If you have been accused of something please do yourself a favor and at least have a consultation with Tom. It is overwhelming to go through this experience, particularly when you have never been accused of something in the past. From the first second I sat down with Tom, it was obvious that he truly cared about me, and I felt that I had an ally in my fight. For the rest of my life, I will never forget Tom and the compassion he showed me. He inspires me and restores my faith in humanity. I reached out to this law firm around May 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Initially, I was assigned to an attorney who left the firm shortly afterward. I was not informed of this change until five months later, when I called to follow up on my case.
I was then assigned to a new attorney, but she was completely unaware that she had been assigned to my case. She showed little to no interest or regard for my situation, which was incredibly disheartening. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was glaring.
Based on my experience with their handling of employment law, I question their professionalism in other areas as well. It felt like asking an unqualified individual to represent me, rather than a knowledgeable legal professional.
I do not recommend this law firm. While they may present themselves well initially, my experience was a complete waste of time.

I would recommend the public defender over this guy. Terrible communication, could never get ahold of him or his office. He was always late except for my last appearance which he didnt even show up to. The judge had to call me up with no lawyer and proceeded to tell me I could let my lawyer know that the case was closed. He even asked me what I thought my defense should be as if he's not the lawyer.
