My case took over 5 years and was part of a group of cases referred to as Clergy III. The cases went from State Court to Federal Court as the Defendant attempted to minimize the liability of the claims against it. At no time was Mr. Zalkin ever unavailable to answer concerns or questions about the case, and brought in the necessary experts to assist when needed to secure an adequate value and location of assets as the case proceeded through Federal Bankruptcy court. Because of his diligence and professionalism, Mr. Zalkin was able to help secure an additional 100 million dollars to the initial offering of 98 million and settle the cases without having to put any clients though any unnecessary trauma of trial. An attorney friend referred Mr. Les Robertson to me because he's an expert in insurance coverage and has a great reputation. Since the first conversation, Mr. Robertson was warm, empathetic, and very clear at explaining the law related to my situation. He told me the insurance should have provided the coverage and was willing to help. In a surprise turn, the insurance company changed their mind a couple of days later and decided to cover for the claim. I didn't need to work with Mr Robertson further but I will not hesitate at all to reach out to him again if there is a need. Highly recommend him!

Unfortunately I had 2 larger life "occurrences" happen within the same year. I had started working with another lawyer on the first one and was referred to Christian and Tim for the other. They did such a great job that I ended up having them handle the other case for me as well. They are both extremely professional yet remain completely human. They always take my calls or get back to me within the same day. Strong, consistent, honest and accurate communication with your lawyer is so important as legal matters are often stressful. These guys get that. Based on my experience with them, I would now never go to anyone else for my legal needs. I would also trust them entirely to point me in the right direction in the event that it's not a category that they normally handle. I can not recommend them enough.
