OMG! The Gomez Trial Attorneys are the best attorneys to get for your injury lawyers. My attorney, Rachel Listro, Esq., and her wonderful Stacy Hermann, are the hardest working, dedicated, loyal, and sympathetic people I've ever had in my corner!
They were diligent, and stuck to their guns (pens) when dealing with a no-scruppled person who was low-down and, at first, lied about the accident, accusing me. Rachel "ka-powed" with her six-shooter, and drew down the dash cam video and paperwork.
Keeping me up to date on any changes and motions, they worked together to win the day. On top of everything else, my turn of bad luck continued and the settlement was needed in a timely manner and they took care to make sure I received the funds as soon as possible. Bending over backwards to help support me by moving quickly.
I'm so thankful. My gratitude seems not to be enough, and this review is my simple appreciation For All Your Help and Work In My Case. Im so happy and relieved! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

My case took over 5 years and was part of a group of cases referred to as Clergy III. The cases went from State Court to Federal Court as the Defendant attempted to minimize the liability of the claims against it. At no time was Mr. Zalkin ever unavailable to answer concerns or questions about the case, and brought in the necessary experts to assist when needed to secure an adequate value and location of assets as the case proceeded through Federal Bankruptcy court. Because of his diligence and professionalism, Mr. Zalkin was able to help secure an additional 100 million dollars to the initial offering of 98 million and settle the cases without having to put any clients though any unnecessary trauma of trial. The work he did in my case and the way in which he handled it was above and beyond what had been experienced with other Law firms in years previous. Mr. Zalkin handled the sensitivity of the nature of my case with the utmost of respect and professionalism. I recommend him highly, as he is a man who can be trusted to provide the best legal representation at all times.

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Both she and Jason were so kind and personable and professional. We had talked to several places before coming here and I’m so glad we did!

My husband and I called the law offices of David Chesney at his first court date they were super kind over the phone explained everything to us took our payment over the phone partial and let us make payments as the case was going forward any questions that we had we were answered promptly. They even called us and did a follow-up a few months later to see how we were doing. I hope I don't ever have to use them again, but if for some reason we do definitely will. will also recommend them to family and friends if needed

I’m very grateful to Mr. Scott and his firm. We never felt like ‘clients.’ He viewed us as individuals of incalculable worth. He understood that we put the most difficult situation of our lives in his hands and he wasn’t going to let us down. It was obvious that Mr. Scott valued the truth and justice of our situation over his own ego. He is the farthest thing from the stereotypical attorney. Every attorney and paralegal in his office was equally qualified and motivated. Their work gave us peace of mind and confidence throughout the mediation and trial processes. They were extremely attentive to detail, and able to uncover significant details that we had not noticed despite being more intimately aware of the situation. They sifted through enormous amounts of data and properly distinguished the most important elements of the case from those of lesser importance. The storyline of our situation was patiently woven together over the course of the trial and the jury was not lacking any important elements. He was never too busy to answer a call, email or text. He was factual rather than emotional. Our trial ended more quickly and favorably than we anticipated as a result of Mr. Scott’s professional and human excellence.

Well I got injured at work it took almost 3 months to get any compensation from the company and I wasn't getting anywhere so I had to call an attorney.I gave the law Brothers a shot I told him my situation and Elias said he can help me with my case. We are very happy to recommend TS and her firm to anyone needing assistance in obtaining a Green Card or U.S. Visa. They were very professional in their handling of our case and clearly explained the process, timeline and what was required of us. They provided frequent updates and answered all our questions, which there were many as this process was entirely new to us. I think we may have even asked the same questions numerous times until we finally understood, LOL. The commission for their services is very reasonable. We wouldn’t have been able to secure the Green Card without their help and we wouldn’t recommend trying on your own.

this place deserve -0 ratings. It’s better to admit this law firm is laughable because they provided such horrendous service, unfair, thirsty, ineffective work, good for nothing job to me and my mom. We I found this place through a friend and I wished I was more picky because with the amount of money I spent 50k + I would think I got help, fairness, respect, understanding & support from them. I did NOT get HELP from neither Mr. Ahga & Ms. Ingae shame on you both for thriving to not help me and my mom in those hard times. Good job you did the total opposite of what your job is intended to do. Injae in the worst in this field because she was not beneficial, offered my mom no assistance with really little as understanding the whole case she just wanted to move along money this and money that…. Very money hungry. She did not care about clients needs and sure does not respect them. Ms.injae tried to kick my husband out of one of our meetings .. mind you we already spent 20k+ We’re frustrated/disappointed at the same time because we see that we’re not going anywhere with this case. It kept getting worst and we kept losing money. My husband spoke out about all they cared about was the money. SPOKE NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH! We felt some type of way but still wanted to work with them but ms. Injae’s attitude and behavior made us uncomfortable because she felt like it was fine to move on with the case without my mother really understanding + demanded a few thousands to continue case Like what? You’re working for her!!!!!! Why would you keep moving forward when your client is telling you she doesn’t understand can’t move that fast with info given. Give her time and explain to her but that wasn’t the case .. ms. Injae lashed out and told my man to get out if he doesn’t calm down. Very unprofessional and I wish I would of ended the case right there. She was lucky she didn’t go any further because that would of been the end of her meal ticket. These people are independable, unrealistic, unprofessional, rude, money hoarding, unpleasant law firm & worst kind of people to go to if you’re looking for help. And Mr. Ahga is the main character hiding and making sure he gets money from us. Shame and pitiful.
At the end of the day, my case is over and that’s all that matters I regret ever using there service because it was so horrific. This place, I wouldn’t recommend to friends or family because they didn’t do there diligence at all. From now on I know better and will always tell people to skip this place of business. I put this review up to warn/save anyone that is thinking about using them.

Patrick and Samantha did a fantastic job of prioritizing and getting the best possible outcome for what became a long and arduous case mainly due to COVID. I consulted with Patrick in September of 2019 and he walked me through what my options were and how things would look like to get my matter handled.
While navigating the court and DMV systems, the pandemic hit and everything became a waiting game. Fast forward to 2022, wanting to get the matter settled and a very determined district attorney, we ended up in trial and Patrick and Samantha showed up prepared and optimistic, guiding me through everything.
In the end, we received the outcome we were hoping for.
Throughout the almost three years of us working on this case, they made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time.

Michael was very helpful, communicative, and thorough in helping us establish a 501(c)3, and we would definitely recommend his services.
My wife and I recently started the process of forming a nonprofit, but we didn’t know of any lawyers who could help us set up the organization.
