Kyle represented me on some criminal charges. He has a persistent and calming demeanor that played excellently with jury and with me as well. Kyle listened well, always explained the sometimes arcane law processes and also often took suggestions or recommendations from me. He was also consistently calm and reassuring during the stressful moments in the courtroom and before the trial. He handled the jury selection admirably and won acquittals on three of the four charges that I was facing--including the most serious of the four. The outcome was a complete victory and a definite success. Kyle was a true professional and I would recommend his services and abilities without reservations to anyone.

While riding a bicycle I was hit from behind by a pickup truck going 55mph. I was badly hurt and spent five days in a Salem hospital. It took many months for me to recover.

I was on a Jury for a complex case in which Mr. Callahan was the Defense Counsel. It would have been easy for him to just go through the motions of defending this client as the prosecution had an incredibly strong case. Mr. Callahan presented his client's story through witnesses with a carefully crafted approach and a human touch. He won, against the odds. I was so proud of him...and of the jury's difficult decision. I would highly recommend him...and if ever needed, would hire him without hesitation.

Yadira Ramirez is an excellent attorney. I was blindsided by false sexual assault allegations. Yadira was always calm, cool and collected. I felt she had my best intentions. She had a lot of patience when I got angry or upset because I didn't understand how the courts work, or how lawyers communicate with the courts, and also the laws. I felt more at ease once when she thoroughly explained how court proceedings take place. Although, I could not ever be fully at ease because of the implications in my case. We had evidence that showed my innocence. But even with that, I still felt anxiety because of how inconsistent the courts in America are. Yadira could have told me that I had a airtight case and that we were going to win in court. But she was honest and said that courts are unpredictable and that she can't guarantee a victory. Which I understand. But she also said that we do have good evidence and that would show favorably for me in court.
Court was set for a Friday, and on Monday my accuser decided she wanted a consent agreement. I did not know what that was, and Yadira thoroughly explained what it was.
The first draft of the consent agreement their attorney sent Yadira was bogus and unfair. Yadira told me to stand firm and not accept the terms. Yadira redlined the document an added language in my favor. Their side sent back another agreement, and Yadira once again said to stand my ground and not accept it...
So finally 2 days before we're supposed to go to court. My accuser and her attorney caved and gave in to our terms and a much more favorable consent agreement, which ended up in a dismissal of my accuser's restraining order against me...
I was extremely anxious and nervous the entire time, 3 months of absolute hell. Yadira gave me my life back and restored a little faith in the legal system. There are lawyers out there that 100% care about their clients and Yadira is absolutely one that cares.
I recommend Yadira for any legal matters regarding restraining orders.

Thomas Ybarra is a highly organized and knowledgeable attorney and I'm so grateful for his attention to detail when it came to my divorce proceedings. He was always honest with me about what to expect and also heard me when I told him what I wanted/needed. He was able to successfully argue my position for sole custody of my two children, secure me spousal support and child support, and negotiate an agreement that allowed me to keep my house. His attention to my case was constant and I could always get ahold of him when I needed advice. Mr. Dawson was hired as a personal injury attorney, but I had numerous problems.
1. He overstated and oversold his capabilities. The final outcome was much less that stated.
2. After two years on the case he did not have a single medical expert to testify in court for a permanently injured client, leaving no good options.
3. Lack of transparency was a serious issue. Mr. Dawson withheld critical documents from my review and approval, then expected me to sign agree to unsatisfactory terms.
4. Mr. Dawson threatened lien(s) if the case was not resolved, even though the demand letter was rushed out-the-door without my personal review.
5. In the end I felt very strongly the attorney was more concerned about collecting fees for himself than the well being of the client.

I was in a pretty bad car accident recently. While recovering, I received word that the other driver was not accepting reponsibility. I was referred to the Dawson Law Group by several sources...some friends, some family. I contacted Bryan Dawson specifically and explained my situation. Mr. Dawson wrote an effective letter to the insurance company and it wasn't long before they had accepted fault. My case was complicated because it involved a natural disaster. When a case gets complicated, often both sides just agree to mutual fault. In my case the other driver had been negligent and operated his vehicle in my lane. Mr. Dawson made it clear that disregarding standard driving safety laws are not excused by inconvenience...especially when you cause damage and bodily harm to others.
During my case, Mr. Dawson exhibited kindness, compassion and effectiveness. His secretary and associates were helpful when he was unavailable assisting other clients. He was punctual in returning my calls and he listened to me when decisions needed to be made. I highly recommend Bryan Dawson and his whole law group. Absolutely the best! I had lost my disability and an appeal. Insurance companies are NOT your friends and they will do everything they can to keep you from money you are entitled to! Roy Law came in and fixed it all. They really know what they are doing! A special shout out to Kali! She not only dealt with the insurance company but also kept me from going crazy over me having had to deal with them (I really was desperate and knew that I was probably out of luck!) She also made the yearly recertification a breeze (for me at least. It was a LOT of work I initially thought I was going to have to do, but she took care of all of it!) I cannot think of a way they could have made the experience better (except for me to hire them earlier and save myself a TON of aggravation and anxiety!!!) Thanks for all the help and hard work! I had paid for short term disability and long term disability and was denied through my insurers even though I was diagnosed with Cancer! Something to consider when scanning the reviews here. Updated to add response: As my initial review was flagged and aggressively removed, of course this is coming from my backup account. Neal helped lift a great burden off of my shoulders with his legal assistance. Once at the top of my professional career as a pharmacist, I unfortunately succumbed to burden of prescription drug addiction and ultimately plead guilty to 4 class C felonies in April, 2014. After 3 years of supervised probation, I contacted Neal in hopes that he may be able to get these charges reduced to misdemeanors. In addition, I explained that my second amendment rights were also very important to me, and my ultimate goals for this undertaking were to someday be able to practice as a pharmacist, and have my gun rights restored. First, we worked on getting the felonies reduced. We did end up having to go all the way to court but Neal was able to put together a persuasive argument as to why my convictions were unduly harsh. Through my progress in drug treatment and willingness to complete my sentence, Neal convinced the Judge and District Attorney that I was indeed, a different man than I was 4 years ago. My convictions were reduced to misdemeanors in an amended judgement approximately 6 months after my probation ended. Next came the gun rights. In less than 3 months, Neal surprised me with an order signed by a circuit judge restoring my rights to possess firearms. In less than one year, I'm no longer a felon, my civil rights have been restored, and I'm currently working on renewing my pharmacy license. I couldn't be much happier with how everything turned out. Neal made himself available to address any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process. If you're in need of legal counsel, I would highly recommend Neal.
