Mr. Viera has been a tremendous help for my son. We fought for 4 years appealing social security's decision, after the first 2 asked Mr. Viera to help. It was a long fight and we went all the way to the judge but with his help my son was approved for the whole 4 years. Mr Viera is very responsive and answers any and all questions. Honestly, the best lawyer, I’ve had the experience of working with, & I’ve had quite a few! Very professional always there for you 100%, answers the phone unless he’s in court. Probably should have billed me for a therapist fee because while I was going through my tribulations he was always there for me to talk to, and vent to! Over a year a go I got into a "no fault" car accident going to work. I pick an attorney's office that I thought was good until within a month's times one of the assistance there was calling telling me an offer. Completely feeling like I was just some quick dollars in their pocket I went to my doctor and ask if he could recommend me an attorney. Now the saying "Doctors knows best" applies here and when I tell you I am so happy I took his advice. Jennifer & her office was who he recommended and she was just what I needed for my situation. She's understanding, caring, straight forward, honest and her goal was not to rush to get me a quick dime. She cared more about my health, if there would be any long terms issues and my complete physical and mental well being. And yes, once she was sure I was finally satisfied with everything she made sure I was well compensated.
I don't ever wish an accident on anyone, especially myself, but if it ever happens and I ever find myself again in that situation; there is absolutely one team I want in my corner and that's the team at Mandelbaum Trichler Law Center. I promise you won't regret it.
