Shangar Meman represented my husband and I in a personal injury claim. She was very knowledgeable professional and attentive throughout the process. Turned out to be a great choice as Kevin led me through this agonizing process with great efficiency.
Kevin Lucey is an expert with dealing with these hard to deal with insurance companies. Insurance companies would be perfectly happy to offer nothing for someone in a personal injury situation and Kevin navigated and handled the claim in a timely and efficient manner.
I can't imagine having to try and deal with them myself. My gut reaction when I spoke with the claims adjuster was that they were going to try and screw me as best they could. Kevin knows how to deal with insurance companies and I highly recommend him!

I went to a big party about a 12 months ago, and let's just say that I ended up in a bit of legal trouble on my drive home. I contacted Adam at the suggestion of a friend who used him before in a criminal case.
Adam met with me right away and gave me the rundown of all of my options. He was way organized, he even gave me a bunch of stuff to take home with me and read to help understand the law process a bit better. I had a total of 2 court appearances with him, and each time he was early, prepared, and at ease. I was so nervous coming going to court since I had never been before, but felt much better once he took control. I barely had to do anything.
When all was said and done, things played out exactly like Adam said they would. I can't say the process was fun, because it was not, but having Adam as my lawyer made things 1000x easier. I would definitely recommend him if you end up talking to a police officer after a bit touch (ahem) too much to drink.

After being badly burned by another lawyer, I came to Adam and Jill hurt and angry. They were quick to respond and were amazing at trying to fix what the other lawyer had screwed up for me. Unfortunately I found them a little too late and am stuck with a lot things in my divorce that should have been avoided with a trustworthy lawyer. I loved working with them. They were generous and kind and I feel almost that their amount of careful respect for me and my bad situation has made up for a lot of the upset I experienced with my previous one. There ARE great lawyers out there and these are two of them.

When my boyfriend and I were being sued by his mother for third party visitation, we were scared and confused about our rights as parents. Adam Brittle brought to our attention our constitutional rights along with the laws. He guided us every step of the way. Affordable, trustworthy and smart. First Ill start by saying english is my second language and legal dictionary never been in my english studies. After saying that I would like to tell how William is patient and so smart in explaining legal issues in easy terms without changing the original meaning. He always explained to me all the pros and cons for any action he would take after having discussions of the matter. I cosulted him for an accident I did before, many immigration issues. And lately he is the lawyer of my dad who is visiting the states and got hit by a car in CA. He got a 24/7 arabic translator in case the clients are more comfortable to speak in arabic. Jeremy comes highly recommended. I researched multiple attorneys in Clark county and decided on Elizabeth Christy Law Firm because of the great reviews, and I'm glad I did. Jeremy was very quick, thorough, supportive, knowledgeable and responsive during this whole process. The process to which I'm referring is establishing a parenting plan and court ordered child support. The process took about 3 weeks, consultation to signed orders. He really made this unfortunate time in my life, bearable. Hopefully I won't need similar services in the future, but if I do, I'll be going with Jeremy.

IThe first time I was rear ended my daughter went on line and got a list of attorneys. For some reason Mr Ruffs name stood out much more than the TV attorneys so I called him. He took my case. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended again. Then 3 years later once again was rear ended. I have gone with Mr Ruff every time. While my third case is still ongoing I know he will do right by me this time as he did the other two times. So very pleased with the way I have been treated respectfully and with his results. He is laid back, not stuffy and very honest and upfront. Will definitely refer others to him and God forbid I ever get hit again will always use him

I was rear-ended and as a result have permanent pain in my back. I was offered $3,000 by the at fault insurance company. I then knew that I had to hire a lawyer, but was uncertain of how to figure out who was going to be honest and look out for my best interest. I was VERY near the end of my statue of limitations with my auto accident and I got bounced around by several different firms. They all explained that I had waited too long and they didn't have enough time to help me. I was really discouraged but was eventually referred to Kafoury & McDougal. They were very positive and told me that even with the situation they would be able to represent me.
Jason was amazing and not only got a full offer settlement from the at fault company, but then filed a claim with my insurance company and got a total of $100,000. I never would have been able to do this without them. They are now handling an accident that my grandparents were in, as well as an accident that a good friend's father was in because I have complete confidence in the firm. I highly recommend Jason Kafoury, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing legal help.

I hired Tom after a referral. The window of opportunity to file my personal injury and property claim from a vehicle accident was near. Tom was able to gather all of the details in my case in time to file and present the evidence. He was able to get me a just settlement after the insurance claim was initially denied. My father had a horrible accident that almost ended his life. I was stuck in a world that was unknown to me. How do I deal with insurance companies? Hospitals? Interpreting Medical Charts? We traveled from Utah for a two week bicycling vacation in Oregon. Our first ride, first hour we were hit by an RV mirror it shattered my left humerus and caused my wife to crash too with numerous injuries. Upon returning home a friend knew this firm and reputation for handling bike v auto accidents. We researched this law firm and on our first phone call late on a Friday afternoon, Jim Coon took the time to explain Oregon bike (friendly) law; some legislated by their firm, and how his firm could help us through the insurance claim - alleviating our concerns for the claim so we could focus on healing (year long process). The claim involved two insurance companies and a mountain of medical which his staff assisted in managing throughout the nearly two year process. They were able to bring about the settlement we were expecting and manage our fiduciary responsibilities in the closure of the case. I had telephoned several attorneys regarding my situation. None of them viewed my case as I did; there was something wrong with the timing of a work-related injury claim
and my employment being terminated.
Then, someone referred me to Christopher Slater.
I was instantly impressed with his honesty, knowledge of the law, and how well informed he was of the particular requirements for the industry in which I was employed.
He expressed confidence, patience, and the value of timing with regards to filing my complaint with the proper court.
Christopher's genuine concern regarding my current medical condition was a relief and he advised me to "take care of it first".
Christopher spent a great deal of time on the phone during the initial conference and everytime afterwards.
He was easy to talk with and always straightforward; often using metaphors to get his point across.
And always he made certain I had no questions at the end of all conversations.
I appreciated his mindfulness of my time and distance from his office.
Office meetings were kept to a bare minimum.
The discussions regarding plan of procedures, his work on a contingency basis, and the difference between costs and fees were done via phone or email.
He made sure I understood my responsibilities before, during, and after the process of filing a suit.
The defendent eventually offered a settlement following a decision made by the State of Oregon courts during discovery.
I met with Christopher and the adjudicator to negotiate.
It was apparent he is a plaintiff's lawyer, as he often referred to himself.
I am certain his ethics, values, and professionalism appear very well in a courtroom.
I have a great deal of respect for Christopher and highly recommend him to anyone with questions regarding employment and disablilities.

I contacted Todd's office after another attorney turned down my case. On my very first call I was able to speak with Todd directly and was reassured when he agreed to take my case. His office went to work immediately, contacting my medical providers and doing a time consuming review of my medical records.
