“In 2019 I was seriously injured in a car accident where I was rear ended in Carson City by a commercial truck. And the other driver’s insurance company did not call us back. So, I hired Sullivan Law to help. Wow, did they! The insurance company for the truck kept delaying and stalling and making excuses until we had enough of their games and Mr. Sullivan took them to court. In the fall of 2022, I felt like I was almost over the first accident when I suffered a second rear end collision - again in Carson City! It was so emotionally upsetting and painful. We engaged Sullivan Law to help again. Sullivan Law persevered and enlisted the help of Bradley Drendel & Jeanney in Reno for both cases. The insurance company on the 2019 case continued to stall. The 2019 case got set for trial in 2023 and with that pressure on, Joe Bradley and J. D. Sullivan and their great staffs worked hard together and got the 2019 case settled for me at the second mediation. Lisa and Amanda were great. What a relief! Even then, the insurance company delayed sending the settlement check, as agreed, and my attorneys had to threaten to get a court order forcing payment. Finally, after added delay, the insurance paid. And then, in late summer of 2023, we settled the 2022 case for the full insurance policy limits. Sullivan Law fought these legal battles for me every step of the way, even bringing in reinforcements with Bradley Drendel & Jeanney. And the attorneys were able to get a steep discount of my medical bills which really helped settle these two complex and intertwined cases. Such a stressful 4 years but things finally came to a closure. Thank you Sullivan Law and Bradley Drendel & Jeanney - you are awesome, and really helped me keep perspective when it seemed like my world was crumbling. Recently I had issues with a brand new vehicle I purchased from a dealership in Reno, NV. The brakes on the vehicle failed four times in less than 30-days. Despite the Attorney General of NV classifying the vehicle as a lemon and interceding on my behalf, the dealership and manufacturer wouldn't take the vehicle back. That was until I hired John Funk. In my opinion, he's one of the best attorney's I've ever worked with. He's a no-nonsense, transparent, and clear communicator. From day one I felt he was going to resolve an almost four month dispute. John's plan was implemented swiftly and ultimately I received a brand new vehicle and a settlement check from the manufacturer. I am very pleased with this result. I contacted Bowler & Twitchell about setting up a guardianship. They called me back and provided some great advice on the pros and cons, with a final suggestion to avoid the guardianship. They didn't have to do that, all in a phone call. This limited experience with them leads me to believe they are an honest firm and looking out for the their client.

First, off this is one of best and genuine law firms! I called in because I was wrongfully profiled and suffered from some prejudice at Walmart, I called in tears and David answered the phone. Waste of money! Scheduled a meeting to discuss my kids case we had my 3-year-old granddaughter with us. In the middle of me explaining why I did not feel he should sign a plea deal for 2 to 5 years Jesse screams at the top of his lungs "Get out of my office", I do not like the way you're talking to me", Get out now" everyone in the entire office including my friend outside in the car could hear him scream at me. I was not being rude I was just explaining to him my feelings about the plea deal and he acted like a crazy person totally unprofessional He had not looked at my kids discovery, he had not read one bit of any of the information in the discovery. He just wanted my kid to sign a plea deal after we paid him $8,000. He has caused my son duress through this entire process and that day he caused me duress and my 3-year-old granddaughter duress. I can understand if he felt disrespected but you do not scream at the top of your lungs for a clients a mother to get out of your office. He is mean and rude and has not offered my son one bit of communication or compassion through this entire process. What is your freedom worth??? I Will be contacting anybody that will listen because as far as I'm concerned he owes my son back all the money he's paid. He was so mean and evil looking I was blown away. As well as my son.

My Father passed unexpectedly and thought he had his estate taken care of because he paid for his funeral in advance and had assigned an administrator/power of attorney to handle his affairs. The nightmare began about 30 days from his death when the administrator my Dad had assigned failed at his duties. From lies and misinformation that cost me thousands of dollars and having to move out of the house, storage fees as well mis-filed paperwork. There's a reason Lee Drizin is so highly rated on Google, and it's because he is a really good attorney.
I'm a young woman, still in college, and when my mother passed unexpectedly and suddenly, I wasn't sure what to do to handle her estate and everything that comes after someone passes. I found Mr Drizin on Google, and it has been history ever since. Him and his team are constantly available to answer any questions one may have during the entire process, and he has steamlined the entire thing to be as painless and direct as possible. It is not easy at all, as there are so many accounts nowadays that people can have, but I was always directed to who exactly to contact and what to do.
My advise is twofold to anyone going through the probate process after the loss of a loved one: one, use Lee Drizin, and two, make sure to keep on top of all you have to do on your part to get paperwork and documents. These are the best ways to make it as painless as you can.
I also want to thank Mr Drizin and his team for also suggesting an accountant to help with the final tax documents, which also smoothed the process. With decades of experience, it clearly shows in everything Mr Drizin does to run his attorney's office. I cannot recommend him enough. I'm not sure how the other attorneys compare, but I can guarantee that he knows his stuff and gets it done here.
