wonderful lawyer The accident was not my fault and I had no idea how to handle it.The other insurance company would not take care of the accident very rude insurance company.I had full coverage . I had never had an accident of this kind.I did not know how to deal with the insurance companys and medical bills I had. No one ever thinks that the worst can happen to them or their family, or that they may find themselves in the middle of a devastating personal tragedy; unfortunately terrible things can happen to anyone without notice.
A few years ago such a tragedy happened to me, taking one of my beloved parents prematurely. It's an almost indescribable feeling to be thrust into such an situation with no warning. While attempting to digest the grief, sorrow, and crushing sadness, responsibilities still nag at a person and can be very overwhelming.
I chose to hire Mr. Jenne to handle my Wrongful Death case because he demonstrated compassion. I felt quite vulnerable during this time and needed someone who was professional and competent, but I also needed someone to support me and understand what I was going through. Mr. Jenne worked tirelessly for me and kept me apprised of everything that was going on with my case. his work ethic. An extremely hard worker on anything he did. He was relentless in his schooling and when he hit the work force, it was on a dead run,...full speed ahead. Before he became a lawyer, I hired him as a manager for a band that I was in. We went from playing small clubs to large venues in a very short time. We went into Ms Jones' office not knowing what we needed to do or where to even start. She and her office staff took care of us from beginning to end. I was referred to Mr. Britt by another law firm for his expertise regarding probate and property law. Mr. Britt spent considerable time discussing my situation, the legal process surrounding it and the probable outcome and made suggestions regarding my course of action. He told me that he could certainly represent me in court but said that in all honesty I did not need this because I had no legal rights in the matter. In essence, he was saying that it would not be a wise use of money to hire him since in all likelihood, it would not make a difference in the outcome in this case. I brought up many points and angles for which I sought clarification and Mr. Britt was knowledgeable and experienced in all areas. He was certainly professional and demonstrated legal expertise but at the same time, he was patient and fully present as he listened to me and addressed my concerns. The fact that he treated me with consideration and kindness and told me the truth--that I really did not need his representation--tells me that he conducts himself personally and professionally with honesty and integrity. These character traits are very important to me and because I don't find them so prevalent in today's world, I feel fortunate and blessed to have found an attorney like Mr. Britt. I would certainly recommend him and I plan to retain his services for estate planning and preparing a will.

Chris is phenomenal! I highly recommend him.
My case was probably his first divorce since he has only been practicing a year (if that). I originally had a very seasoned divorce lawyer that had given up on my case for two reasons …. My case was “screwed up” and I had run out of funds to pay him since my husband had refused to pay alimony and child support that was ordered by the Divorcee Referee over a year earlier.
In a nutshell here is what Chris has done for me:
Come in on an already 2 year case with boxes and boxes of evidence filled with financial information that showed marital funds being hidden in multiple businesses and taking the time to not only get familiar with everything but he also did his own investigating. Amazing!
He jumped right in and started dealing with my husbands never ending harassing texts, emails and phone calls. His aggressive emails to opposing counsel put an end to the harassment which finally allowed my kids and me to have a sense of safety that we had gone two years without.
Chris was incredible about getting back to me in a timely manner. Since I was receiving threatening texts and emails almost daily and at all hours of the day there were several times that I had to contact him outside of the normal business hours…this included nights and weekends and he always dealt with the situation immediately.
A few miracles he pulled off….
Had a necessary out of town hostile witness served at the airport the minute they entered Tennessee.
He was able to prove to the judge that marital funds had been hidden in multiple business ventures by my husband and his family members. The Judge joined the family to the case which is something I didn’t even know was possible.
After 10 hours in a contempt hearing regarding harassment and nonpayment of child support and alimony my husband was cuffed in the court room and spent days at 201 Poplar. The money that the Judge set for his bail was ordered to be sent to me. The office that handles this sort of thing didn’t even have protocol for this type of situation because it just never happens.
Switching lawyers terrified me. I recall having a meltdown shortly after I first hired Chris and I realized just how much of a brand new lawyer he was. I thought I had made the biggest mistake of my life and I shared this with him. He told me that what he lacked in experience, he more than made up for in life experiences that some seasoned lawyers have no clue about. He started on day one fighting for my kids and I. My only regret was that I didn’t have him from the start of my divorce.

Sean Aiello worked with our attorney Brad Carter in representing my son.
Sean has a very pleasant way about him and it is easy to feel comfortable in his presence.
Their diligence and dedication to represent my son is what we received from their team. We never saw the hours spent preparing for court appearances nor the times spent speaking with the plaintiff’s attorneys; yet, we know all this was instrumental in negotiating the favorable outcome in the Civil Lawsuit against my son.
It took two years for the case to be settled in our favor.
Sean’s assistance in this case for my son was due to his and Brad’s expertise in law, research, skilled collaboration and attention to detail were sure components to him being able to deliver the best solution possible for my son. He was not the lead attorney but whenever we met with them, it was obvious he was an intricate part of the process in turning this in my son’s favor. They were prompt in relaying information regarding any new developments and any court related issues.
The day we met to retain Brad Carter and Sean was a very dark day for us. It was like walking in the dark; groping for a glimmer of light and direction out of this deep hole my son had fallen in. In his sympathetic way, we got that glimmer of light we had hoped for; though he laid out the worst case scenario, we felt confident that we had been led to the right place. We were not made any promises, but that they team would represent my son with the goal of getting the best result.
When people come to an attorney seeking counsel, the response of that attorney should be as reassuring as possible that he/she is on their team. We were not given false hope. Yet, we felt some relieve knowing that Sean Aiello and Brad Carter would be doing everything they could to represent my son well.
I close adding, they not only represented my son in such an excellent way that leaves us feeling forever grateful , but they also represented their profession and their law firm to a high level of honor. I admire and think highly of these two men knowing that though they may have had some personal reservations regarding some of the details in the case, it never hindered their acts of professionalism.
I pray that, I nor any of my family will ever have a need to be represented in a court of law again; but should I ever know of someone who does, I think I could honestly refer them to Sean Aiello.

As General Counsel with R.M.D. Corp., I have worked with Will for over 13 years, spanning Will's association with two law firms. Will is a classic combination of superior knowledge of his practice area, and vision for the total legal needs of his clients. When I have a Tennessee liquor issue, Will, his staff and associates handle it with no fuss and no mess. When I have any other legal question beyond my realm, I call Will and he knows where and to whom I should turn, including at times outside his firm if that's where the best help is. That isn't often, because Will's partners and associates are also excellent in their areas.
Will is accessible 24/7, and either replies promptly himself, or has the appropriate person reply and help. Will is very busy, but communication remains constant regardless. Will is also very efficient, so billing questions are extremely rare, and there is never a disagreement.

About 15 years ago my attorney for many years dropped his private practice to work for a Federal Judge. I have known Mike Moyers since he was a Chancellor on the bench for 20 years. I appeared in his Court for many years. He was compassionate about his work as a Judge.
Recently, he decided to retire as Chancellor and move to practicing law again. He wants to help people and use his expertise to help those people struggling and need help. He is an asset to our legal community. He is genuinely a kind person and very intelligent. In my life there are few people that I consider to be "real" and he is one of the few. I hired Zach based on a referral after attempting to hire three other attorneys in a 2 month period. With that being a lesson in itself, Zach relieved my desperation and frustration in the first consultation. He confidently and swiftly requested my records from a prior attorney and hired experts immediately which is something I do want to point out that three other legal experts did not step up to perform. I was consistently reassured because Zach got the small things right, he "hit the ground running," was thorough/appropriate with actions taken, and this is what any case truly needs.
Zach has a wealth of expert staff at his fingertips. I experienced Zach having to reach out to his experts and there was no churning or wasting of time to get responses. It was quite impressive. My case lasted 20 months and recently concluded via mediation. Zach informed me along the entire way that he and his staff were working to resolve the case as quickly as possible, that trial involves a lot of unknowns, and with no disguises, it would be expensive. When it turned out to be a longer road than we hoped, the expense and risks were worth the wait. Zach helped me to be able to close a bad chapter and walk away, freed from an extremely difficult situation. He told me, when this is over, it will be over and it is. We ended up not going to trial and came out with the result I wanted, more than many in my close circle thought would happen. Zach and I weighed my options together. He helped me make decisions. I kept myself informed of most every turn of event and simply, I had a peace of mind many times knowing I hired the best attorney for my case. If I hadn't hired Zach, no doubt, time would have passed and I would have been stuck in a horrible mess for many years, if not for the rest of my life. Zach educated me on the steps taken and reassured me when I questioned the process or opposition's intentions. I believed Zach because I needed to trust my attorney, but most of all he followed through with his plans. Zach made it easier for me to pay the expensive bills and in the end I received much more than he and his peers thought I would. Zach showed me what qualities, characteristics, and so forth to look for in future transactions. I will always remember sessions with Zach. I will most certainly remember Zach physically packing up and carrying my case with him in thick heavy binders. I will remember him looking at me and saying that he "was prepared as if he was going to trial." He always spoke with confidence, force, and knowledge about my case.
