I hired Adrain because someone rear ended me on the freeway. He had a doctor and chiropractic care for me before I even paid him a dime. I’ve seen ads on TV and billboards saying don’t pay a dime unless we get you a settlement. Well I can tell you this is true with Adrian because I just went through all this. At first the insurance company didn’t want to pay but he kept fighting for me and after 18 months I got a settlement. Most would of quit and moved on!! I’m happy I chose Adrian and will be using him for everything moving forward.

I was injured in a motor vehicle accident, but Mr. Terrado helped me by recovering the costs that the insurance company didn't want to pay. Filling out forms and filing paperwork is something that any attorney can do, but this attorney did the right thing and advocated for my best interests. He told me to be patient, and I could not be happier that I followed his advice all the way through. A friend referred me and I'm very glad she did!

I wanted to make sure I write a review for Jordon Harlan after completion of my case as I believe he is absolutely the best attorney in San Diego specially in the areas of employment law and medical malpractice.
As a physician with a complicated and difficult medical legal case, I had interviewed multiple attorneys with very high recommendations and great reviews from various sources such as family members, friends and websites such as superlawyer/yelp. However, after speaking with Jordon, I knew immediately that I only wished for him to take my case.
First of all, Jordon is excellent at communication and extremely efficient at returning phone calls and replying to emails. He is very knowledgeable and knows the employment and insurance/medical malpractice law in great detail. He can explain complicated legal issues with great ease and simplicity and finds solutions for complicated legal issues with a great degree of competence that I found very reassuring throughout my case. He is also very emphatic and trustworthy and listened with great care to my concerns at every step of the way.

I found Jordon through Avvo and contacted him regarding a situation with my previous employer (I also contacted other attorneys and he was by far the most responsive). My situation was complicated and, unfortunately, time-sensitive. The consultation was outstanding and helpful and he never once pressured me to retain him. Beyond that, Jordon was clear and honest where his strengths were and did his research on his own (calling other specialized attorneys) into my situation, as necessary. Of all of the half dozen local and distant LTD attorneys I interviewed over the phone, Mr. Bonnici seemed most thorough in his explanation of processes and the various directions my case could go. Furthermore, he had strategic ideas, that none of the other lawyers presented, that were pertinent to my particular situation. That impressed me that he took the time to hear my situation and treat it as a whole rather than just a one-size-fits-all approach.
Throughout the months, Mr. Bonnici always kept good lines of communication, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had, and very thoroughly requesting necessary documentation from me. This was very reassuring through what would have otherwise been a more stressful process. It was comforting to know I was in good hands.
Ultimately, Mr. Bonnici's strategies and methods of countering the LTD company's "expert opinions" proved successful. I believe this is because he maintained such good communication with me and was so thorough about collecting important information from me. He was, thereby, able to see the big picture and present that to knock down the many blocks the opposition attempted to put forth as their reasons for denying my claim.
I truly don't think I could have succeeded in my appeal without the expert help of Mr. Bonnici. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who finds him/herself at the point of having an LTD claim denied.

I was in a MVA and i didn't have any car insurance. I called many firms and Jennifer was the only one that would take my case. I also mentioned to Jennifer that a part of my body was injured and I would need great future medical expenses, which I thought was a long shot. I realized my case was very difficult given my circumstances, but Jennifer accepted my case nevertheless and she advised me the best options I had. I had work and i needed time to find a doctor but Jennifer waited patiently. To my surprise Jennifer was excellent at negotiating and she got me a wonderful settlement amount despite my circumstances, and I believe this is the best possible outcome there could be. I could not thank Jennifer enough. To those of you reading my review, my advise is that many 'big firms' spend big bucks on advertisement and in the end customers are the ones paying for it. Big firms also hire paralegals and assistants at low cost to do all the work (including negotiation), and the 'real lawyer' would only talk to you on the phone for 10 minutes on the day you call, so do not expect to receive professional service and care. Jennifer doesn't spend much on ads, she trusted me and showed me that she cared about me and my wellbeing instead of just making a profit. She also addressed my concerns promptly and patiently and it meant a lot to me. Her kindness, not just her skills, makes her an extraordinary lawyer. I hope more people find and hire her as she deserves more business and us customers deserve great services that her firm provides. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family and would find her again if I need her service!

I traveled to California in July of 23 and met family members staying at a rental unit.
At this unit I had taken a fall off a low step hitting my head on the floor causing a black eye which lasted close to five weeks.
I felt the owner of this unit was negligent for not providing an alert to this step.

I hired attorney Gaba to represent me at the Hearing level of my SSDI application. Attorney Gaba thoroughly prepared me for discussion of the evidence in my medical record with the judge. The time was finally here. Once we were all connected on the phone (hearing was conducted on the phone due to the pandemic), the judge alluded to a Summary Brief that attorney Gaba submitted on my behalf. After the formalities, the judge made an on-the-record approval. I originally hired the hack lawyers Beach Cities Legal. After six months of my claim being denied and complete lack of care I fired them and hired Mr Rott. Quickly my claim was accepted and I got the medical attention I needed.
I had Mr Rotts cell phone number and he always answered my calls. He attended most of my Dr appointments and was very active in my care.
I never saw the inside of a courtroom.
He brought me from being denied to a $2.5 million settlement.
I can’t recommend him and his staff enough.

I was injured because of the negligence of the company I worked for. And since there are laws protecting the employer and not necessarily the employee, Jonathan never sugar coated anything, he gave it to me blatant and honest, and I appreciated that!! The company I worked for was not forthright, they did not return phone calls, and they drug this thing out a lot longer than need be. But Jonathan never gave up, he always returned my phone calls, and he made me feel like I mattered! He was so up front during my consultation, I ended up getting the exact amount he said my case was worth. If I could give Jonathan more than 5 stars I would. Mark has been excellent representing me and my wife on our fire victim claim that ravaged our home and lives from the "Camp Fire" disaster. We actually had other lawyers, firms, before finding Mark who personally works our ongoing fire victims claim. We stayed with Mark, and his firm, because he cares and follows through, stays in touch, listens, gets things done with great results after others had done nothing in comparison. The great thing about Mark is how he always finds time, he as well as his delegating to his staff, to reply to our emails and calls when we seek feedback or advice on our claim. So many lawyers just cut off all communication and let your case solve itself, even doing so without care for larger social issues that impact their case. Compared to several good lawyers and firms we have dealt with throughout life we put Mark in the top 2 %, if not the very top lawyer, especially when considering the nature of our claim, how devastating our losses were, his understanding of that and how to legally represent us to keep our winning case moving forward. Not too long ago, some of the businesses in my community had barriers in their facilities which excluded people, like myself, with disabilities (mobility impairments) from accessing goods and services.
After contacting, consulting, and hiring Mark, positive results soon followed: those shameful barriers of exclusion, which had existed for years, came tumbling down as they were removed by the business owners.
Thanks to the many ADA betterments, which were executed as a direct result of the settlements negotiated by Mark, I am able to live more independently and to participate more actively in my community. My family and I now have more location options where we can shop or get services in an accessible manner. I feel, thanks to Mark and his Team, that I, never again, have to put up with being excluded from everyday activities, such as shopping at a corner store, going to a neighborhood restaurant or movie with family and friends, or using the swimming pool at a hotel on our family vacation. In my community, the action taken by Mark and his Team has truly resulted in a reduction of discrimination against people with disabilities and has opened doors for full participation in all aspects of everyday life for me and my family.

Did you hear the one about the lawyer that you can actually like? I didn't think so. Well, probably because you have not heard of Mark Potter and his incredible team. Lots of lawyers claim to be fighting for you, but most all of them are just fighting to get some extra padding in their wallet. Mark, being an ADA lawyer is out to fight the good fight with his clients in making an ignorant and inaccessible world more aware and accessible. Sure, the Americans With Disabilities Act was written with the intention of making America accessible for all, but the follow through and observance of the stipulations have been slow, if not completely lacking. Yes, the Department of Justice has a wing set up to handle complaints about entities, but they are so overburdened and understaffed they fail miserably. I have tried going the “civil” and more conservative route of utilizing the Departments complaint process, but to no avail. I had even been told by a representative that I may want to contact a lawyer, because the way the law was set up, real change will only happen with legal action. This is where Mark and his team come in because they know the law backwards and forwards and keep up with all the new changes and precedent setting cases so that your case case receives the most thorough research to obtain the best result, for you and everyone else who needs to access the entity. Mark and his office are extremely responsive, and I almost always receive an immediate if not instant response to any of my inquiries. Because of his expert knowledge, every detail is pored over so your case gets the maximum and most thorough resolution. I was in a car accident in 2020 that left me with a back injury that I'd been, and continue to, suffer with daily. After a very low-ball contingent settlement offer from the guilty party's insurance company, I opted to seek legal counsel. I found this firm via a Yelp search, and was connected with Michelle Schill. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was very communicative and helpful, even though my case wasn't a very large one at all. She didn't give up on getting me a fair settlement, so I could avoid going through a lengthy and expensive litigation. Although I hope I don't need her services again any time soon, I would absolutely recommend Michelle to handle anyone's personal injury case. You'll be met with sensitivity, care, and a bit of humor!

Merry Christmas! This has been a heavier hearted year, Even though my case is not solved yet, it does not change the facts up to this point. Brian has dealt with my in jail panic freak outs twice (too many times), before he got me out of jail very quickly (Thank God & my legal team of course!), so he was present for me all the time inside, and I realized he meant it when he said he was not going to abandon me. "It's going to take a lot more to get rid of me" were his words to me as I sat behind glass angry at the world, and during the hardest time of my entire life. Having a lawyer who you can help them to help you by not having to worry about being judged is something that shouldn't be taken for granted. Having my interactions with Brian, I do not have to worry about someone not believing me or not believing IN me, and I get treated like a human being and involved as much as I'd like to be (in laymen terms if need be), and I know what is going on throughout my case and it makes everything a little less stressful because fear of the unknown is already stressful enough when you are talking about your life. Who wants to live with that cloud of uncertainty hanging over your future and your mind? Thankfully, Tonya cares enough to have done forms of talk downs during some of my phone calls when the stress was too much before and Brian has always made time when I was so scared. Chris is by far the best lawyer in San Diego in my opinion. We were stopped at a light and rear ended by a van full of 7 people. Not only were both cars badly damaged, but my neck and back suffered substantial injuries. I hired Shawn and Kelly to help me seek damages from a contractor who installed defective materials in my home. After 9 months of being ignored, deceived, and mistreated by the contractor, I decided to pursue legal action.
Shawn and Kelly took a proactive and professional approach and initially created a very detailed demand letter citing various legal precedence and legal remedies to attempt to find an out of court settlement. George Kindley represented our family in a case of Elder Abuse which resulted in the loss of a family member. The facts were clearly in our favor yet the opposing entities continually put up roadblocks to demoralize us and try to "discourage" George. In 2014, when I was stranded in Tijuana, MX after escaping political persecution in my home country (long story), I frantically looked for an immigration attorney to seek asylum in the US. I shot off emails to several SD attorneys, asking them questions the answers to which I already knew to gauge their: 1) responsiveness and 2) expertise.
You'd be surprised how often lawyers provide the wrong answers even during the first consultation. No way I'm paying a single cent to any lawyer who doesn't know the law.
It turned out that Mr Golchin was the only who responded promptly AND correctly. Not only that, he PERSONALLY TRAVELED DOWN TO MEXICO just to meet me, and this was before I even retained him. That just goes to show his sheer dedication and willingness to go the extra mile in performing his duties. He left an extremely positive impression so I retained him.
When I was in immigration detention, he worked tirelessly to liaise with ICE officers to get me released ASAP and also visited me personally. With his assistance, I was finally paroled into the US. When the time came to file for a work permit and to file for asylum (I-589), Mr Golchin prepared the necessary form and documents conscientiously and accurately so as to prevent unnecessary delays.
When I had to defend my case in court in Los Angeles, Mr Golchin traveled more than a handful of times to my city to represent me in court. Though not a loud/flamboyant lawyer, he knows the law extremely well, he makes a huge effort to acquaint himself with the facts of your case, and when arguing he adopts a deliberate, collected, yet persuasive tone to convince the immigration judge of his position. Mr Golchin and I have always prepared through Skype conferences or personal meetings right before any court appearance.
Most importantly, Mr Golchin won my case for me (I'm finally a US asylee) at first instance, and the government attorney had also promised not to appeal the decision. I think, after all said and done, this is the most important point. I wouldn't be singing praises if my case had to go to appeal. I've also always felt comfortable consulting Mr Golchin on not only immigration matters but also other legal matters. He has been of assistance to me in legal matters beyond immigration.
