Of all of the half dozen local and distant LTD attorneys I interviewed over the phone, Mr. Bonnici seemed most thorough in his explanation of processes and the various directions my case could go. Furthermore, he had strategic ideas, that none of the other lawyers presented, that were pertinent to my particular situation. That impressed me that he took the time to hear my situation and treat it as a whole rather than just a one-size-fits-all approach.
Throughout the months, Mr. Bonnici always kept good lines of communication, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had, and very thoroughly requesting necessary documentation from me. This was very reassuring through what would have otherwise been a more stressful process. It was comforting to know I was in good hands.
Ultimately, Mr. Bonnici's strategies and methods of countering the LTD company's "expert opinions" proved successful. I believe this is because he maintained such good communication with me and was so thorough about collecting important information from me. He was, thereby, able to see the big picture and present that to knock down the many blocks the opposition attempted to put forth as their reasons for denying my claim.
I truly don't think I could have succeeded in my appeal without the expert help of Mr. Bonnici. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who finds him/herself at the point of having an LTD claim denied.

Chris is by far the best lawyer in San Diego in my opinion. We were stopped at a light and rear ended by a van full of 7 people. Not only were both cars badly damaged, but my neck and back suffered substantial injuries. I conducted many interviews before making the decision to work with Shawn. I familiarized myself with what chapter 7 entailed and most details on how it worked. Many lawyers made up answers to my questions that were not correct according to the law, I felt they were just trying to reel me in. Shawn answered every single question I had precisely and I felt I could work with him even after 15 minutes of talking to him over the phone. I had my doubts with the process since my case was decently complex compared to most, but he alleviated me of all my anxieties throughout the process. I felt like he personally cared about my case and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the result in a timely manner with no hiccups. I am extremely satisfied with how everything was handled, and will definitely be keeping Shawn on the top of my list for attorney help.

I just spent 50 minutes on the phone with Shawn. I have a unique issue in that a tenant died and left property in my building. Shawn looked up civil codes and explained to me how to navigate this tricky situation. He is so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He then recommended another firm to handle my case. I was 4 months pregnant when me and my husband got into a car accident, I was so afraid of losing my baby but I was so blessed that we didn’t. George Kindley represented our family in a case of Elder Abuse which resulted in the loss of a family member. The facts were clearly in our favor yet the opposing entities continually put up roadblocks to demoralize us and try to "discourage" George. Not once in this almost four year battle did George give any indication of giving up or wanting to "throw in the towel" just to get it over with. We were constantly amazed at his tenacity, his knowledge of the law, and his courage to stand up to hostile opposition.
The long hours of preparation: airline flights far from home and family for depositions and hearings; the seemingly never ending rescheduling of court dates. We saw George go through this and more which often left us wondering, "How does he do it?"

I was involved in a serious car accident and called Kerry. I was in a panicked state of mind when I called his firm; his Secratery forwarded me directly to Kerry. Kerry spoke to me in a calm demeanor and asked about the accident, which I fully explained to him. He informed me that, based off of what I told him, I wasn't at fault. But he offered to send his investigator to the scene of the accident if it would make me feel better.

I got in serious trouble when I smashed my car due to drinking and driving.
luckily I was the only one hurt in the accident. If it wasn't for Kerry Steigerwalt handling my case I was facing some serious jail time.

After sustaining severe injuries in an accident, Chris was recommended by a mutual friend. Chris visited me in the hospital and although not in the right frame of mind to pursue a lawsuit, he started doing needed investigation for me and my family.
Once I began to heal and rehab, Chris and his assistant Aaron Sibley were very professional in eventually filing a personal injury lawsuit against the defendant. I was impressed with the compelling case that Chris presented on my behalf.
As a result of the case presented by Chris, we settled out of court with the defendant. I felt the final settlement was fair and compensated me for the severe trauma that I suffered.

I was referred to Bill by another attorney that my brother in law was using at the time while being in Northern California and dealing with a out of state attorney that i fired. I cannot say enough positively about how Jim Iagmin dealt with my case. I was badly hurt when my bicycle hit a hazard in the road. The city was responsible what occured but we didn't know where to start.
Jim and his team guided us expertly through many complicated legal and medical issues. Throughout it all, Jim and the team were extremely responsive and caring. Empathetic but definitely business about it all.
It took a few years to sort it all out with the city , but with Jim's hard-fought litigation , the city agreed to an excellent settlement.

The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us.
