Looking for a divorce lawyer? Then look no further! Don't let his young age fool you! Ryan always had my best interest in mind, and I felt like he charged a fair fee. During my initial consultation, I felt as though he listened to me, and my martial dissolution agreement was drawn up very quickly. At my request, most of my case was able to be handled via e-mail, so I did not have to spend a lot of time on the phone or at his office. When I did go to the office, Ryan and his staff were always smiling and friendly. Because Ryan had all of my paperwork in order for my uncontested divorce, I spent a very minimal amount of time in front of the judge during my hearing. He prepped me for the questions that I would be asked, and I felt very comfortable knowing that he was going to walk me through this process. I hope that I never need a divorce attorney again, but if I did, I would definitely use Ryan again!

The Plaintiffs Law Firm proved to be an excellent firm. They were very professional; calls were returned in a reasonable amount of time; everyone used the same terminology and gave the same answers; and during the length of my case, there was no turnover in the office (which says a lot).
Mr. Frazier would respond via phone, fax, email, or text; thus, the firm is up to standards with technology. Mr. Frazier's availability is rated as excellent. My concerns were always considered "important". The pleasant attitude and willingness to follow through ensured that everything was being handled and Mr. Frazier's knowledge of the law lessened any apprehension about my case. He was always upfront and the attention given to my case proved he cared. Mr. Frazier is also a family man and that was impressive.

The insurance company was relentless, eventhough their client hit my vehicle from behind at an excessive amount of speed ( more than double the speed limit ).They didn't initially even offer to cover my medical expenses in full. After he herd my case he had seen that the charges i was charged with was totally off the wall, my case was continued he had time to review the evidence and seen that everything was set stright. I meet Will today while sitting in the EEOC office. I watched how he came to the office for 2 clients to get the EEOC papers for them, and overheard the brief conversation. I was very impressed.
It's been a long time since I've come across an attorney that takes the time and go the extra steps for their clients. I know because I am a Rule 31 listed mediator to work on Civil cases, Family cases, and specially trained for Domestic Violence cases.
I immediately asked for his name and number to handle my case. He took the time to talk to me without rushing. That's what you call a real go getter, serious about his work and clients.
First impressions is everything. He gave me eye to eye contact, a strong hand shake, and a good luck. Although I haven't got the chance to meet with Will as his client I can give him 5 stars right now. I will be calling him tomorrow.

I'm a first time divorcee completely unaware of the complexities of divorce with one child. Thankfully I found Ms .Scott. After a first time consolation I immediately knew she could help me. Her professionalism and ability to articulate legal lingo to a non lawyer such as myself really eased the stress of the divorce process.
Most people I know that have gotten divorce talk about how awful it was or how much they feel they were taken advantage of by there spouse. But because of Ms. Scotts excellence I can say that never happened to me.

I recently brought on Allison to help me with my divorce. It was a fairly amicable agreement between me and my former husband but I still wanted to move on quickly and Allison made that happen, she explained all of the paperwork and helped me get through it all as quickly as possible. In addition, I was very emotional on my hearing date but Allison was very sensitive to this and brought me tissues and was very caring. She is exactly who I needed by my side that day. Recently I owned a hotel and sold it at a loss. I had owned it for over 30 years. It had been attached to a marital dissolution agreement over 2 decades that did state if it sold and had a net profit then a percentage would go to the former husband. His attorney contacted us with manipulative and threatening language attempting to collect unjustly since the property sold at a loss. Kent and I researched the criteria as to all deductions that were allowed and did confirm the loss and disclosed the loss. WE have not heard further from the opposing team. Kent was quick to draw up the papers and was thorough. I recommend him. I paid for his consultation and hire for the letters sent.

I was in a motorcycle accident earlier this year. The last thing you want to worry about when you are trying to recover from inuries like that is paperwork and dealing with insurance companies. I am living in Phoenix and had a lingering issue in Nashville. I hired Jake VanAusdall while living in Phoenix and never returned to Nashville during the time. He was able to help me without issue with that distance and I never had to wait long for a response, even with a time difference. He made me feel confident about the case from day one!

While facing an extremely prejudicial command bias while on Active Duty, Taylor was not only an immense help with an extremely uncooperative local civilian investigation, but with also correcting an error with my military discharge paperwork.
