I had something pop up out of the blue, where my wages and/or income tax refund was about to be garnished. I called him up because of his other reviews on here, and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Without any questions or sales pitch, he got straight to the point and gave me advice on the matter while also pointing out other avenues I could explore (potentially saving me hundreds of dollars).
Hopefully the matter will be resolved, but if not I will definitely be hiring him! Thanks Ryan, appreciate it!

Frank was incredibly professional and thorough. I hired Frank to assist me in having the state of Michigan release a "hold" on my license. I made some mistakes as a young man, and 10 years down the road, I was living in a different state and ready to put my past behind me. Even with the hurdles posed by Covid, changes to the court system and the postal service, Frank was able to help me navigate the courts and successfully obtain my license. Frank spent a lot of time looking through my documents and ensuring everything was in order before submitting, and although it was a lot of work, it alleviated stress during the actual submission process. 10/10 highly recommend!

Mr. Ford made the entire process simple and as pain free as possible. From our first meeting to the end of my probation, he was by my side constantly, answered any/all questions I had, and made sure I understood the position I was in. IF I ever run into the law again, or any of my friends/acquaintances, my first and only recommendation will be to call Frank B. Ford.
I actually had two cases brought against me, 3 months apart, both referencing the same incident. Mr. Ford was my attorney for each case. He was early to all phone/face to face meetings and was always well prepared. I had complete confidence while I sat and let Frank talk on my behalf to the court/judge. Mr. Ford has an extensive knowledge of his field and I am EXTREMELY thankful that I acquired him as my attorney.

I contacted Ryan’s firm after getting into a predicament with my license. I had to file a fraud /seller non-disclosure lawsuit last summer. After speaking with five attorneys and listened to their individual assessment, I knew Dominic was the right guy to take on the case. I've been an expert witness for 14 years. I recently sat through an entire trial with Scott. I've seen more attorneys than the average person (dozens) arguing cases. He won hands down getting a substantial judgement in favor of his client going the extra mile every step of the way. I'm getting nothing for this review and now live in another state so I am not looking forward to future business from Scott, rather I'm being totally sincere and disinterested. He's truly a gifted litigator and comes across to the jury in a way I've never seen before. He didn't even refer me on this case rather I was already an acquaintance of his client who hired me directly herself.

I am a very skeptical person who has a difficult time placing trust in the hands of another, especially when the consequences of it is tied to a result in which I may have no control. My main goal in seeking the right attorney was to find one whose outlook demonstrated a strong moral and ethical compass, and was passionate in their career choice to both uphold and defend the law. I had interviewed several attorneys, who in my opinion, provided nothing more than typical sales pitches, and I became deeply discouraged.
That all changed when I came across Andrew Mayoras's bio, and then reached out to him. What I found in Andy was an attorney who honestly cared about his clients, who was determined to seek the truths, was not intimidated to challenge opposing counsel, weeded through the garbage of opposing counsels arguments, and applied the law appropriately and in accordance to my particular case. What I learned, is no matter what court situation you may find yourself involved in, it is never a pleasant experience. Sara helped our family successfully navigate a difficult and divisive time at the end of my mother’s life. She is a consummate professional with a breadth of experience (I believe she’s seen it all!), knowledge, and understanding. Sara ensured that mom’s wishes were respected and when mom developed dementia, skillfully shielded her from a relative who was seeking to take advantage. Sara is clear and direct but, at the same time, kind and compassionate. Sara’s knowledge of the law and her caring approach set her apart. I absolutely recommend her without reservation.

Since my father had not left a will when he passed, what little I knew about estates was that I would need help with my father's. I contacted Sara by phone and we spoke briefly and set an appointment to speak in person. Sara was not the first attorney I spoke with but the first to interview with me. At the interview I explained why I needed her help, I also showed my limited knowledge of what was before me. By the end of the interview Sara agreed to help me through the probate process. In the following months Sara worked on my behalf with the court and advised me what was expected of me as the administer of the estate. Through the whole process there were times I felt overwhelmed with the "business" of settling his estate and sometimes became quite emotional over my personal loss. But, with kind words and a firm direction Sara kept me on track and focused. I guess that's why attorneys are called counselors. Finally, with Sara's continued support and guidance, things were at an end and the estate was dissolved. There are things that happen in life that happen to other people and you think, that's too bad. But when one of those things happens to you you think, how will I get through this. I don't know how things would have turned out with someone other than Sara, I don't need to think about it. Sara was the best possible attorney for me to have helping me with her hard work, her knowledge and experience and her empathy. I plan on having Sara help with my estate planning since having experienced this ordeal once, I do not want to leave something like this to my loved ones.

Initially I posted a question on AVVO. Kelli responded very promptly, providing accurate, specific feedback regarding technical and complicated questions and concerns I was trying to work through regarding pre-foreclosure and sale of our home. I had applied for and was denied loan modifications for our home 3 times in one year. I was struggling with how to move forward. Throughout the next couple of months, after posting initial question, Kelli continued to remain available and be an excellent resource with specific questions and concerns we came upon regarding this circumstance as we made efforts to work with the bank, banks attorneys, and realtors trying to sort out specifics and make the best decisions. After we got an offer on the house, we elected to hire Kelli to assist with review of the closing documents for the pending sale. In addition helping us with this, when unexpected complications came up, she made herself available, above and beyond expectations, during the closing week. With her help we were able to catch and correct several important oversights, and save money as well. It was so reassuring to have her support.

Mike has a desire to be successful in his services and representing myself. This was first demonstrated to me when Mike did his research on me to determine if I was being honest with him in the beginning. When he was certain that he was given all the correct facts, he took on the case. I really appreciated this, because when he accepted my case, he was committed to it and to me. Mike would review every aspect with me and explain the alternatives including the potential cost impacts with the various options before proceeding. Mike dealt professionally with everything that needed to be addressed. He discussed the issues with me and listened to what I had to say without making any pre-judgments. Mike would summarize the issues well and keep to the facts even though the other party attempted to “rabbit trail” at every opportunity. My “after-divorce” problems continued for years as the other party would continually challenge the final order. Even in this, Mike dealt professionally and worked to keep my interests protected. My husband hired Angela Medley for a very difficult/stressful case. When I say she's the absolute best I mean it. She done something that had never been done after so many years. Without giving to much information my husband wasn't on his sons birth certificate and the statute was up for it to be changed,but that didn't stop Angela. He now is on his son birth certificate and he has his last name. Then we went on to the custody part and man when I say Angela is a SHARK I mean it. She fought and fought for everything my husband wanted and he got what he was asking for plus some. She always kept him updated and always asked his opinion before she made any decisions.

Ok.... I’m from Las Vegas and Reno and thought it would be good to invest in a piece of property in Hamtramck. Going into the purchase paperwork got delayed by months (very frustrating). I have used Parakh for two cases, first on Jun 2017 and second in Sep 2017. I did not get a chance to put review after the first service, but felt obliged to put a review after the second excellent service. I have talked with Kathleen, but mainly dealt with Mike Pierce. They provided excellent service in both cases.
1) Jun 2017: Tenant did not pay for 1.5month and did not respond to my calls. Parakh law helped to file a case with city and got a court date. The tenant called me and made plans and deposited payments accordingly to catch up with payment
2) Sep 2017: I paid a concrete contractor 1/2 deposit for driveway concrete work and they kept delaying the work. Parak Law send appropriately drafted letter to pressure them and followed up with 2 calls and the contractor agreed to refund a percentage of the deposit. I hired a different contractor to complete the job
