I consulted Chris Vernon about a family issue. He got back in a reasonable amount of time after I contacted the firm. We had the opportunity to speak about the details of the issue. In talking about it, I better understood the type of legal advice I needed. As it turned out, this was not the type of case that Vernon handled and I was referred to another lawyer and there was no charge for the consultation. I had a very positive impression of firm and would not hesitate to contact them again for litigation. They probably deserve 5 stars but since our work together was brief, I'm giving it 4.

My wife and I needed to replace our tile roof following a major hurricane. We selected a roofer who was highly recommended by a friend. He convinced me to sign an agreement to allow him to deal directly with my insurance company, actually misleading me with some absolutely false information. We selected James Boatman and his law firm to represent us as we endeavored to get legal control back from this fraudulent roofing company. I could not have been happier with the service provided by Mr. Boatman and his legal team, including attorneys Joseph Bare, Stephen Schahrer as well as Amy Juarez and the entire Boatman administrative staff. When we called Lindsay Allen with our complicated civil case, Attorney Allen took on our case without hesitation. He quickly understood all the details. He was honest about the time it could take to resolve our case and the possibility of trial. We could see from that first appointment, that Attorney Allen cares about the interest of his clients and justice, more then making money on a case. There were never any surprises. The bills were always reasonable for the time spent. He continually prepared us for what to expect next. His expertise was obvious. Our case ended up going to trial, but with a very positive outcome. Todd Allen was the third attorney we had hired in the Naples area. A friend recommended him to us after they saw the problems we were having with our previous attorneys in reference to collecting a Foreign Judgment.
Mr. Allen returned my call immediately and I felt very comfortable with him from the very beginning. He knew that time was at the essence and he did not waste time acting on our behalf.
He research what he could do for us from the information we had provided to him and within days of signing his contract, he immediately went into action on our behalf.
He kept us posted and returned our calls/emails in a relatively quick manner. The outcome was a WIN for us and we can not express our gratitude.
I have personally worked for several attorneys over the last 20 years and I can honestly say that even though I have not worked for Mr. Allen I would be proud to do so!

Ian and Taylor were fantastic!! They helped me deal with my very difficult and spiteful ex husband on enforcing an court order that my divorce lawyer neglected to do. They were timely, compassionate, honest and they went above and beyond their job!! They were true Angel's and really helped me in my time of need and didn't take advantage like some lawyers do. Brantley represented my interest in a divorce settlement. He is a true professional...he's calm, knowledgeable, and logical in his approach to family law. Amazing! His rates are fair and his work is succinct and efficient so his billing time reflects these efficiencies as well. You get money's worth and then some. I wasted thousands of dollars on a high profile attorney he did nothing but dance back and forth with another attorney with meaningless emails. He gets it done.

Attorney Chris Price manages legal matters for my small business. Most recently he handled the response to a subpoena issued to my company, which asked for information about one of my firm's independent contractors.

I first was put into contact with Mr. Rich by my lawyer in Indiana in 2016. My younger brother had passed away unexpectedly and I was the appointed executor of his estate. He owned property in Florida that either needed to be sold or transferred to me. As there were two other siblings involved from other states, it became a little more complicated. Mr. Rich was able to get all things sorted out to everyone’s satisfaction.
In 2020 my husband, myself and my in-laws got involved with the purchase of a “time share” in Florida. It involved a large corporation with resorts all over the United States. As time went on, we realized we were not getting what was promised to us. We wanted out of the contract, but of course they said that was not possible. I contacted Mr Rich again to see if we had any way out. After he heard everything that was promised and what we actually were getting he took our case. We won!
I have worked now with Mr. Rich on two occasions. Neither of these cases were large, but I always felt he always worked his hardest to obtain a good outcome for me. He is very knowledgeable, very approachable, honest and tenacious. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call upon him again should the need arise.

As a family law attorney, I have used Ms. Chernoff many times as a mediator. I highly recommend her as a family law mediator. She is prompt, knowledgeable of the law and effective. Family law matters are always contentious and no one is happy but as a professional I see her working hard to settle difficult matters. Take the reviews written by clients in the context of people going through difficult times and expecting unrealistic results with a grain of salt. Ms. Newberry has helped with quite a few legal issues. The first was a violation of probation for my DUI. At court the only thing I asked for my Public Defender to do for me was have it to where i could work off my fines in court costs, which was accepted by the judge. When I reported to probation they had no record of this and when I was informed by my probation officer and public defender that there was nothing I could do I turned to Ms. Newberry for council. She met with the state attorney and I was then able to work off my fines in community service hours. Ms. Newberry kept me informed of what was going on the whole time and always got back to me when I had questions in a timely matter. They also violated me for probation when my scheduled counseling went longer then my probation through no fault of my own but the facility I was required to go to was backed up. Ms. Newberry was there to help me by telling me what documents to acquire for my hearing so I wouldnt get punished for the violation.
Most recently I had an incident occur where I felt that the law was not on my side. (Police officers) I felt powerless. But after meeting with Ms. Newberry shes made me feel like I can fight it. Shes very knowledgeable and passionate about her work and explains the laws to me in ways that I can understand them.
I would definitely recommend Ms. Newberry for council. She cares about her clients and makes you feel like you're a priority and not just another case number.
