My wife and I were new to the Nashville area, retired, and looking forward to starting our new future.
Unfortunately, in the process, even with a lot of due diligence we crossed paths with an unscrupulous, deceitful home contractor which eventually resulted in a loss of our funds and their eventual termination.
After hiring a law firm with little to no results, we were given a recommendation from a family member to Howell O'Rear of McInteer & O'Rear PLC Law Firm. They reviewed our case, made recommendations, and we hired them to represent us.
Mr. O'Rear, through his counsel, direction, kindness, and concern made this stressful, sometimes aggravating situation manageable. His accessibility and resolve talked me off the cliffs edge numerous times.

Looking for a divorce lawyer? Then look no further! Don't let his young age fool you! Ryan always had my best interest in mind, and I felt like he charged a fair fee. During my initial consultation, I felt as though he listened to me, and my martial dissolution agreement was drawn up very quickly. At my request, most of my case was able to be handled via e-mail, so I did not have to spend a lot of time on the phone or at his office. When I did go to the office, Ryan and his staff were always smiling and friendly. Because Ryan had all of my paperwork in order for my uncontested divorce, I spent a very minimal amount of time in front of the judge during my hearing. He prepped me for the questions that I would be asked, and I felt very comfortable knowing that he was going to walk me through this process. I hope that I never need a divorce attorney again, but if I did, I would definitely use Ryan again!

The Plaintiffs Law Firm proved to be an excellent firm. They were very professional; calls were returned in a reasonable amount of time; everyone used the same terminology and gave the same answers; and during the length of my case, there was no turnover in the office (which says a lot).
Mr. Frazier would respond via phone, fax, email, or text; thus, the firm is up to standards with technology. Mr. Frazier's availability is rated as excellent. My concerns were always considered "important". The pleasant attitude and willingness to follow through ensured that everything was being handled and Mr. Frazier's knowledge of the law lessened any apprehension about my case. He was always upfront and the attention given to my case proved he cared. Mr. Frazier is also a family man and that was impressive.

Mr.Corbett was my attorney during a difficult time. He did a wonderful job. He kept fighting for me through a very long & difficult process. The insurance company was relentless, eventhough their client hit my vehicle from behind at an excessive amount of speed ( more than double the speed limit ).They didn't initially even offer to cover my medical expenses in full. Mr.Corbett didn't back down,he stood toe-to-toe with the well-known insurance company. He continued fighting for me through the lengthy process & the insurance company finally did relent! After he herd my case he had seen that the charges i was charged with was totally off the wall, my case was continued he had time to review the evidence and seen that everything was set stright. I meet Will today while sitting in the EEOC office. I watched how he came to the office for 2 clients to get the EEOC papers for them, and overheard the brief conversation. I was very impressed.
It's been a long time since I've come across an attorney that takes the time and go the extra steps for their clients. I know because I am a Rule 31 listed mediator to work on Civil cases, Family cases, and specially trained for Domestic Violence cases.
