I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with John Clune and the rest of the team at Guy Levy Law. This was my first time needing an injury lawyer (and hopefully my last) and I feel so lucky that I found John. I got into some trouble back in 2019… David Silldorf represented me and did all that could be done to get me a good deal. I was going through a rough patch in my life but he was understanding to my needs and situation… upon release He and Ms. Sidney, helped me through early termination of my prohibition once the time was right. Michael was very helpful, communicative, and thorough in helping us establish a 501(c)3, and we would definitely recommend his services.
My wife and I recently started the process of forming a nonprofit, but we didn’t know of any lawyers who could help us set up the organization. We found Michael through an inquiry on UpCounsel; we picked him because he seemed very knowledgeable about the process, he responded to us promptly, and his quote was fair and reasonable.
Michael walked us through all the steps we would need to complete, explaining what parts he would take care of and what we would need to do. He patiently answered all of our many questions quickly and respectfully, and he efficiently generated the forms we needed to submit. He sent us drafts of all the documents prior to submitting them so we could provide any necessary feedback. Once we’d finished the initial steps, he sent us a very professional binder containing our founding documents and a corporate seal. Once we received our tax-exempt status, he gave us clear guidance regarding the steps we would need to complete in years to come to maintain good standing as a nonprofit.

I would give Monty 10 stars if I could. I never thought I would need a defense attorney; I have an extremely clean record and have dedicated my life and career to helping and teaching others. When I was put into a horrible situation and needed urgent legal help, Monty was very quick to respond to my request and got me in for a meeting immediately. I quickly learned that not only is he professional, intelligent, and well connected/experienced, he is also empathetic, kind, and deeply motivated to help innocent people in need. I was instantly comfortable with him and never felt judged or hopeless. He was always straight forward with what the outcomes could be, but he was also very confident in his ability to defend me and always thorough in guiding me through the steps of the legal system. When you are in a delicate situation, you want a lawyer who is fiercely on your side and aggressive with the opposing people; I got that from Monty and so much more. He was always available when I needed him, he never faltered in his belief in me, and it was so obvious how well he knew the ins and outs of the legal system having been a prosecutor in the past. His drive is undeniable and his genuine care is unmatched. I am so lucky that I found him and feel like I owe him my freedom.
