Although the process of selling and buying a home is complex and often frustrating I was extremely fortunate to have worked with Matt for both of these events. Throughout the process he communicated clearly and was very thorough. During negotiations of the Purchase and Sale for our new home he was able to explain things in a maner which were easy to understand. Matt also made good suggestions about what we needed to get clarification on from the seller. For example, the seller had a clause in there that he could sell the home prior to us buying it. This turned out to be for tax purposes and ended up being acceptable to us, but there were about a half dozen red flags which Matt brought to our attention. When the bank had issues during our closing, Matt was able to get everything in order so that we could still close. Whenever we had questions, he was responsive and above all I found him to be very trustworthy. Thanks Matt!

We used Matt when we decided to sell our house. It was our first time, and we were working on a tight deadline as we had already purchased our new home. Matt came highly recommended. We ran into some potential property line issues and some title search issues amd Matt worked quickly to resolve them in plenty of time before our set closing deadline. We would highly recommend him, and would use him again for any real estate stuff in the future.

I hired Ryan Rucki to represent me in my recent purchase of my condo. As it was my first purchase, I was very nervous. Ryan always took the time to answer any question that I had - and there were many! He always returned calls and e-mails promptly. He also explained every aspect of the transaction in a way that I completely understood and was very knowledgeable. When it came time to review and sign the purchase and sale agreement, Ryan drove out to meet me at a coffee shop so that I could review it during my lunch break. He explained every clause to me and made sure that I understood each one completely and was happy with the agreement, as a whole, before I signed. At closing, Ryan explained every document in detail and was happy to stop and explain further when I had questions. I felt like I clicked with Christina the first time we met, she could clearly she how stressed I was about my disability case and she made me feel at ease.
She was great at getting and handling all the paperwork or any other information needed.
Christina exceeded what I thought would be done thru this whole process, I had heard from a lot of people that they had to go and get their own records or mail out whatever disability was looking, I think I might have had to go to one place for a copy of my MRI they kept sending the wrong one and I said I would just go pick it up.
Christina is a fabulous attorney and when I thought things were taking forever she always had the right words to say to me and make me feel better. The finally came the phone call from Christina that we didn't need the hearing that the judge signed off on my case, I was in such relief I think I just started to cry I can't thank Christina enough for everything she did.

I have had several divorce lawyers throughout the years and by far Attorney Grossman has been the most competent and trustworthy of the group. Given our past history with bad attorneys, my wife and I started out slowly to get comfortable with Attorney Grossman and over a short period of time it was clear that she was very good at what she does, provides excellent advice, listens to her client's desires, and works constructively in a resolution. I have hired Tim Moriarty to be my attorney a couple times in criminal cases. He is a very nice and a very smart guy. He is easy to talk to and has the answers to your questions. He works very hard for his clients and I think hes worth every dollar. I think he is fair priced compared to what other attorneys charge and don't do for their clients. He is very good at what he does, he explores all avenues in your case and will let you know your options. He will be truthful to you, hes not there to just take your money. When he is in the court room presenting facts or whatever he might be doing he is amazing, you can tell he is in his element. Can’t say enough great things about Briana! I originally chose Briana due to her experience with tenant/landlord disputes in Massachusetts. Recently moving to the state, I was confused about several laws and had a landlord who seemed to be using her own interpretation of the law to neglect her responsibilities.
I had spoken to a lawyer previously, and gotten nowhere, so I wasn’t expecting much this time around. Briana completely blew me away with her knowledge, compassion, and follow through. She helped guide me through which laws protected me and what steps I could take to accelerate the complaint. She also took time to read through all of my communications with my landlord. Not only that, but she actually found portions of my lease that the prior lawyer had overlooked.
My ordeal started with feeling overwhelmed and stressed out, and ended with empowerment and understanding. Once things were resolved, I didn’t expect any further communications, but Briana went out of her way to check in one final time. Absolutely wonderful customer service and I would recommend her to anyone who is having similar issues.
Highly recommend and plan on using her services again if needed in the future.

I found myself in a tough situation when my landlord threatened to withhold my security deposit and demanded that I compensate him for two years of water and sewage bills amounting to just under 3k. I consulted Bryan and he reviewed my lease and sent a letter to the landlord. Bryan negotiated the return of my security deposit and I did not have to pay any money toward water and sewage. David Datz is by far the most knowledgeable, service oriented, thorough, and trustworthy lawyer that I have ever worked with.
