Searching for a lawyer while dealing with the death of a loved is extremely difficult. I had many dealings with lawyers in both NY and Florida due to multiple estates. After very bad experiences in NY and also FL, I had to make yet another decision of which lawyer to choose so that I didn’t make the same mistakes. After several calls and consultations, I finally found a very professional and very knowledgeable lawyer that I knew was right for my situation from the first call. I chose Christopher Price. From my past experiences I’ve learned that there’s a huge difference between experienced and inexperienced lawyers. This firm is the best of the best. I finally found some peace in all of the devastation of loss because I chose the right lawyer this time. I highly recommend Christopher Price and his law firm.

I first was put into contact with Mr. Rich by my lawyer in Indiana in 2016. My younger brother had passed away unexpectedly and I was the appointed executor of his estate. He owned property in Florida that either needed to be sold or transferred to me. As there were two other siblings involved from other states, it became a little more complicated. Mr. Rich was able to get all things sorted out to everyone’s satisfaction.
In 2020 my husband, myself and my in-laws got involved with the purchase of a “time share” in Florida. It involved a large corporation with resorts all over the United States. As time went on, we realized we were not getting what was promised to us. We wanted out of the contract, but of course they said that was not possible. I contacted Mr Rich again to see if we had any way out. After he heard everything that was promised and what we actually were getting he took our case. We won!
I have worked now with Mr. Rich on two occasions. Neither of these cases were large, but I always felt he always worked his hardest to obtain a good outcome for me. He is very knowledgeable, very approachable, honest and tenacious. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call upon him again should the need arise.

Like most people we have had both good and bad experiences with Attorneys. Todd Rich answered a 1/2 million dollar suit brought against us and drafted a counter suit that was lawyering beyond words. result was we won by the plaintiff dismissing the suit entirely and with prejdudice to boot.

I purchased an investment property in Ft Myers 2005. With the banks approval I tried to short sell the property, upon receipt of a sale they couldn't find who actually held the mortgage. I defaulted in 2009. In 2013 the PMI company initiated a proceeding via several different law/collection agencies. Mr.. Gregory Champeau, esq. defended me as they had also decided to seek financial reimbursement from my wife who wasn't legally part of the transaction. He was successful in that the judgement would only apply to me. My assets were all TBE (except for one) which prevented collection. In 2019 the collections agency became more aggressive, Patrick Neale, esq, was brought in as his expertise in addressing various attempted garnishments and his litigation skills were needed to address various court hearings initiated by the collections agency. It was discovered that an investment account me and my wife opened in 2005 was set up as Joint Ownership with Survivor Benefits. Unbeknownst to me a JWROS account is not afforded the same level of protection as a TBE account. Mr Neale was able to draw upon case law and present it in a fashion that helped to bring closure. The end result is that with Patrick Neale's legal expertise and Mr Gregory Champeau negotiations skills I did agree upon a favorable settlement. The only other option was to be continuously harassed by the collections agency for years to come.

Tom did some work for us setting up an LLC and drafting real estate contracts. He is younger for Naples, but extremely knowledgeable and a real go getter. This work was small potatoes for Tom who is a fantastic litigator, but he still handled our needs with care and was very responsive/easy to work with. I know Tom has already had a great career litigating some big cases in the court room and am sure he will continue to find success through his hard work, intelligence, and deep understanding of the law. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was introduced to and ultimately engaged attorney Tom Rinaldi to represent me for a small claims dispute. Although a small assignment relative to those with which Tom is accustomed to accepting, Tom embraced the case and committed himself and the firm's resources to ensure the best possible outcome on my behalf. The subject matter was relatively new to Tom, but he wasted no time getting up to speed regarding the nuances of the industry and the basis for the underlying claim.
