Christopher gave me an initial consultation in regards to a credit collection litigation and, even though I wasn't able to pay him for this, I find that his approach is sincere and he seems like he is really trying to help others who need legal advice. I, for instance, got an instant reply after calling his voice mail and he told me to come in for a free consultation. After he understood my situation, he confronted me with options and insisted that I didn't need an attorney because the costs would overbear the amount of the lawsuit if it is settled. So, I find that he gave straightforward advice and I thank him for being truthful.
To summarize, Christopher is a lawyer who would tell his/her client whether that client really needs his service or not. If not, then he would tell that client so. I find his help very satisfactory and I highly recommend him, so don't be afraid to call. His initial consultation is free.

If you are unsure whether you will qualify to get a chapter 7 bankruptcy, THIS IS THE ATTORNEY for you! I was contacted by Mr. Kwatra after looking for an attorney that dealt with tort lawsuits. He asked a ton of questions and seemed genuinely interested in hearing all the facts of the case. Thank you, Vent Legal! While in law school, I was hit by a car while riding my bike. My expensive bike and laptop were ruined, and I quickly racked up some chiropractic bills. A hired a "big shot" personal injury attorney who sat on the case for 2 years before getting disbarred. The deadlines for my case were expiring, and my claim was sinking faster than the Titanic. A friend recommended I call Sean Vent for help.
Sean allowed me to explain my case and its issues, outlined realistic goals, and quickly developed a plan to save my claim. Sean took on the big insurance company that believed it had all but buried my case. Sean's communication with me was excellent, as he continually kept me in the loop on all aspects of my case. I was names plaintiff in a class action against a local bus charter company. The company was using federal law to justify not giving the employees lunch breaks under a transportation law. I am the plaintiff in a pending new wrongful termination case. I am exceptionally well documented in my evidence against the defendant. So, when I 'shopped the case around' with several attorneys by phone & email, there was much interest.
But Mr Olsen showed much more than interest in my story; he was invested in it. He was genuinely aggrieved and indignant that my company had fired me after I caught management forging my inspector's stamp & signature on FAA certs. That was just what I wanted. I hired him immediately.

I have used Richard Fahey for several different concerns, including a dispute arising out of a construction project. He is also very knowledgeable in working with agencies pertaining to social services. Richard is an extremely honest individual. Frank Clowney is an excellent attorney and has the respect of judges within the profession as evidenced by a judges comment as we appeared before him for arbitration. The judges first comment was "You have a good one here", referring to Frank Clowney's reputation in appearing before him. His next comment was equally telling. "How much do you want" in response to settling the arbitration case.

I worked with Mr. Doyle on an internet privacy case years ago. He is definitely not what I expected from an attorney. He is generous with his time. He is excellent at making complex legal concepts easy to understand for non-legal folks. When internet privacy law was basically non-existant, he was fearless when going up against the big boys. Having his number in my cell phone means that the legal world is not quite so scary. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Alex Scheingross has been my father's and my attorney since 1998. He created a trust for my dad which was thorough and trouble-free when my dad passed last year. My young family was in a car accident recently. Thankfully, our injuries were not severe. However, we had to deal with a severely damaged car, minor injuries to my wife and I and the stress of dealing with our two boys (both under the age of 4) who were certainly shaken by the experience. After some initial back and forth with the insurance company on my own, the insurance adjuster made its "final" offer of payment. I was not comfortable with the process and made an appointment with Ms. Holm. She took the time to understand my case (even though I am sure it was a very minor matter for her office). She put together a comprehensive demand letter to the insurance company....and lo and behold....the insurance company DOUBLED their payment offer!! We could not have been happier with the personal attention offered to us by Ms. Holm. We highly recommend her as a legal advisor.

I had a very complicated case that I presented to David Siegal. Many lawyers might have walked away from it, but David did not. He sat with me and heard my whole story. He drove to the scene of the accident with me and took many pictures of his own to better understand the incident. He really gave my case his attention and his time and it paid off in the end. The opposing side denied everything, and delayed everything over and over again, but David stuck with it and we won the case in the end. I would have gotten absolutely nothing if David Siegal hadn't represented me in my case and he far exceeded my expectations. I have and will continue to refer people to David. I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. She was a total LIFE SAVER.
I was in a car accident and after it I was suffering from terrible migraines and a lot of other pain. The insurance for the person who hit me kept calling day after day to talk to me after the accident. I was barely sleeping and they kept calling me when I was finally resting. I decided I needed someone else to deal with all of this, as I could not, and that is when I hired Brandi. Again, I feel very lucky to have found Brandi Kurlander. The calls stopped and she was on the case. Brandi and her staff kept me apprised at every step and I was allowed to do some healing.
I haven't been through something like this before, so having an expert like Brandi handling this for me was an excellent call on my part. Hello, my name is Christopher A. Ackerman. In 2013 I was having horrendous back pain than pretty much immobilized me, until one day, I was completely, and permanently immobilized. Paralyzed from the belly button down, or T-9. I was laying in bed in the hospital at Scripps-Mercy Hospital, in San Diego, CA, and knew I needed a lawyer. I consulted a referral service, who highly recommended Norman M. Finkelstein, who came right to my hospital room. We had discussed a few possible outcomes for my case, if everything went well, and I hired him. Boy am I glad I did!
Well here we are, at the part where we had discussed outcomes. Our bottom line that we set, in our discussion, Norman was able to beat by 30%. In addition, my medical has all been accounted for, as well as all of my medical equipment.
I can now look forward to living my life being cared for by the best of hands. I can buy a nice little house, and live my life in comfort. Norman Finkelstein gave me my life back, and also has become a good friend to me. We are on a first name basis, Facebook friends, and laugh and joke, all the time.
