Everyone at this law firm has been so nice and accommodating for everything after my accident. Anytime I had questions they were answered promptly. Dan is not only an excellent attorney he is also a good man. First of all he assesses your case. If he can’t help he won’t take your case. This is not only the right thing to do but it speaks to a man that is in it to win it and not just take people’s money.

I had a good experience with Anton and his associate attorney Emilia. I would recommend this firm. Anton is very smart and fights for his clients. He came up with a very good strategy to defend me. The firm was financially reasonable but, most importantly, they took the time for me, took my case seriously, and treated me with kindness and respect. I have been through a terrible legal ordeal and Anton gave me peace of mind and advocated successfully for my rights throughout. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with John Clune and the rest of the team at Guy Levy Law. I had very difficult IRS issue to say the least, from the first day I walk into the RJS office I could feel the weight being lifted. Ronnie and his team were there for me through out the whole process which took almost 2 years, not once did I feel I was in the fight alone. The professional service they proved over and over again. I have had other things in the past that required me to seek professional guidance and not once have I received the same care and understanding of me and my situation that Ronnie and his team gave (100%) at a time when I needed. Dealing with the IRS at any level can be a very scary place, I truly thank God for bring RJS law to my rescue because in so many ways thats what they did. If you thinking of who you should be hiring for your situation I would strongly recommend you sit down with Ronson or anyone of the team, and talk it through. If your like me and need that extra attention you will find it here, they don't miss phone calls and your email will be responded to immediately and if there is no resolution and you have to go to face the judge the experience and knowledge is there to defend you, a lot of Attorneys say they can do this until you get to that point and then they can't, they either don't have the experience or the knowledge or the Balls to see it through, RJS does. This should have been written awhile ago, sorry it hasn't been because they truly deserve it.

Our landlord was insisting that we sign a new lease for 1 year (our initial year was almost complete) and we kindly asked for a month to month contract. We were excellent tenants who took care of the house. Normally a landlord can refuse and we all move on. But this was during covid and we had no intention of moving. Eric ameliorated the situation through suggested courses of action without ever having to file a claim or do any formal proceedings. He is patient and really knows real estate law.

To be more specific, his knowledge of real estate laws, especially the CA building and safety code(s) helped us tremendously. His replies were always in detail and he addressed all my concerns, including any hypos I presented to him.

spent weeks trying to find lawyer or someone to help clean up the mess I made trying to save $ and do it myself. This is confusing and tricky stuff!Normally you think deed trust, oh people are fighting over stuff. Not in this case, our problems are dif. My aunt is disabled mentally and physically and we are tryying to give her the freedom anyone deserves, so this is how we help without conservitorship. Now my gpa actually was very well preparedbut still we needed help. One day I got lucky finding a small buisiness card tucked away. I wish they had a closer location but we will be returning for future plans! Lawyers say oh this is tricky my retainer is 5000$ and thats not to say that will cover it! So unnder 1000$ Tom did all the right paperwork, had them filed and recorded.... ugh I wish Id known sooner! So if you are dealing with a death and inheritance issues this is the place ! 1 flat rate did all we needed! I bet divorce and such filings are similar... couldnt hurt to check them out 1st they might make things easier on you during a very dark time.

My name is David.
I hired Shawn and Kelly to help me seek damages from a contractor who installed defective materials in my home. After 9 months of being ignored, deceived, and mistreated by the contractor, I decided to pursue legal action.
Shawn and Kelly took a proactive and professional approach and initially created a very detailed demand letter citing various legal precedence and legal remedies to attempt to find an out of court settlement. Coupled with claims with the California Contractors State License Board and the contractor’s Bond company, we were not only successful achieving a fair settlement, but I also covered my legal costs and all of the costs to repair my home. There were even enough monies left over to take my wife out for dinner after a year of feeling helpless against a dishonest company.
I would also like to disclose that I previously had a disagreement with a tenant who also used Huston/McCaffrey to represent them. I contacted the office of Michael Ripley based on all the peer reviews I had read. Now I know firsthand, where the five stars come from. Above and beyond is the simple two words to convey the level of work this office, Nelia Castro, Jennifer Kiss and Becky, have done to settle my 2nd lien and modify my first with Wells Fargo, jumbo loan.
I had initally hired the staff to help me modify my first but out of the blue the 2nd lien, returned after over 5 years of no contact. Their last information saying they had written off the loan. However, 2nd liens can come back and will, once you have some equity. I would strongly encourage anyone, not to wait, because the 2nd started foreclosure as soon as the equity was enough that they would get something out of us.
Nelia can be direct when she needs to be but she, Jennifer and Becky are so compassionate. Like a light at the end of a very very long dark tunnel. Listen to them! This level of work takes a considerable amount of time and knowhow and the time and knowledge more than outweighs the compensation. They are a law firm and will need to be compensated as such so they can stay in business and have a life themselves.
Going into this, you need to realize that it is ultimately the homeowners creation of their situation at some point along the way and be willing to accept this, fully. That will be the only way you will get through this. Look at the big picture and do not get caught up in the minutia of the cost, interest rate, submission of documents and trust this law firm will give you an honest view of the situation, whether you like it or not.
We had to borrow, sell, rent a room to make this happen but we were comitted to keeping our home. The staff at Michael Ripley law stuck with us for a long time, all the long way through. I hope this office is able to stay in business. Homeowners desperately need their help and guidance because there is just no one else to turn to.
If you are in our shoes, give a call. Get that consultation. Even if you jumped through the hoops, got all the docs in on time, had the right income, it is still up to the investor to make the final decision and there is no one that has control over that but them, not us, not the law office. If you are reading this, you probably sit where we did over a year ago. It was our 2nd mod, the first 4 years ago. It is a difficult process but with the help of this office it will give you insight to making the best decisions. Good luck!
