Purchasing my first clinic was a massive task that I underestimated. The information is endless and the responsibilities are even more taunting. After having my initial consultation with Matthew LaMaster, I actually felt like I had a grasp on the process and came out of the conversation knowing exactly what I needed to do and how the process was going to go from A-Z. Years ago, as part of my divorce I granted my ex-wife the house that we bought together while married and she assumed responsibility for it. At some point she started paying her mortgage late and that eventually found its way to my credit report (some company called PHH). Since it had nothing to do with me, I disputed the account and submitted my divorce decree that clearly shows she assumed responsibility and I no longer have any interest in the house etc. the dispute was denied and come back verified. Frustrating since I had nothing to do with it but at the time I assumed I was stuck with it because in the eyes of creditors I was still on the hook for the debt (the house wasn’t refinanced out of my name at the time). There are several 180 days late and they are the only baddies left on my report. All this brought down my credit score to 522. I can’t thank PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST enough for taking my credit out of the garbage after my divorce. Matthew came recommended to me when my husband filed against me for divorce. After a brief interview I hired him. He was very concise and thorough making sure he didn’t leave anything out that could be damaging to me down the road, as he explained my options. The most amazing lawyer ever. I was completely satisfied and more than happy how he took time and cared deeply about my future and well being. I have known and used Anthony for over 21 years. I have recommended many clients to him - and never has there been a complaint. He wins. He cares about his clients, but tells you like it is. Doesn't sugar coat anything, tells you the law.

Pete was extremely helpful in preparing all the paperwork we needed. We asked him to create a trust in the event that my husband and I died at the same time as we have an infant daughter. He guided us through the whole process, taking his time to ensure that we understood everything and were comfortable. I did not know much about trusts when we started, and Pete was excellent at presenting all the information clearly and providing examples for me. He asked us questions that I did not know to ask, or had not considered, to ensure that we had a thorough document that would cover many contingencies.

I hired Kevin originally to look into a bankruptcy option for a business I own in Canada and Kevin was great to recommend someone who was able to explain how things work in Canada and figure out a way to keep the business operating. I have used Kevin a few times since and each and every time he is knowledgeable about my options and provides quality feedback and recommendations on what my options are and how to best proceed with each issue. In late 2020 I had an employee issue that I was not sure how to proceed with and he instructed me the best way to deal with the employee to ensure my business was minimizing any potential liabilities surrounding the situation. Kevin did a great job of explaining all the different scenarios and what the best path would be in order to solve the issue quickly and amicably.

I intend to propose to my long-time girlfriend later this summer, so that we can move to Las Vegas together by the end of December. After that, we needed urgent help fixing our credit. We had a very scary situation with our land contract home where we lived happily for almost 10 years. Then we had our happiness turned upside down. Philip Hamilton is a great lawyer who genuinely cares about his clients.
I had a family court case that was a custody battle between my deceased wife's brother and I.
At the time my health was really bad. I was suffering from heart disease and some other acute health issues that resulted in getting surgery.
I had been out of work and was on leave but my pay wasnt the same.
Attorney Hamilton assured me that he could help and he did just that.
He just charged me for court filings and told me to just concentrate on getting better.
He worked out all the paperwork in court and diligently assisted me all the way to an agreement and now my children are in a great place to were I co parent with their uncle.

I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in June 2016. In August things started going wrong with just about everything. It was in and out of the dealership every month. After months of this, I contacted Chrysler to submit a case to their buy back department. Again, months went by and no resolution from them. I found Troy by web searches. He was local and reviews were great. I was impressed with prompt returned calls and emails. He listened and had my best interest at heart. I found Troy by searching attorneys for the Lemon Law, l liked what I read and thought I would give him a try. It would be my first time dealing with an attorney that I had never met, however my outcome was perfect. I had a 2015 Jeep Patriot that I had purchased in January of 2015 and only had 3000 miles on it. I took it in twice within 30 days for the sun roof leaking, 5 times within a month because of the check engine light. They tried to fix the sunroof but the transmission was another story. The last time they had it for 30 days and had to call engineers from Auburn Hills to come out. They literally torn that vehicle apart from top to bottom. I didn't feel comfortable with the fact they said they fixed it and it fell within the Lemon Law guidelines. My dealings with Troy were very easy I could email him information, fax it to him or need be talk with him. I learned from him that I signed the arbitration agreement which I pretty much signed my rights away because I used an employee discount something people don't realize when signing all the forms for a purchase, but if you don't sign it you cannot use the discount. However, in the end with persistence on his part he was able to get Chrysler to honor the lemon law. The middle of January 2016 I was given a refund from Chrysler all but $500 for mileage and they paid him in full. I can't thank him more for what he did, I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with a lemon.

My wife and I had an estate plan drawn up by another lawyer about 8 years ago. When it was time to update it, our original lawyer had retired so we need to find a new lawyer.
