My husband and I purchased a home in Gloucester while living in London and Ken handled all of the details for us along with our realtor. We have purchased many properties over the years with other lawyers and have not had the same experience that we had with Ken. Ken did an outstanding job throughly understanding our transaction and provided us council on the risk and opportunities with the transaction prior to finalizing. We felt that Ken took the time to understand our needs as clients and distance in our location made no difference to him. He was available for calls irrespective of time difference and never made us feel that is was an imposition. We would highly recommend Ken Chiarello. He is one lawyer that truly puts his clients first and treats every transaction with the importance that clients want.

Jonathan recently handled the closing for our home. The transaction was very smooth. He and his team were very professional, responded quickly to all of my questions, and ensured that I knew what was going on through the process. His knowledge of real estate showed distinctly when working with the solar company (the home has leased solar panels) - he was able to negotiate the removal of a lien on the property to ensure that our lender was given first lien priority. He took the time to explain everything we had questions about at closing. In short, I would highly recommend Jonathan.

Our Annual Condo meeting was held Oct. 20, 2020. The BOT asked Marcus, Erico, Emmer, and Brooks (MEEB) to have a lawyer present because the BOT was being harassed by some unit owners disgruntled over a loan that was necessary in order to keep the building in a sound working condition. Dean Lennon met with the BOT prior so he would know what is happening. Dean Lennon was so professional, calm, and understanding. During the meeting he provided in the most professional and eloquent way, how condo associations work. I as a member of the BOT, was very thankful for his assistance and would not hesitate to have him at all Annual meetings going forward if this harassment continues.

As a unit owner and former member of the Board of Trustees of a condominium, I attended an annual meeting over which Dean Lennon of Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks presided. Unfortunately, there were some disgruntled unit owners present who made themselves known. Dean Lennon was knowledgeable and professional, and he handled the mechanics of the meeting extremely well. His understanding of condominium law and procedures is excellent. It was a pleasure working with him, and I highly recommend him and his firm. Definitely 5 Star.

We first consulted with and then hired Dean to help us revive a defunct Homeowners Association, make collections, and place liens to rescue our building from a unit that had been a "zombie foreclosure" for years. With his help and his patient explanations of the law we were able to make critical repairs to the common property and get the ball rolling on getting the unit into the hands of a responsible new owner. Dean was responsive and positive and made the whole process a breeze. We loved working with him!

Well I have been dealing with rory since june 2016 had to consult with him first and hired him and he took my case because he has a dog also. The trustees have been fining me 25 a day and it is against the federal law Milo is the emotional support dog for my tenent who has depression which is a disability I would recommend him to clients who have dogs also

Katie is handling a real estate transaction for my wife and I. Turns out the sellers have missed on getting permits signed after work was done and a compliance form through the town of Shrewsbury. Attorney Prisby had his hands full with this eviction against my old tenant. The tenant knew how to manipulate the system and delay the Summary Eviction Process. Attorney Prisby managed to work thru multiple unexpected court dates, Attorney Prisby managed to dismantle and discredit opposing counsel; Attorney Prisby was forced to operate to the Letter-of-the-Law while the Defense continuously attempted to be misleading and dishonest. I have used Dina for two separate RE transactions both very complicated in nature. The first was a commercial land lease with unique environmental, zoning, and planning restrictions and it also involved a business transaction/ contract between two close friends. Dina was able represent me and make a deal that was good for all parties involved. She listens, asks the right questions, understands the underlying issues, and advised me regarding risks for which only an experienced professional like her would foresee. She kept our legal fees to a minimum by working through the details of the agreement efficiently and procedurally; and we were left with a deal that was well written and well executed for all parties involved. Shortly thereafter I used Dinas services to close on the sale of my home and the concurrent purchase of a new home. This processes was much more involved than I would have anticipated. Dina was able to put me in touch with a fantastic network of RE professionals which offered further ROI, in short my deal would not have worked without Dina and the team we assembled. In a digital age where many attorneys are rubber stamping and boiler plating deals, Dina offers a breath of fresh air as she understands that every deal is different as are the needs of each client. She constantly over delivers and exceeds all expectation. If you are working a real-estate transaction having a high performance professional like Dina on your team is a must.

Dina Browne has represented us for 3 separate real estate transactions...flawlessly. Every purchase or sale seems to bring some nonsense, often emotional in nature. Dina has a unique ability to slice through the silliness and get the deal done. She does this with unusually good humor and is able to keep the testosterone levels...on both sides of the transaction...down. She works and responds quickly and efficiently, making you feel as though you're her most important client. Dina has repeatedly protected our interests, managing all the endless minutiae in a manner that seems effortless, even though it's not. Her fees are really quite modest for the level of service and performance she provides. We would not, under any circumstances, buy or sell real estate without Atty. Browne representing us..period.

In 2014, Ms. Wood represented us on the sale of our condominium. She provided excellent advice, recommendations, and consultation throughout the entire real estate transaction process. Our specific situation was not routine. We were selling our condo by for sale by owner, and our condo involved an affordable deed rider overseen by CHAPA. She was very knowledgeable in both areas and helped us successfully navigate through all issues as there were more parties involved than usual. She reviewed offer sheets, the P&S, consulted with the buyer's agent, and prepared the deed. She corrected all errors and made all the appropriate changes that kept our interests at heart. She was very flexible in the types of communication. We mostly communicated via phone and email which worked well for us. She was always available throughout the process. On the day of the closing, there were incorrect calculations on the HUD from the buyer's attorney. She was very proactive and got the corrections made early to allow the closing to remain on schedule. I would highly recommend Ms Wood for all real estate transaction representation. My family is going to hire Ms Wood to help with estate planning in the near future.

This was my first closing with Lisa and I have to say I'm thrilled with service provided. I had a great opportunity on this purchase and had only two weeks to complete. Was very helpful and successful in evicting a "professional" tenant of mine which decided to stop paying rent immediately after moving in. At first I tried to represent myself in the Housing Court but soon realized I was in over my head when the tenant found himself a free lawyer to represent him who kept delaying the process. Anthony was successful in cutting through the red tape and getting the tenant out of my house sooner rather than later. He is my first call for all my landlord and tenant questions!

Was referred to Mr. Varoudakis by a friend who had used him before. He helped me get my money back from a contractor who did shoddy roof work on my house that was leaking everywhere. Very reasonable rates and doesn't hound you for money like every other lawyer I have used. Will call him first next time I need legal advice!!
