I would like to take this time and share the details of my unfortunate divorce. I’m a PALM BEACH resident that went through the unfortunate experience of separating from my wife of 17 years. My first response was to go to high price attorneys in Palm Beach. After experiencing two consultations Which cost me $2000 for two hours worth of their time with two different firms they put the fear of God in me. Within the hour, Leah Mayersohn ESQ had returned my call, listened to my story was completely positive and uplifting from the very beginning. My family and I needed a probate attorney. We needed to settle my mother’s estate after she passed away. I looked for a probate attorney and they never got back with me after leaving several messages and I had to keep calling. When I did received a call back they did not explain the process just told me what their fee was and I had to pay it upfront. Needless to say I seek help from someone else. I called Mr. Lorenzo on a Saturday afternoon and he answered and explained the process of what to be expected. He sounded very knowledgeable and also caring. If you have an amicable divorce go to a mediator or give a small retainer fee. This office has a NON-refundable refund for retainers. My case was during the holidays and after we signed everything the office went silent. I had to email to check status and then they would move the case. I wasn't even informed on when my divorce was finalized, I found it on public records. Although I am knowledgeable and know it was my mistake for not reading the terms, I hope this helps someone to ask about refundable retainer fees. My divorce billable hours were about 2,500. My retainer fee was 5,500 so the office made an easy $2,900.00. Hope this review helps someone in the future!

Lawyers can sometimes seem intimidating, however that was never the case with Nicole... She takes the time to go through every detail and doesn’t try to speak over you. She is a great communicator! Nowadays, Crossroads Investigations can do that for you, by locating anyone, anywhere and give you the information you need before making a deal with them, lending them money, having them watch your kids, investing in one of their their projects, or for any other myriad reasons you need to pull back the curtain to reveal the true man or woman behind the curtain.
