I purchased a VW Jetta from a corrupt car dealership, the car still had a manufactures warranty from VW dealership. I thought I was good to go!!!
After 31 days the engine was completely destroyed and I was left with a non returnable Vehicle that VW refused to honor the warranty because work had previously been done on the car radiator before I purchased the Vehicle.
The radiator was not correct for the vehicle, caused the engine to overheat (something like that) and left me with a worthless car and 15k in the hole!
I called Robert in tears and he calmed me down assuring me that he would take a lemon law approach. I was skeptical and scared because VW said that no one would cover this car and there was not much I could do. Fixing the car was more than I purchased it for.
Robert couldn’t have been more helpful and carering. Every step of the way, he fought my case and I was able to get all my money back, pay Robert and have extra for the trouble I went thru.
I replaced the car, and purchased it from Volkswagen. Robert even connected me with his resources and referred me to a car hunter so that I wouldn’t be taken advantage of.
Robert was the best decision I’ve made in a long time! He’s a person that truly cares.

I had a different attorney during our divorce. Through the divorce settlement, I received the house with responsibility for the all mortgage payments. My husband would receive an equalization payment from me and would be held harmless on the mortgage.
Although I tried I could not refinance to get his name off the mortgage and now my ex was taking me back to court requesting that my house be sold. Fortunately, I hired Martin Elwood, who turned the whole case around. He discovered that my ex did not disclose a very large asset in our divorce. Marty negotiated a settlement in which my ex dropped his case against me in return for me dropping my case against his non disclosure of an asset.
Martin Elwood is a great lawyer and did an amazing job. He saved my home, lowered the equalization payment that I owed my ex and I will now receive one half of the asset that he failed to disclose.
Marty’s experience and hard work turned a negative situation into a positive one for me. I would recommend Marty Elwood to anyone who is looking for a great family law attorney.

Unfortunately I had 2 larger life "occurrences" happen within the same year. I had started working with another lawyer on the first one and was referred to Christian and Tim for the other. They did such a great job that I ended up having them handle the other case for me as well. They are both extremely professional yet remain completely human. They always take my calls or get back to me within the same day. Strong, consistent, honest and accurate communication with your lawyer is so important as legal matters are often stressful. These guys get that. Based on my experience with them, I would now never go to anyone else for my legal needs.
