I consulted Chris Vernon about a family issue. He got back in a reasonable amount of time after I contacted the firm. We had the opportunity to speak about the details of the issue. In talking about it, I better understood the type of legal advice I needed. As it turned out, this was not the type of case that Vernon handled and I was referred to another lawyer and there was no charge for the consultation. I had a very positive impression of firm and would not hesitate to contact them again for litigation. They probably deserve 5 stars but since our work together was brief, I'm giving it 4.

My wife and I needed to replace our tile roof following a major hurricane. We selected a roofer who was highly recommended by a friend. He convinced me to sign an agreement to allow him to deal directly with my insurance company, actually misleading me with some absolutely false information. We selected James Boatman and his law firm to represent us as we endeavored to get legal control back from this fraudulent roofing company. I could not have been happier with the service provided by Mr. Boatman and his legal team, including attorneys Joseph Bare, Stephen Schahrer as well as Amy Juarez and the entire Boatman administrative staff. Once the Boatman Law Firm became involved, the fraudulent Roofing Company immediately worked with us to resolve the issue. When we called Lindsay Allen with our complicated civil case, Attorney Allen took on our case without hesitation. He quickly understood all the details. He was honest about the time it could take to resolve our case and the possibility of trial. We could see from that first appointment, that Attorney Allen cares about the interest of his clients and justice, more then making money on a case. There were never any surprises. Todd Allen was the third attorney we had hired in the Naples area. A friend recommended him to us after they saw the problems we were having with our previous attorneys in reference to collecting a Foreign Judgment.
Mr. Allen returned my call immediately and I felt very comfortable with him from the very beginning. He knew that time was at the essence and he did not waste time acting on our behalf.
He research what he could do for us from the information we had provided to him and within days of signing his contract, he immediately went into action on our behalf.
He kept us posted and returned our calls/emails in a relatively quick manner. The outcome was a WIN for us and we can not express our gratitude.

Brantley represented my interest in a divorce settlement. He is a true professional...he's calm, knowledgeable, and logical in his approach to family law. Amazing! His rates are fair and his work is succinct and efficient so his billing time reflects these efficiencies as well. You get money's worth and then some. I wasted thousands of dollars on a high profile attorney he did nothing but dance back and forth with another attorney with meaningless emails. He gets it done.
