spied on by a private investigator (I had already had surgery at this point and was recovering) but that did not deter Greg and his team one bit. In fact every time they turned it up, Greg went in even more determined.
I could not be more appreciative for all of the hard work and pure dedication that was put into my case by Greg and his team, at no point did I ever think Greg was in this for the money, or anything other than he felt I was wronged and wanted to help me. He genuinely cared about my well being and the incredible financial stress this put me under, he was compassionate, diligent, and very patient throughout the entire process answering countless questions and never once making me feel like a burden.
1 year and two months later I have finally resolved my case and have received the financial help I was fighting for, including having my medical bills paid. This would have ruined me financially and sent my life into a much different direction. Because of Greg and his team I am no longer losing sleep and wondering what I'm going to do to survive.
I just cannot say enough good about this man and his team, if you are going through this and feel like there is nobody to help you, Greg and his team are the right answer. They actually care, and will 100% do what it takes to help you.

When I first contacted you, I didn’t know what to expect. Surly my expectations were low due to my experience elsewhere. The other lager firm left me in a pile of papers to be forgotten and dismissed. I was obviously not a priority as they wouldn’t even answer my questions or help me over the phone. They just said they would take my case and then ignored me giving me the runaround. I couldn’t even speak to any lawyers. I was always held up with their receptionist only to leave a message. No one would ever call me back. I was getting absolutely nowhere. I wasn’t getting any medical attention for my injuries and felt dismissed and hopeless in my situation. So hopeless that I began surcharging for someone who hopefully could help me. I’m so glad i found you! I wish I had found you sooner. I just want to thank you for everything you have done for me. What can I say about work comp? It is a very difficult and frustrating journey to navigate . With Gregg's wonderful help, I was able to stand up to the large insurance company.
He walked me through so many closed doors that I could have never entered on my own. Gregg was sharp, persistent, and knowledgeable. He explained the many options I had to work through and settle my case.

I had never been involved in an accident. I take great pride in my driving record and have not had moving violation tickets, no accidents since I’ve gotten my license 20 years ago. Before I finally called John, I was nervous. Because, well I’m a worry wart by nature. During our first conversation, John helped ease any worries I had. He laid out a game plan and a couple scenarios in which my case could potentially play out. What I really liked about John is that he was very upfront. He didn’t immediately promise me he’d get me everything I want or my money back guaranteed! John was upfront, sensitive, reassuring, extremely knowledgeable and understanding of the stressful situation I was going through! And a lot of lawyers say, call me any time, I’m available. They’re not or they’ll get back to you days later, John and Claudia were honestly always available. If for whatever reason they weren’t available at the moment, they would get back to me very quickly. At the end of the day, John went above and beyond, won and got me everything I asked for and lifted what felt like 10,000 pounds off my shoulders! And despite how much John helped me, when everything was all settled and the dust cleared, he took some extra time to reach out to me a couple more times and offered me some advice and said his door is always open! I won’t need to hire John again, but I will always send people straight to him if they ask me for a recommendation! He’s a true class act!

Della Shaker is the THE LAWYER in Los Angeles, simply the best! I have to write this review because something like her is rare! Even though words can not describe, I'll give it a try... I had a small legal issue and a friend recommended that I call attorney Leo Herrera for advice. I called his office, Herrera Law PC, and was patched through directly to him. I spent a little while telling him about my legal issue. He listened very attentively which was very nice.
Unfortunately, it wasn’t a personal injury matter so he wasn’t able to take my case. But, he did take the time to hear my story and he found me a few attorneys that he knows that he would recommend for me to call. Eventually, I was able to hire one of the attorneys he recommended to help me.
I really appreciated that Attorney Herrera took the time to listen to me and spend the time looking for someone to help me. The staff were really friendly and so was Attorney Herrera. Next time I have any legal problem, I’m calling him first for advice. They really know how to take care of you at Herrera Law.
I would definitely recommend Attorney Herrera and his office to my family friends!

I came to Elliot for a consultation to handle my 10 year old felony case. I hadn't completed the terms of my probation, none of it, and I was ready to turn myself in. As it turned out not only was my felony probation violation open, but also a slew of smaller warrants for traffic violations.
I consulted with a few different attorneys who were all really great but I decided to go with Elliot and I am very glad that I did.
First he met me on a Saturday which was very convenient. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me. He was honest and upfront, didn't make any promises to give me false hope. Which I appreciated as I knew how serious the consequences were going to be.
Leading up to court there were many times that I had questions about our strategy and Elliot was always available to reply via email, and take my calls. It felt like I was his only client.
In front of the judge where it matter the most, Elliot really came through. When my character came into question, he argued fiercely on my behalf. That's when I was 100% sure that I had made the right choice.

Where should I start?
This feedback is long overdue, and I am going to put my heart and soul into putting as much as possible on paper.
Anyone reading this please note that my experiences with Mr. Ed El Dabe, Mr Jon Ritter, and their staff are real and not coerced in any way or form.
My unfortunate near death accident occurred in 2016 while crossing the road as a pedestrian. As I have had a prior retention of this firm, re-contacting them was no effort. Their response was amazing and one of the partner lawyers, Ms. Jessica Castro visited me in the hospital. My timing couldn’t have been better. Soon after our initial meeting they got the ball rolling. Due to my multiple injuries I had countless visits to various doctors, physical therapy sessions and other accident related establishments. While my entire life had turned upside down and I was confined to the home, the personnel at El Dabe / Ritter Law Office called me at least once every 2 weeks for updates. Their follow up calls were impressive and thorough.
Since my incident was Workers Comp related, they also referred me to an additional Workers Comp lawyer. From initial meetings in their office to depositions with opposing attorneys, Jon Ritter and Edmond El Dabe were there providing me with the required guidance and advice.
For over 2 years, throughout the entire pre-trial period they simply acted like angels by my side providing me with answers to whatever questions I may have had. I really couldn’t have asked for any better accident lawyers.

Alex worked with me after I got into a head-on collision where the other driver was at fault. Alex is a very straightforward and hardworking attorney. I got into an accident that severely injured my back and I tend to just let things go easily until the insurance called me and offered me $200 for the personal injury. At that point, I went on Avvo and found Alex so I decided to contact him and see what are the steps to take forward. Within the day, he got me into a chiropractor, he had texted me from his personal phone number both in and out of office hours to answer any questions or concerns I had about the case.
